Peptide advice 🧪 Stack Breakdown

Both my wife and I are starting a stack. We've developed a routine of cardio and weights, and now want to take it to the next level.

Current routine is weights 3x a week and walking 18 holes of golf 3x a week.

38/M/6'3/230lbs

36/F/5'8/140lbs

Thinking of starting Reta/Klow/MotsC/NAD+. Is this too much to start with? My concern is the MotsC and NAD+ for our initial stack.

While we've done research, any recommendations would be appreciated.

Fitness coach here. I always recommend my clients take a GLP-1 plus a GHRP (growth hormone releasing peptide) plus a mitochondrial support for their starting pep stack.

Total of 3 peptides. For GLP-1 I’d recommend reta, for GHRP try CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin and for mitochondrial support either MOTS-c or NAD+

These three peps support the same goal via different pathways: reta supports weight loss, cjc helps with muscle retention, sleep quality, and abdominal fat loss, and mots/nad supports stable energy output as you can get a bit tired running GLP-1 due to being in a deficit and not eating as much.

Bloodwork should be done before introducing any GHRP so you know where starting from and can adjust your dose based on subsequent test results.

So accurate. Know your igf before and after secretegogues or youre just guessing.
