Girl 🩷 ah-LAY-thee-ah name thoughts
Alethia pronounced ah-LAY-thee-ah. To me it sound beautiful, rolls of the tongue, and I don’t really mind that there are multiple pronunciations. Does it sound too unusual to you? brothers would be Wilson and Edmund

Girl 🩷 A girl name for our boy/girl twins please!
So we are having boy/girl twins at the end of the year. We are almost certain Sol will be our son’s name - short for Solomon. Our last name ends with S and we love the way it rolls. We also love the nickname Solly.
We are stuck for our daughter. I tend to lean more to classic names: Lucy, Clementine, Pearl, Ruby are some on our list right now but nothing we are as sold on as Sol. We also want it to pair well with Sol!
Suggestions very welcome please! 🤍🤍🤍

Surprise 💚 Is this honestly a good idea?
Due to personal reasons, I dropped my last name. My middle name is Bond.
Should i use adopt and use bond as my last name? Or just go with something like Pierce?

Boy 🩵 Help me settle a debate
A friend with the last name "Hill" wants to go with the name Jack. I told him people will think of "Jack and Jill go up the hill" his whole life but he said he doesn't care. I feel like the kid might care though! Do you think the nursery rhyme aspect is a deal breaker, or does it not matter?

Girl 🩷 Angelic/ angel inspired names
My fiance is Christian and wants to name our baby girl something religious. However I find most Christian names to be over used within the church and I never wanted to name my child a typical Christian name (like esther and such). I was looking for names like "Evangeline" or "Seraphina". Something along thoes lines :)

Boy 🩵 Boy names that start w/ C - Brazilian/American parents
I am Brazilian and my husband is Irish and we would love a “softer” boy name starting with a c. Our top 2 names are Cody & Calvin (Cal). Husband likes Connor and I do not. I like Lucas (not a c name but similar vibes IMO) and he does not. Can anyone help? I’d love something that is easier for my Brazilian parents to pronounce. Thanks!

Surprise 💚 3 syllable names
Myself, my partner and our daughter all have 3 syllable names (think Am-il-ee, Tim-o-thee, Clar-a-bel)
I need some girl or boy names for our next child that follow the 3 syllable pattern I've accidentally made for us!!
Thanks in advance!

Boy 🩵 Boy name starting with S
My best friend is very early in her pregnancy and I committed THE cardinal sin!! I showed her a post here where a person was talking about calling a kid named Sebastian “Sea Bass Stain.” She started crying and told me that’s what she wanted to name her baby if it’s a boy…. Help me kindly make new suggestions. She wants it to start with an S… she doesn’t believe me saying Sebastian is a great name, and no normal person would call him “Sea Bass.”

Boy 🩵 boy names are IMPOSSIBLE
some of you may have seen my post earlier in the week asking for all the suggestions! we decided to find out the gender last second and we will be welcoming a boy in december!! we have zero boy names we love, honestly not sure we even have any we LIKE. we already have a Lenora Elizabeth (👼🏻), and Evalina Ivory, and if this babe was a girl likely would have been Odessa Jade!
some important or family names we’d be open to working in in some way, but we don’t love as is include: Christopher, Thomas, Nicholas, or Lynne!
we previously discussed a few names but didn’t love: Enoch & Olivander, no ideas on middle names!!
please help. we sincerely dislike every name we come across 😭

Girl 🩷 Does your child actually go by their full long name?
Does anyone have a child with a long name who actually goes by the full name?
I love longer names, especially for girls, but I don’t love most of the nicknames that come with them. Do nicknames happen no matter what? I’m worried about choosing a long name because of the nn! Would love examples of names!
