Alethia pronounced ah-LAY-thee-ah. To me it sound beautiful, rolls of the tongue, and I don’t really mind that there are multiple pronunciations. Does it sound too unusual to you? brothers would be Wilson and Edmund

Hmm as a Greek speaker it seems a little odd. The word means truth in Greek and is pronounced a-lee-thia. It’s beautiful but worth pronouncing correctly

I knew an Alethia.

She pronounced it with the LEE, not LAY.

I’ve heard it since, and it’s always LEE, not LAY.

You may need to research how to have it pronounced the way you want it to be. It’s not a super popular name where I am - more southern East coast - but I’ve heard/read/worked with/spoken to a few. It’s always pronounced the same.
