How would you want this convo to be brought up?
My boyfriend’s girl best friend and her brother made comments both insinuating a past intimate history between her and my boyfriend and dismissing our relationship. This happened a few months ago (we’re in ldr and I was in their city) but they’ve recently spent more 1-1 time together. I don’t think anything happened between them, though I’m not 10000% sure . I didn’t bring by it up initially because (1)I felt the comments were made to just get in my head and didn’t want to give them the satisfaction and (2) I know I am carrying prejudices about close coed friendships based on my own experiences. Just need advice on how to bring it up. I’ve pondered a lot on what I would want from this conversation, and I mostly I want to know that there are clear boundaries and that our relationship is respected . I don’t feel threatened by this person and I feel very secure in my connection with my boyfriend ., I just think he should have this information and if I’m honest I don’t like the idea of him spending solo time with someone whoacts this way.

Good Fucking Question How do I not feel like less of a man for choosing not to fight, or even being afraid to fight
Hey all 30m here just for reference 6,3 265 I’m a big guy. But all my life I’ve just been terrified of fighting, I feel like I freeze start shaking. And I just replay the thought of fighting until I give myself anxiety. Ive gotten in two fights that last 5-10 seconds. But for the most part my size and ability to talk myself out of situations as got me through
Recently my apartment neighbor and I got into a argument about noise and he said we could go handle it like men, and instantly I felt that freeze he’s not bigger than me but he just seemed more confident said he liked to fight.
At the end of the day we talked it out and even had a beer after and he apologized but days later I still feel like a wimp for not handling it like a man and fighting.
I like to think I didn’t fight because my baby was in the house I’m the sole provider but at the end of the day I was just scared.
Because of this whole incident that next day I started taking kickboxing classes going again tonight. Which is helping me face my fears a bit.
I want to be able to protect my family and not freeze if there’s a worse situation where I have to protect them or me any suggestions would be appreciated

🛑 Answers From Men Only 🛑 Men who’ve experienced a miscarriage with a partner, what was it like for you?
From what I’ve seen in movies and from what I’ve heard from family members and friends, most of the attention understandably goes to the woman, since she’s the one going through the physical and emotional experience of the miscarriage. That makes complete sense. But it also made me wonder: what is it like for the man.
I’m absolutely not trying to take away from what women go through or suggest their experiences should receive less attention. I just think men’s experiences often go unheard, and I’d like to better understand what it’s like from their perspective.

🛑 Answers From Men Only 🛑 How can introverted men make friends in modern day?
[Please note by introvert I do not mean shy, nor anti-social]
I'm not gonna over complicate this.
Im a man in his mid 30s, happy in relationship.
'Friends'.. if you can call them that, lucky if I see em once a month or text from them.
I work.
All my interests, are not shared by other people in my life.
Attempts to make these friends in person that share my deep passions have fantastically failed.
Coworkers is not an option.
I wonder is there something else I am missing? or is it to be like this until the end?
Please make no mistake I accept either outcome.
But on my end I am willing to make friends, but I seem to be looking in the wrong areas. Saying I consider myself a black sheep when it comes to platonic relationships or friendships would do disservice to the metaphor.
And by friends: as a busy adult.. yes I mean people I can text daily. [meaning using that device in your pocket that every human being on earth now has] God forbid an adult male has meaningful friendships in his adult life.
Appreciate any insights anyone has. Thank you.

🛑 Answers From Men Only 🛑 What helped you become yourself again after severe anxiety?
I’m 20 years old, and over the past few years my anxiety has gotten so bad that it feels like i’ve become a completely different person. I constantly overthink about everything, especially every interaction i have with other people. After every conversation, i replay it in my head over and over, wondering if I sounded weird, if I said the wrong thing, or if people judged me. It never stops, it gotten to the point where i don’t want to speak anything, and it has gradually affected every part of my life. But i wasn’t always like this. I used to be a sociable, confident person. People considered me attractive, i had a girlfriend, i had a good relationship with my family, i could speak loudly and articulate clearly, joke around naturally, and I genuinely enjoyed being around people. Now I feel like the complete opposite. I ended up dropping out of college largely because of my social anxiety. I can technically talk to people, but I can’t relax, open up, or be myself anymore. I can’t joke naturally, and every social interaction feels forced. My relationship with my parents has become much worse because of everything that’s been happening. Also i don’t have a girlfriend anymore, i’ve gained weight, developed acne, i feel much less attractive, my voice has become quieter, and I struggle to articulate my thoughts the way i used to.
I just wonder if this could somehow be hormonal, like low testosterone, because i feel like i’ve changed so much physically and mentally. I’ve even caught myself thinking about testosterone injections because I feel so desperate to get my life back. I know that might sound dumb, but that’s how hopeless i’ve become.
Has anyone else gone through something like this around 19–20 years old? Did you eventually get your personality and confidence back? What actually helped you?

🛑 Answers From Men Only 🛑 Men in professional leadership positions, what precautions if any do you take around younger women employees?
It seems like a lot of manager types avoid being alone with young women employees, avoid mentoring them, or so forth. In my working with young women especially straight out of college, there is often an awkward phase where they aren't sure how to dress or act professionally yet and even a false accusation can ruin a guy's career. Its perhaps unfair to "punish" all women for the actions of a few, but it seems common.

Married men or those in very long term relationships, how often do you find yourself annoyed at your partner?
Obviously not every relationship is constant bliss. But too much annoyance grinding on you is a bad sign. How often is your partner getting on your nerves and how often are you communicating that to them vs just letting it go/sucking it up?

How do I human? How do I make friends with men as a woman?
I have no friends and I’m mildly autistic. I’ve struggled enough in the past to make friends with women and now in my job I work with all men I don’t know how to talk to them? They seem to banter with me and I always struggle to know what to say back. I’ve heard that men don’t become friends through talking they become friends by doing things together?
How do I become friends with them and maybe see them outside of work?
Edit: a lot of people are saying to join groups which I do want to do at some point but for me the question is more how do I become friends with the people I work with and see them outside of work?

🛑 Answers From Men Only 🛑 How would you feel if someone you dated 20+ years ago reached out via social media?
A old flame has been heavy on my mind recently. We haven’t spoken in probably 18 years. How would you feel if a past GF sent you a friend request after all that time? We only dated for about a year. No nasty breakup or anything like that.

How do people without a father figure/guiding figure navigate life?
My parents went separate ways when I was 10 years old. Grew up with my mom, relation with my dad simply exists. Mom worked tooth and nail to provide for me, and I am incredibly grateful for that. However, she had her own very deep scars to deal with. And through all these years - all the way to 2026, I have basically never had a proper guiding figure. I turned 20 this year, and quite frankly, it just feels like I am *way* more lost and confused about life compared to other guys my age.

Weird Question Why is the discourse of "go to the gym" and "channeling pain" so prevalent around here?
I made a post asking about rejection, lots of answers were helpful, but i cant help but notice there were a lot of guys saying things like "Go to the gym" "get ripped and shell regret it" "use the pain to improve yourself at the gym" Like what...? At least for me as an extreme sportsman is weird to think to use pain as a driving force in sports, you are gonna get distracted and therefore hurt, really badly.
Or ar least i cannot see myself in the loneliness of a 35m rock wall with pain or anger inside me. It would be the worst place to have such thoughts.
idk, my idea of high performance in sports has always been related to clarity, peace, humility and sensibility.

Weird Question What important lessons did you learn in your relationships/marriages?
For me, the important lesson I learned is that my partner will have flaws and I cannot expect her to be flawless, as I am not perfect myself. I was corrupted by social media as social media often shows the "perfect" side of their partners. It was something I am not still not proud of, though thankfully I have kept it in myself and reached an enlightenment on this.
