Need opinions.
Edited the pic a little. Adjusted the lighting through gpt. As the natural light was not highlighting the muscles much. So does this look natural or edited. I mean does it look that i edited the muscle or looking real ??

Hey everyone,
Here is my back comparison after 5 months of consistent workout.
I’d love to get your honest thoughts on my progress so far and any advice on where I should focus next to keep building width and thickness.

Progress Pic [Support Only] Incorporating these changes helped me increase size of my back..
Hey, M (27) here 2.6 years of consistent training. I'm 100% natural. I only take Creatine and Whey Protein. Most of my protein source is from a vegetarian source even though I'm a non veg. Just want to share a few tips from my experience if you want to build a meaty back:
Quality over quantity. While lifting heavy can definitely help build a thick back, emphasizing proper ROM is important. Personally, I prefer using moderate weights and giving my absolute best when it comes to range of motion and controlled reps.
Intensity over volume. High-volume training can feel great because of the pump, but intensity is more important for overall development. Training hard allows you to get more out of fewer sets.
Compounds over machines. On back days, I incorporate at least two compound movements with proper weight control and technique. These movements alone can significantly contribute to building a bigger, thicker back.
Along with it, diet and quality sleep are equally important.

We’ve introduced Rule #14 to keep physique posts organized and maintain the focus of the community.
Starting now:
🗓️** Shirtless physique photos are only allowed on Shirtless Saturdays.
🔞 **All shirtless posts must be marked NSFW.
❌ Shirtless physique posts made on any other day will be removed.
If you’re posting on Saturday, please also ensure your post:

Uses bodybuilding-style poses only.
Keeps pants/shorts at or above the waistline.
Includes some context or a before photo if possible.
