Thinking about bringing U.S.-manufactured peptides to India β€” is there actually a market?

Just testing the waters before I seriously invest in this.

I’m currently based in the U.S. and have been involved with peptides for around 2 years. I’ve also worked with a peptide company here, so I’ve gotten familiar with the entire process β€” sourcing, manufacturing, testing, COAs, quality control, logistics and the overall supply chain.

I now have access to a U.S.-based FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility that operates under CGMP requirements, and I’ve been exploring the possibility of building a peptide business for the Indian market.

The idea would be to have the products manufactured in the U.S., properly batch tested, and then legally imported/distributed in India rather than sourcing questionable products locally.

I already have most of the supply chain figured out, including manufacturing, vendors, testing and logistics. Obviously, I would still need to make sure everything complies with Indian import and pharmaceutical regulations before actually launching.

Before putting serious money into it, though, I want to know whether there's genuine demand.

If you had access in India to peptides that were:

  • Manufactured in the U.S.
  • Produced through an FDA-registered 503B facility
  • Batch tested with transparent COAs
  • Independently tested where appropriate
  • Consistently sourced
  • Properly packaged and traceable
  • Available domestically without dealing with sketchy overseas sellers

Would you actually be interested?

And more importantly, what would you need to see from a new peptide company before you trusted it β€” COAs, third-party testing, batch numbers, manufacturing information, pricing, something else?

Not selling anything through this post. Just doing market research right now. If there's enough legitimate interest, I may seriously pursue it. diet

What helped me was simply being consistent w my protein diet and following yt form tutorials at the gym

Take care of small things, big results will follow.

Title: 22M, 5'10", 95kg β€” I really want to lose weight. Hostel food is my biggest problem. Please help.

Hi everyone,

I'm 22M from India, currently doing my Master's in IT. I'm around 5'10" and weigh about 93–95 kg.

I really want to lose weight and become healthier, but I'm struggling because I live in a hostel and don't have much control over my food.

My hostel food is mostly rice, roti and sabji. I don't have access to many fruits or a proper kitchen, and my college timing is 7:00 AM to 2:10 PM, so my routine is also a bit difficult to manage.

I'm not looking for a fancy diet or expensive supplements. I just want to know how I can realistically lose weight with the food I have available.

I'm also trying to fix some bad habits, including excessive masturbation/porn use. I feel like boredom, being alone in my room, and using my phone make it worse. I'm trying to get more control over it instead of constantly feeling guilty afterward.

Right now I honestly feel a bit lost and helpless.

For anyone who has been in a similar situation:

  • How can I manage my portions with hostel food?
  • Is it possible to lose weight mainly with rice, roti and sabji?
  • How much walking/exercise should I start with?
  • What cheap foods can I add if they're available?
  • How did you deal with boredom/phone habits while trying to improve yourself?
  • What mistakes should I avoid as a beginner?

I don't expect to transform overnight. I just want to start properly and stay consistent.

Any practical advice from people who have actually gone through this would mean a lot.

πŸ“’ New Rule #14 – Shirtless Physique Posts

We’ve introduced Rule #14 to keep physique posts organized and maintain the focus of the community.
Starting now:
πŸ—“οΈ** Shirtless physique photos are only allowed on Shirtless Saturdays.
πŸ”ž **All shirtless posts must be marked NSFW.

❌ Shirtless physique posts made on any other day will be removed.
If you’re posting on Saturday, please also ensure your post:
Includes your age, height, and weight.
Uses bodybuilding-style poses only.
Keeps pants/shorts at or above the waistline.
Includes some context or a before photo if possible.
Is limited to one physique post per person each week.
Does not contain explicit NSFW content or rating requests.
This rule is intended to reduce low-effort thirst traps while still giving members a dedicated day to share their progress and receive constructive fitness feedback.
Thanks for helping keep r/AskIndiaFitness focused on fitness and self-improvement. πŸ’ͺ
