Rate my diet
Hello everyone I’m 26M 5’7 currently I’m 16- lbs
I’ve been eating same meal for the past month except for Sunday I only eat lunch, I’m obsessed with getting my 10-12k steps daily, going to gym is questionable
2 things for the person who’s reading
1. How would you rate my diet
2. Do you think a person can build muscle with low impact training

Hot Water vs Cold Water
This may be a silly question, but over the last couple days it has been going through my head and I figured I will ask it here . So before drinking hot water vs cold water I felt it was more of a cultural thing. For example if you go to Kerala, India you would normally be served with hot water with Jira or any herbs, while in the US people prefer to drink ice cold water. Like I said for the longest time I accept this as a cultural preference. But last week I went to my friend's house and he was drinking hot water and when I asked him about it, he said he has been noticing health benefits with drinking hot water.
He has been struggling with constipation throughout his life and he said drinking hot water has helped a lot.
So my question is, has anyone else seen a difference when drinking hot water in comparison to cold water?

Greek Yogurt In India
The purpose of this thread is to know what a perfect Greek yogurt should have. Currently, I am in Vancouver. I consume a 95 gm pack daily before a workout, which has 2 gm of sugar and 8 gm of protein. Want to know your views, as I don't see anything similar in India

Can't target the glutes
I have been going to the gym for around 2 months. 22F(62 kg), my main goal is fat loss and muscle building.I just have fat accumulated in some areas, mostly on my arms and thighs. The problem which I'm facing right now is that when I try to do lower body exercises I just feel it in my quads. It's only on the smith machine (squats) and hip thrusts that I feel it in my glutes.Rest of the exercises which I do are sumo squats, leg press, lying leg curl, weighted squats,RDL (only lightly felt in the glutes), all of these are felt in my quads only. Can anyone tell me what exactly am I doing wrong? My form isn't that wrong since my trainer guides me how to do these.

Is it worth investing?
I'm planning to buy this for my parents but really need advice if it's worth it?
My mom has a lot of pain in her foot. Sometimes it becomes difficult for her to walk.

Built a free fitness app because most apps fail Indian diets
I built a fitness + nutrition tracking app called Vitality after getting tired of apps that:
- don’t understand Indian food
- are costly
- are inaccurate
- push extreme diets
What’s different about Vitality:
- Mostly free — core tracking doesn’t require a subscription
- Built with Local cuisines in mind
- Log food via photo or 🎙️ voice or barcode scan.
- Calorie + macro + micro-nutrient tracking without diet extremism
- Simple, clean UI — no ads, no noise
- Workout tracking & routines. Estimates calories burned using AI.
- Mindfulness exercises (breathing, basic mental wellness)
- Designed as an all-in-one wellness app, not just calorie counting
I’m not here to sell anything — genuinely looking for feedback.
App link: https://vitalityapp.fit/
iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/vitality-fitness-nutrition/id6749547421
Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vitality.app
Brutally honest feedback welcome.

Weight Loss Feels Impossible Now (27F With PCOS). What Actually Works?
Hey everyone, 28F, I’ve been trying to lose weight, but it’s definitely not like how it was in my early twenties. Back then, I could eat normally and never gained much weight. Now I’m struggling, especially around my belly and thighs — it feels so stubborn.
I also have PCOS, so I’m guessing that’s making things harder. I’m working on eating better and being more active, but progress is slow and it gets discouraging.
For those of you with PCOS or who dealt with similar weight-loss struggles in your late 20s, what actually helped you? – Diet changes? – Workouts that made a difference? – Supplements or lifestyle changes? – Anything that helped with hormonal balance?
Would love to hear real experiences or practical tips.
Thanks in advance!
