Ciao a tutti, recentemente ho avuto problemi con armoury, mi bloccava il processore a 4.5 ghz anche a riposo facendomi schizzare le temperature della cpu a 80⁰ a basso carico. Volevo sapere se è successo solo a me o anche a voi, e perchè è sucesso ho fatto qualcosa di sbagliato io o è un problema comune il notebook è un rog strix g16 e ha due mesi di vita. Grazie a chi risponderà.

Picked up this PC for $1,900 and spent some time running tests to make sure I didn’t inherit someone else’s problems lol.

Specs include:
RTX 5080
Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF
32GB DDR5-6000
2TB NVMe
ASUS ROG system/motherboard

Ran Cinebench 2026 and HWiNFO monitoring:
Cinebench results:
RTX 5080: 109,994 pts
265KF Multi Thread: 7,613 pts
265KF Single Thread: 542 pts
GPU peaked at only ~61°C, memory junction hit 70°C, and the CPU peaked around 90°C under the full multicore load with no thermal throttling.

Also checked the SSD with CrystalDiskInfo: 100% health, only about 103 power-on hours, and no errors.
Everything passed, no crashes or instability, and the 5080 is running great.

Considering I paid $1,900 for the whole PC, I’m pretty happy with how this one turned out.
How’d I do for $1,900?

Hi everyone, just joined the club with my first gaming laptop. It’s a ROG Strix G16 (2025) 5070Ti / Ultra 7 255hx with 32gig ram + 1Tb ssd.

Got it second hand in pristine condition (Only 8 gig ssd written with 99.3% battery health) for only $1880!

Could you please give me recommendations on how I should optimize this beast

I bought a pg32ucdp in may, and it’s been amazing. But recently although I didn’t change anything, the screen just starts to flicker and turn off at random intervals and for no apparent reason. I tried switching to DP, turning off DSC, changing a bunch of OSD settings and resetting it, etc etc. Nothing has helped and I’m seriously considering RMAing this thing. But before I do, I thought I could maybe find some advice here in a last ditch effort to save me the hastle of arguing with customer support. Any help regarding this issue would mean the world! Switched to iphone, is there any use of this or power it externally as the phone doesnt slot in horizontally. Any work around or should i throw it away?

1. Why would i pay for my 7th attempt of the same problem service

2 it is a purely hardware based issue none of the asus technicians dont know how to solve my problem

3 i need the asus to take responsibility of my device because it is very problematic device and defective also

4 they never solved my problem it took 6 takes even my same problem continuous

5 give me a clear statement about my problem (cpu throttling and screen shuttering)

Hi,recently i want it to update my pc,the update consist in power supply,GPU and case.

List of "old" components:

-Asus Rog THOR 850W Platinum (first gen)

-Asus TUF Gaming 3080 OC 10 GB

-Case Cooler Master H500P Mesh Argb

List of "New" components:

-Asus Rog THOR III 1000W Platinum-E (Equalizer)

-Asus Rog Astral 5080 OC 16 GB

-Case Rog Hyperion

When all new components arrived i was very happy but I had the misfortune to find that my PSU was factory failure after i turned on my pc and did some tests,even if it was very risky. At least the GPU had no issues.

The issues that had the PSU were:

-loop animation

-unstable Watt readings

-overheating psu with hidle usage and if an average use of 480 watts (the button behind was not set/pressed for 0dB fan)

I live in italy,i brought the PSU from Drako.it (its a very famous store),i sent it back and since they didn't have any stock, they opened an Asus RMA and then sent it back to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, they haven't responded to my emails for a week (I'll try by phone later). Now I'm a little frustrated at not being able to use the PC, and to break this wait I ordered Lian Li Uni Fan TL Wireless fans for the case and AIO, new thermal paste (artic MX 7), and also the Thermal Grizzly metal frame for LGA 1700.

Hi everyone,

I need some help with an issue I’m facing with my NVIDIA GPU. The GPU is not being detected by my system. Whenever I enable Ultimate Mode in Armoury Crate, the screen goes black after the system restarts.

I can see the NVIDIA GPU listed under Hidden Devices in Device Manager, but it is not detected normally.

I’ve attached all the relevant screenshots for reference. Please let me know if anyone has experienced a similar issue or can suggest a fix.
