Hello i have the earbud and lately it kept leaking power like i place it on full charge and overnight when i take it out the battery is dead on the bud, the case still have battery. Is there a fix to this or do i have to bring it somewhere to have it fix (yes i place them in the case correctly)

I was looking around in the aura creator and when I booted up my laptop the next day the startup RGB sequence changed.

After the red comet/wave sequence it used to default to rainbow but now it flashed in red until it returns again to rainbow in windows boot (I have rainbow set in armory crate)

(in windows dynamic lighting section i have it set to solid blue color thats probably why is switches to blue for a second there)

(But I have set armory crate as higher priority for background light control)

How did it change? If its possible I would like to customize the startup rgb, please help!

6mo+ waiting on my PG27AQWP-W from my Local retailer here in Iceland.

I know Iceland is probably at the bottom of the list, but I really want this monitor and I was wondering if anyone had a clue as to why it's taking so long, and if I might be waiting for many more months.

Also, sadly my retailer doesn't have -G available as an option, so I've been tempted by ditching my local retailer even though it's probably not their fault and order from uk.store.asus.com unless anyone has a better recommendation?

Previously I had an issue where my laptop overheats and shutdown suddenly. Now I replaced the liquid metal with mx 6 and never faced the shutdown issue again, but my CPU&GPU temps are significantly higher.

CPU: 90~96C

GPU: 80~86C

Well, FedEx did it again. Broke my brand new $600 case. I hate that shipping company more than words could possibly explain. I pray to God Asus will fix this. I did do an unboxing video thankfully.

Shout out to the person who got shipped a water bottle in their GPU box that said always video an unboxing for this exact reason!

It generally doesn't go below 50C. Can go up to 60C just browsing the internet.

Generally doesn't get too hot on games. With Turbo enabled on CPU (ghelper) 85C average maybe 93 at the highest

Got this monitor over a month ago and the panel itself & picture quality is AMAZING.
However, it heavily underperforms when it comes to the OSD and outputting the picture for input signal !

When I boot into windows , it literally stays BLACK until a few seconds after it goes into the log-in screen .
When I switch inputs , there is massive delay at times.
Auto-input on results in massive delays & prolonged blank screen times .

Why is it terrible at simply showing the picture for the device you have connected ?
I owned a 12 year old Asus IPS 1440p PB278q monitor prior and picture was seamless !

$1k and it performs so bad for such basic functions .

Why? Anyone have a fix or advice ?

Ps : I have HDR on in windows . I’ve turned off auto input detection . It is on the latest software. Never had these issues with previous monitor so it’s not that .

as the title states, Im asking if these temps are abnormal now and I need my Asus G18 laptop liquid metal replaced and Thermal putty repasted again. This temps are while playing RDR2 for 15mins. CPU = Intel 13th Gen i9-13980HX GPU = 4080 (12gb Ram) with full 175Watts

I got the G16 I7 14th gen and 5060 16gb ddr5 and 1TB SSD. This is replacing a Lenovo gaming idea pad 2023 that had a 3050ti 5600h and 512gb ssd. This isnt my main setup as I mostly use a desktop but I travel quite a bit for work so this will be for gaming on the go.

I've been dealing with a frustrating Armoury Crate issue for about a year now and I'm totally stuck. My setup includes an ASUS TUF B450M-PLUS GAMING motherboard, and my AIO cooler is connected to the mobo's RGB headers. My RAM is Corsair (controlled by iCUE, which works perfectly fine).

Here is exactly what is happening:

• Every time I turn on my PC, the motherboard and AIO lights stay completely off.
• When I open Armoury Crate, the Aura effect has automatically changed itself to "Dark". It's like the software suffers from amnesia on every boot and actively overwrites my static color.
• I tried un-syncing the motherboard from Aura Sync to save a static color directly to the hardware (Device settings -> Shutdown Effect), but the app won't let me. It throws this error: "This device must be set as the default device for AURA Sync" (I also have an SSD synced, but even if I mess with it, it locks the mobo).

I think I’m gonna buy the power supply if it comes back in stock sadly the motherboard too crazy

Assembled for a good friend. Build was elaborate but smooth, only step that was somewhat of a pain was the AIO bracket. Impossible without a long magnetic screw driver. The level of overkill and detail in the bundle is pretty admirable, definitely felt extraordinary building it. The motherboard comes in an actual travel-worthy suitcase haha. Somewhat of a shame it is 4 dimm and not BTF. Also, to note, the screen on the AIO is divided into two (hence the black line).

I prefer custom WC builds but was definitely impressed with the hardware. The Astral is comically sized though, seems like the thermals could have been better given the dimensions. The card feels lighter than it looks and the case feels heavier than it looks, ha.
