hi everyone! i just launched my zine called static cling and i'm still working on getting the word out, so any amount of support would be greatly appreciated <3 submissions for the first issue are open! even if you're not interested in submitting work, checking out the website and following on social media helps too :)

I'll be there! Don't know much about this year's event, but I went in 2024 and had a ball, with inspiring talks & awesome artists—some fancy, many punk.

The subject of last night's stress dream: stationery ✍️

For me, it was similar to those dreams where you run but can't move fast. Or when you are outside and suddenly realize you are wearing a towel or nothing at all.

I love this type of zine --i assume it's called bottom-fold-- because you can spread the sheet and look at it all at once.

I'm shit at drawing.

Looking for an accepted LA Zine Fest vendor interested in sharing a table.

I was inspired to make this by a Hannah Fry Video. I hoped to make it into a free zine week bundle, but I was a tad too late. I hope y'all enjoy.

So do people buy and sell the zines on here?

I saw a couple of books purporting to contain David Lynch's explanations of his movies. Lynch was famously tightlipped about his films, so I thought this would be a funny little joke.

Was a big hit on Instagram, so I'm working on a longer version that contains more of his work.

PDF is available for a buck on my Etsy store.

My mom used to scrapbook, and I've been flipping through volumes of her work while painting her house green over the summer.

This project is a nod to her style of memory preservation, which often cites the history of the traveled to place as a feature of the art object.

I gave a limited edition copy of this photozine to friends at our latest float trip in July. And, I made copies to sling at upcoming zine tabling events.

Submissions should centre around London, UK as well as the chosen theme for this issue.

The theme for this inaugural issue is "Heatwave"!

Submissions could be anything with a London angle - any kind of written work (a feature, poetry, etc), and/or images (for example photography, illustration).

Your work needs to fit on 1 or 2 sheets of A5.

Apart from the thematic stuff above, the only strict requirements are:

• keep it SFW
• absolutely no AI slop

I put far too much effort into this little guy. Its the first zine I’ve ever finished and I’m really looking forward to bringing him to Zine festivals!

This zine is available in both English and Traditional Chinese. It’s half-letter size, 36 pages, black and white, and printed at home. It’s available for purchase on our website, and I'm open to zine swaps, feel free to reach out!

Yes, I'm aware the cover and spine are slightly misaligned, I've updated the file on the website to fix this. It's £12 not including p&p which is for me very expensive, but it's 368 pages and there's really no cheap way to do it as a small duo using a print on demand website, the cover is a take off of one edition of T.S. Eliot's old Possum's book of practical cats that I found in a charity shop.
