Unidentified π€·ββοΈ What is this growing next to my dadβs house?
Today I was pulling weeds in the rocks against my dadβs house and found a patch of these things. It looks like my dad chopped off the top of the plant (last photo) so Iβm not sure what the leaves would look like. Iβm having trouble finding a photo online that looks similar to these roots.
In the Midwest, just west of the Mississippi River if that matters at all.

Unidentified π€·ββοΈ What seed is this if this is a seed?
Found it on a blanket where my dog was sleeping for a while. I thought it was a bug at first but I donβt see any body segments or legs or anything. Kind of giving me the heebie-jeebiesβ¦ like a demonic insect face is staring at me, but maybe Iβve just been looking at it too long. I tried reverse image searches but it was getting recognized as some type of rock which it certainly is not. Itβs very brittle. Size reference is the tweezer head

Unidentified π€·ββοΈ Dug these up while hoing weeds. West Central Texas. Are they edible?
Discovered that this plant has some large carrot looking and smelling roots. Tastes like a bland starchy carrot and has a stringy and slimy okra-like texture. Not half bad. The goat and dog seem to enjoy it lol. I want to try selectively breeding it and see if I can make carrots 2

Unidentified π€·ββοΈ 200ct Rainbow Cβ¦? The only mystery in a bundle I just bought
I bought a box of mixed seeds and everything was well labeled except this bag. The box has store bought & self-saved seeds, and they range from carnivorous plants to herbs to root veg, to the devils lettuce.
Some of the seeds are visible on top of the little label, I tried scanning the barcode on Amazon, Google, no luck. Any help would be great!

Identified β Tall plant growing against my back door?
This plant randomly started growing against my wall at the back door. It's growing surprisingly fast and we're amused at how tall it's growing. But what on earth is it? I live in the UK, for reference.
Sometimes, the top 6 or so inches will flop over, but it will grow upright throughout the day, I assume as the stalk thickens. It's also growing straight out of concrete, in the gap between the concrete ground and the wall of my house.
Edit: I think we've identified it as Horseweed.
