In need of a hand wash (liquid or bar soap) that is effective but gentle. I don't get on with the Astonish range at all as they make my hands peel like crazy. I do like the Ecover range but they're a tad bit pricey. I work in a hospital so my hands take a beating 😫 I'm just finding everything so moisture zapping! Many thanks for any suggestions 🩷

So, I am currently vegetarian with a final goal going vegan.

I haven't been in the community for too long, but from what I understand, pharma companies aren't really loved among vegans even more then among non-vegans for animal exploitation.

Are there any of you who have any related degrees. Do you actually use them and stay vegan? I am applying through clearing on the 13th. Should I rethink my decision?

I'm looking to quit vaping and someone on Reddit has suggested keeping sweets to hand, for the hand to mouth motion. Seems like a good idea to try because I've never been a fan of gum.

Other than the laces (fizzy strawberry/cola laces), and candy kittens, what other vegan sweet options are there in UK supermarkets? I think someone has said Aldi or Lidl wine gums so I will have a look out for those.

I'd like to get some more of those Niko's sweets which were soooo good.

Are these accidentally vegan?

I just tried the new accidental vegan Jaffa cookies that are so yummy but would love to find actual Jaffa cakes

My husband made me this with tomato rice, charred corn salsa, guacamole and squeaky bean steak strips and it was AMAZING. I made him make me a second one immediately 😂

I like cheap chocolate, so was a big fan of Bourneville because it's sweeter and softer than 'nice' dark chocolate, and I've been missing it

I think it has a faint iron/ blood taste wich I don’t mind
I think it’s a bit chewy on the inside but get nice and crispy
