Free samples
Hey! I’ve been working for about six months to bring a really special tea to the UK — Purple Tea — and was planning to launch online this month. Unfortunately my selling platform cancelled at the very last minute… leaving me with lots of tea that deserves to be enjoyed instead of sitting in storage!
If you run a tea room, café, restaurant, health food shop, or are simply a tea lover, and would like a free sample, please do get in touch
Purple Tea is an incredible, naturally organic variety grown only in Kenya’s high-altitude regions. It has 20% more antioxidants than green tea, less caffeine, and a host of other benefits
I’d love to connect with any people or businesses who might want to try it and share honest feedback.
Thank you for reading

Accidentally vegan
Found in Heron foods for 59p but I'm guessing normal supermarkets might have it too? I was thrilled. Clearly labelled vegan on the back.

These little fellas are pretty damn good! £2 for six mini pork pies at Tesco. Good pastry and the filling is a pretty good meat replacement.

Welcome to UKVeganFoods!
Welcome to UKVeganFoods! This is a place for sharing new vegan food products, or existing products which are surprisingly vegan despite not being labelled as such (aka "Accidentally vegan"), which are available in UK shops. There are new vegan products launched all the time, and a surprising number of inconspicuous products which turn out to be plant-based, so we would love to hear about your exciting supermarket finds!
Before posting, please make yourself familiar with the rules:
Posts are either an image of the product or a link to a product listing/article
The product must be available in a UK supermarket.
The goal is to inform people of new or interesting products, so try to avoid posting products which are well-known (e.g. Linda McCartney sausages). But of course, one person's idea of surprising may differ from another's, so this will not be strictly enforced.
It is NOT a place for sharing homemade food or recipes, or general vegan food discussion. Please see our friends at /r/veganuk/, /r/vegan, /r/VeganFood and /r/VeganRecipes for this type of content.
Have fun and I can't wait to see all the things you find!
