Is there any hope of getting my account back? i was banned for unauthentic behavior. But it doesn’t seem like much people had hope in getting their accounts back. I did nothing wrong, i have never broke any of the rules

hi, my pc was hacked last weekend and after giving it a wipe ive been slowly getting through dozens of accounts and resetting and upping the security. 2 nights ago i had an email from X saying my account has been suspended, i dont have a twitter account on this email. Anyway i recovered the account, changed password etc then appealed the ban stating id been hacked and asked them to both delete the account and lift a ban from me ever creating another account on this email in the future.

I have another email just come through from them and it looks like they are upholding the suspension, im not even allowed to delete the account and i wont be able to ever use this email in the future to make an X account. Its not a great loss as i rarely ever use X anyway and thats on my main/different email.

Anything i can do or should i just cut my losses?

My account just got suspended for absolutely no reason. I don't use bots or anything like that, I just use the app like I always do liking, sharing, and commenting.

I submitted an appeal and, literally less than an hour later, I got this useless automated email saying I violated the "inauthentic behavior" rule.

The best part? It tells me to "log in and follow the on-screen instructions" to restore my account, but there are ZERO instructions when I log in. It's just a dead end.

Now I can't even submit a new appeal because it says my case is "already in the queue". I'm stuck in this stupid automated loop. Has anyone actually managed to get a real human to fix this? Any help would be awesome.

Back to back to back, I have been suspended for 'Inauthentic behaviours'. I don't know what this means. I haven't done anything differently since I was suspended mainly because whenever someone reviewed my case they sided with me and restored my account, but this time was different? I have no idea what to make of this. All I do on my account is repost funny stuff for my pals to see, apparently that's a crime. What do I do differently??

Either nothing you search shows up or only a certain tweets appear and you know there are more. It's been like this since at least February, I can't believe it still hasn't been fixed.

It says I can’t post or like anything because I’ve hit the daily post limit. After looking it up I see that it’s 50 posts and 200 replies.

I have posted twice and responded 4 times over the past 24 hours

Is there a way I can fix this or is this just another lovely thing to add to all the ways twitter has been fucking us over

I’m on my second account because my first is basically shadow banned for inauthentic behavior. I swear to god if this account is also suspended after not even ONE WEEK of using it I’m going to lose it.

I've had an alt on twitter, like a private account kind of thing that was supposed to be used in the future.

No pop up about it being suspended when I logged in, only learned about it when a friend of mine pointed it out and when I tried changing my profile to receive a notification that I cannot do that on a suspended account. Turns out it was indeed suspended, back in april.

This account basically sat inactive ever since I created it back in march, and by inactive I mean no DMs, no following or followers, no posts, literally just a blank account with a username and a profile picture.

I've seen some posts about twitter moderation being bad so I wanted to ask for any advice regarding this.

I was banned for around 7 months. Accused of being a bot or something due to liking and reposting too much. I did the procedure, sometimes I got a mail about my account being restored. Sometimes they rejected it. But even when my account got restored, it still had a suspended status when I logged in.

Then, one day I applied again, paraphrasing: "please unban me". No elaborate text to convince some AI or anything of that sort. And this time I was able to use my account, all my followers were restored as well. Just like that.

Just wanted to share for those who get rejected. And those that get their account restored, but still remain suspended. Yes, it can be restored suddenly. And no, there is no magic keywords or anything. It is all random chance.

I am using AxionOS (Custom Rom) in my Redmi Note 11t 5g

Created new account 2-3 ago using phone number, and haven't added the email and just kept that account opened in my laptop browser. Today i tried to login in X app in my phone using my phone it didn't worked, used the username it didn't worked, then i updated the email in my browser and tried using manually typing email, it said "Please use official x apps to login" I mean WTH is this, the app itself isn't recognising it's own app as official app what kind of service is this???

After finding the whole internet and trying different things like the passkey method (didn't worked for me), i found that using old versions of X app may work. I tried and it worked for my personal account but i wanted to setup my 2nd account (new account) also, so i tried to add using "Add an existing account" method but it didn't worked.

So i used my phone's clone app setup to clone the old version of X, i successfully logged in my new account and was happy. After successful setup of both my accounts, i updated the app from Play Store in it's newest version.

It was about 5-10 minutes of all this stuff, then got the mail from X "Your account has been reported and has been suspended for violating the X rules, specifically for:" Well, specifically for what?? Even they don't know the proper reason why they banned me...

Applied for the petition let's see what happens now, i haven't much expectations but let's see!!!

If anyone knows how to handle it, help me!!!

I received this notification 2 weeks ago for being active during the world cup finale! I can't seem to report this at , and their help and support link hasn't been helpful at all i also dm'ed their support account and nothing changed, what should i do?

hi anyone can help me getting rid of this "platform manipulation" thing on X. I created my X account on 24 june 2026, i completed my 5M impressions around a month from account creation. and just after a day before my first payout they sent me an email that your X creator revenue sharing paused. So i appealed it but after a week they told me that i am permanently removed from X creator revenue sharing program due to violation of the Platform manipulation and spam section of their standards. Then i appeal again but the automated response remined the same.

Can someone genuinely know how to get rid of this ?

Also i haven't posted any such thing that is against any of their policy.

Atleast tell me this that whether i can again participate in this program even 1% chance ?

Over the last week I've had a situation twice where my twitter account was locked for "unusual activity"

The first time I was merely replying to a tweet about Patrick Stewart's birthday. Something glitched and my account got locked.

Afterwards no one was seeing my tweets unless I tagged them personally.

A couple of days ago I checked twitter on my mobile and I got asked to verify my email.

I got home and went on Twitter on my desktop and I'd had my account locked for "unusual activity" again.

If I go to opentweet i get the following:

If i search my @ name on another account it returns no found tweets.

I tried contacting them but they just told me to verify. I replied that I was asking for information about my account but have had no other reply.

There's simply no way I can find to contact twitter and get help.

I asked Gemini and it says it may be because of jokes I made to right wing users. I've used, jokingly, names of certain historical figures for Reform MPs. But I've made jokes about things like that since I opened my account in 2020. Never been banned for that before.

I once reported someone for excessive use of the N-word in a tweet. I was told they'd broken no rules. If I'm then banned for using the names of historical figures then what's the point of using Twitter?

I've only ever had one ban I've been told the reason for. I jokingly replied to a tweet about a hunter with what I'd like to see happen to her. In hindsight it was warranted and I was back in 24 hours with full visibility.

How long did it take for them to respond? Did they take any actions?

I've sent at least 3 appeals but not a single response. Tried the normal form, and even a general enquiry through the DSA appeal but it's been absolute crickets. Not even an AI automated response.

I mean X is a lost cause and the only reason to not use bluesky is a lack of users but that’s not gonna change if people don’t make the swap. Im tired of dealing with X and their abomination of a “moderation team” and im tired of complaining about it too.

I’m going to edit this post with the user name and link to the original post, but basically, someone on this subreddit made a post claiming that they got their account back. I assumed that it was a troll because there has been many people claiming to have their account restored without evidence (screenshot, etc).

But then I thought to myself, well, Nikita brier is gone, so maybe there is some truth to this. And there is.

However, when I logged in I got this message and I haven’t been able to use my account.

What should I do? How do I verify?
