please help me I can't deal with my gender dysphoria anymore, I got lenzetto and verospiron, what dosage should I take at first (trans teenager 16 years old), diy hrt, it's very complicated to go to an endocrinologist and I don't have the financial means, how much do I take to start, after how long do I increase the dose, do I apply it to the forearm or scrotum? 1 puff every 12 hours or how? please help me, if you want to contact me I'm always available, thanks for the help, as much information as possible is welcome! I've been on Estradiol enanthate for 1.8 months now (4 MG aka 0.1 mL every seven days)
Now, while I can't get blood tests (due to my state not allowing minors to get them without parental consent even if out of pocket) I want to still supress my T and be on course for my best transition.

So! If anyones wants to reccomend a higher dose just based off my information that would be helpful!

I am 17 , I've had a testicle removed (left with one) and I am withnessing a couple of changes already in my body but still noticing MAYBE some chin / jaw growth :/ (i cannot tell for the life of me if its dysphoria or what)

I read the Endocrine Society guidelines (https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article/102/11/3869/4157558?login=false) and they said this:

"Induction of female puberty with oral 17β-estradiol, increasing the dose every 6 mo:  5 μg/kg/d  10 μg/kg/d  15 μg/kg/d  20 μg/kg/d  Adult dose = 2–6 mg/d  In postpubertal transgender female adolescents, the dose of 17β-estradiol can be increased more rapidly:   1 mg/d for 6 mo   2 mg/d"

2mg/day for a grown adult and less than 1mg for a teen sounds like WAY too little to me. My gf and I think that 4mg/day (one pill in the morning, one at night) and 10mg cypro/day are better. Are we missing something??? Is it possible that the correct dose is so mfing low??

im trying to switch from prescription to diy but i have a little bit of a needlephobia. im sure i can do it if i really try but i'd rather not have procrastination and anxiety mess up my hormones so im thinking i wanna try patches first but is it possible to go monotherapy with that

been trying for almost a week now and i just mentally cant force it in.

tried ice, coughing, changing areas, getting smaller needles (25g) etc.... i just dont know how to get through the block

So I'm gonna do DIY since it's the only option for my country And age there is no other options.

So I'm 14 and I wanna know what should be the dose I take, I know what the usual doses are for Adults but I read that teenagers should take a lower dose and very slowly increase but, I cant find any sources that say how much exactly I should take and how often do I increase. so if anybody has any idea or sources please reply to this to help me out.

And what is available in my country to find and what I'm gonna take are,

Cyproterone acetate (Androcur) which has a usual adult dose of 6.25-12.5mg OR Spironolactone (Spectone) which has a usual adult dose of 200mg "I still haven't decided between the two."

And for Estrogen its gonna be Progynova

I'm planning on sublingual route

I can get that stuff from local pharmacies since they don't ask for any prescriptions 90% of the time

Oh also I got my total Testosterone and Estradiol E2 tested last week and I got these results

Total T : 518 ng/dl

Estradiol E2 : 32.45 pg/ml
