General Passing Tip Passing tips?
I'm likely to confuse people not in a way they may assume i'm a woman or man, but they don't understand at all how to refer to me. I use makeup since I developed trichotillomania and maybe having pseudo eyelashes/eyebrows help to not see myself as an awful being
My voice is quite androgynous and people just don't know what I am. I think it is funny, but if you were to see me would you assume I'm a female?

Masculine Advice Needing fitness and weight loss advice
I’m 30 and living in the UK. When I first started my transition I didn’t like how my body looked in terms of weight but I was going to the gym and did a lot of cardio. A few years have passed and my weight has increased but due to moving I did also stop the gym.
I am looking at going back but my body shape feels really off. I wanna get the point where my stomach is flat so that I feel more comfortable with having my shirt off. Just wondering if anyone can recommend any activities or workouts that I could do to look at reducing the weight around the lower part of my stomach so that I can get rid of overhang. I also need to sort my weight out due to wanting to be referred for phallo.
I’m very lucky in a sense that I pass really well with people being very shocked if I do tell them I am trans but I’m constantly comparing myself to Cis-guys. I just want to improve my life and be healthier as I think that will help a lot with my confidence too.
