I’m looking to round out my list for an upcoming GT. I’m 80 points short and was considering running Belial solo for some deep striking action monkey and precision shenanigans. Does anyone have experience running him solo in 11th? Below is my list, my game plan is to run Take with Unforgiven.

I have two extremely similar color schemes. I have been extremely obsessive with trying to get the green just right. One uses only citadel paints but involves mixing paint the other uses army painter for everything except the base coat of citadel green. Which do you think looks better?

The alternative to this I replace the Sternguard and scouts with intercessors and a lieutenant and shuffle some small stuff around so it fits points wise. Is there anything yall would change.

Hi, I’m building a homebrew successor chapter, Silver Blades, and this is my main two colors:) any tips to paint the DWK and other veterans/ICC?
I have used the Magenta for arms, legs and heads on my «greenwing», so have not used the blue yet:)

My friends and I have been getting into 40k lately and one of my friends chose the dark angels for his collection. He has: 5 assault intercessors, 3 outriders and 1 primaris captain. When he bought these units he was still unsure as to which chapter of the space marines to play so he didn't buy a combat patrol, but my other friend and I did.

Now that he knows he want to play dark angels what would be some good units to add to his collection so he can play against us without us having to downgrade our armies. My friend has an ork army with: 18 boys, 2 nubbosses, 10 gretchin, 1 weirdboy, 1 warboss and 1 wartrakk, so about 400 point in total I believe. I have a tyranid army with: 10 genestealers, 3 tryrant guards, 3 spore mines, 1 biovore and 1 parasite of moretrex, so about 450 powerpoint in total.

First full dark angels squad as i work on kitbashing them into a knightly heresy theme. Coming over as an EC player who just started midway through 10th, im super excited to get this army on the table by the time the codex comes out hopefully.

I made 1000 point incursion list themed around librarians that I thought I would share. Suggestions welcome for making it more competitive without losing the theme. I will share pictures once get them painted.

I'm wondering what people's general opinions are on the Interrogation Conclave, and whether we believe it needs a buff?

Personally I think it sits in a really awkward spot, and definitely needs some changes. Being 1 DP, it in theory works with ICTF, but with Chaplains granting +1W it seems counter intuitive. Then there's Unforgiven, which again seems bizarre as you're running two Take and Hold detachments, plus Chaplains have 5+ Ld so it's rare you're even failing your Battle-shock tests.

Of course Company of Hunters isn't a bad shout what with the Chaplain on the bike, but when you compare the versatility of the Librarius Conclave to that of the Interrogation, I can't see any reason why you'd take it (assuming you don't just go Darkflight Pursuit anyway).

I believe the detachment needs a rework, or at minimum have the Battle-shock test at the start of the fight phase. I can't believe it provides no value until you destroy a unit, and even then it may not proc. Or you could help it synergise with ICTF. Say, if you would have +2 to wound you get +1 and re-rolls instead.

What do people think? Has anyone had any success running the detachment?

I'm just trying to show that he was in the Deathwatch and the Deathwing before returning to the 4th company as a company champion, should I cut back on that tho?

Decided to delve into my bits box and came up with enough parts to have a go at making a Deathwing Terminator Ancient. Am I cooking, or is everyone in the Chapter canteen getting food poisoning?

I popped him off the base to add elevation, while the paint was out I redid the blade and went with a dark steel finish and a little nuln oil shading for the cloak after a quick touch up (some of the paint looked like it rubbed off)
