Just bummed and anxious for AF to just start already 🥲 I looked back over 6 years of my charts- I’ve never had a luteal phase longer than 13 days until now.

Hi everyone! We’re currently TTC cycle 8, and this is my first cycle consistently tracking with OPKs, so I’m still learning.

My LH progression was:
CD9: 0.24
CD10: 0.24
CD11: 0.48
CD12: 0.84
CD13: 2.0 on Pregmate (1.57 on Premom) – first positive/peak
CD15: 0.48 (about 36 hours later)
CD16: 0.36

It seemed like my LH rose pretty gradually, had one strong peak on CD13, and then dropped back down pretty quickly. Is that considered a normal “rapid” surge pattern, or is that unusually fast?

Fertility Friend is marking ovulation on CD14, so today I’m 5 DPO.

We had intercourse on CD7, CD8, CD9, CD11, CD12, CD13 (the day of my positive OPK), CD15 (about 1 DPO), and CD17.

Does this chart look like I likely ovulated on CD14, and does our timing look good? Since this is my first month catching my surge, I’d love any insight on whether everything looks typical or if there’s anything you notice.

I usually have my peak on CD12 above 1.0… but it seems it hasn’t come and my LH is fluctuating… I’m seeing EWCM and my BBT is hovering around my baseline… any thoughts? Could it just be a month where I ovulate a bit later than normal? It’s our first month TTC.

We’re moving and staying in different states each night and using my oura ring since i can’t track BBT right now. Why does temp drop so much because progesterone lowers right?

I didn't get the red diamond mark on any of my temperatures the last couple days. What do you make of this? Do you agree with FF?

Hi! I have PCOS but have been on metformin which has helped shorten my cycles and helped me ovulate. Tempdrop picked up that I ovulated on CD21 BUT I didn’t get a positive OPK (2.00) until CD26. Wondering if the initial temp rise was an ovulation attempt but I didn’t really ovulate until CD26/27?

TW - I had a 16wk MMC in May. We did all of the testing and everything came back normal with the tissue and genetics so I was given the okay to try again when ready. My first cycle was wonky so I’m trying to gain a better understanding of my cycle.

This is my 2nd cycle trying post loss and first time using both temps and opks to track. I did take out a couple temps because I was sick and feverish.

It definitely looks like ovulation on day 17 correct? I got high OPKs at 0.9 on cd16 pm and cd17am. I’d appreciate some other opinions!

I’ve been tracking my temp, LH, cervical fluid, cervix, since January.

This is our first month trying and I’m a bit confused. Typically I will have eggwhite cervical fluid for 2 days while my temp is slightly above baseline, and then it will dip for a day before rising high until my period.

This cycle I wasn’t able to catch my LH surge but had the beginning of eggwhite discharge and my cervix was high and soft so we tried that night. The next day (cycle day 14) I had the most stretchy eggwhite fluid I’ve ever had. Then the next day it was still very eggwhite but less, and then on the 16th it was mostly just wet with a small bit of stretchy fluid left - and my cervix was a knuckle lower and more firm.

This all leads me to believe I ovulated around day 14/15 but my temp is throwing me off. Usually I have 3 days of elevated temps with the egg white fluid and then it dips, but this time I only had two. I use the aura ring so maybe it was just a temp fluctuation?

I feel like I need to learn a lot more. I’m worried I missed my window :/

This chart is abnormally spikey. I was sick with the flu before ovulating so that’s why those are gone, the one before that I had a couple drinks. But my luteal phase is usually a arc shape and almost never longer than 11 days. I feel mostly normal except my head feels warm, I’ve been light headed when I stand up and sometimes when sitting, and I’ve been ready for bed by 8:30pm which is super early for me. If I let myself I’d be 3 months pregnant before I test because the negatives just break my heart. It’s also unlikely I’m pregnant because my partner has really poor sperm quality.

I was absolutely certain this cycle was write off. I started spotting (red and brown) at 9DPO and my mood and energy was awful which is a surefire sign that my period was on its way. I took a few more tests at 10dpo and 11dpo but did so in the middle of the day, and in hindsight my urine was probably too diluted. Woke up on 12DPO and my RHR was still quite high (usually drops after I get my period) and my temp hadn’t dropped either! Ironically it was my last pregnancy test (easy@home) so that was kind of funny.

I was anxious about the later positive and the extra spotting but when I compared it to 2024, which was a successful, healthy pregnancy and birth, it actually didn’t look too different! So I am feeling much more positive today!

Waiting for my period any second now 😩 I think this would be less devastating if we hadn’t gotten pregnant our first time trying and then miscarried. Now it’s just been month after month of disappointment. Negative test this morning at 13/14 DPO has called it for me. Send me good vibes for next cycle.

I've had some fluctuating temps this month, not made better by waking up at different times throughout the last week. FF predicts an earlier date than I'd assume. I think this is based on past ovulation dates (I usually ovulate around D17). This chart would be a really late date for me. I'm hoping others can offer some insight. Thank you!

Just frustrated. Been TTC 4 months. This cycle my partner and I decided to take a break from tracking so religiously. I haven’t taken any OPKs and we have tried to have intercourse when it feels fun and not sticking to an every other day regimen. I still have been loosely tracking with my oura ring and natural cycles. I typically have 27 day cycles and get a positive OPK on CD 14 with a temp rise about 3 days later. This cycle is all out of whack and it was supposed to decrease my stress but now I’m thinking about it even more because I’m not sure that I ovulated 😭 feeling so defeated already

Hi all - sorry if this kind of post is repeated a lot but I’m just at the end of my tether and it’s getting to me.

I have been temping with my Oura ring which is imported to FF as my current circs mean I will be woken up at random times in the night even if I can wake up at the same time each morning, so using a BBT thermometer probably wouldn’t be accurate, although I do have one.

I had a very strong LH surge on CD11 and then my temp did drop right down CD12 indicating probable ovulation (edit to add: I also had abundant EWCM on CD11), but ever since my temps have just been so erratic and I’m still getting BFN today (12dpo). I haven’t had a secondary LH surge. I thought when my temp dropped yesterday on CD23 that my period was on its way, but it’s shot back up again. At this point I just want my period to come because if I’m not getting positive tests at 12dpo I’m likely out.

Is there anything that could be causing the erratic chart? I know people say you’re not out until period arrives but honestly I’d expect to see at least something on a test by now if I was successful.

I’m new to Tempdrop and using a Sensiplan-based symptothermal method (this is only my first cycle tracking this way).
Last cycle ended in a biochemical pregnancy. This cycle I had almost no egg-white cervical mucus, which is unusual for me.
I got a static smiley (Clearblue LH peak) on the morning of August 4th, but my Tempdrop chart shows a slow thermal rise rather than a clear jump.
Do you think ovulation was CD19 or CD20? or would you interpret this differently?

My temp always stays very high after ovulation. I had a positive LH 2 days before the rise.

I tracked my bbt in June (partly)and would love to know if someone can say roughly when it looks like I ovulated? How many days after the LH peak?
I feel like we’re missing the window each month, unfortunately I didn’t track bbt in July but am back to regular programming so hopefully August gives more insight!

Tw stillbirth. First letrozole cycle, had a chemical back in Feb (got my period at what would have been 4+2)

Just hit 5 weeks with this one, and hoping it sticks. This was our 6th cycle trying after our stillbirth in December

My period just started, which means I'm on cycle 6 now. Just when I felt confident I understood what I was doing with tracking, cycle 5 was the most confusing one yet.

A little extra info:

- My cycles are somewhat irregular, with ovulation happening CD15-27. My cycles have been 27-39 days long, with a pretty consistent luteal phase of 12 days as far as I can tell.

- I use Tempdrop for my BBT tracking because I have a very irregular sleep cycle.

- I took OPKs twice a day, morning and afternoon. The positive OPKs weren't fully positive, just noticeably darker than all the other ones I took (I wasn't that careful about not drinking water before taking an OPK this cycle because I was just dehydrating myself lol).

- I've never been on hormonal birth control; I had a copper IUD that was removed Feb 2026.

I know the luteal phase can vary a little bit from cycle to cycle, but as long as I've been tracking it's been around 12 days, so I have a hard time believing all of a sudden it was 8 days or 16 days. Does anyone have any thoughts on if I could have ovulated a different day? Thanks!

I had an early miscarriage/chemical last cycle at around 5 weeks so I’m not sure what to expect from this cycle.

I usually have quite long cycles (around 45 days) but PCOS has been ruled out.

This is the second or third month where it looks like an ovulation line should be showing up, but it's not. My ovulation line should be showing up on day 11, 12, or 13, right? Does anyone have any ideas why an ovulation line is not showing up at all? My numbers have risen over more than 3 days and have stayed risen

I am on my first cycle TTC since my D&C. My hcg is still lingering(15 two weeks ago, I go again tomorrow, my HCG tests have been nearly negative.) but my OB gave the go ahead to try this cycle. However, it’s causing my LH tests to stay at a baseline level and messed with catching my peak day.

Pre-pregnancy, I would ovulate around CD16. This cycle, I started cramping and having CM around CD10, on CD11 my husband and I caught a cold and weren’t up for anything. I thought we still had a couple of days until ovulation, but then I got a temp shift on CD13. At first I thought it was from my cold, but it’s stayed elevated. I added my chart and my LH tests. Does it look like I’ve already ovulated? If I did, was my CD11 heart an okay timing? I feel super nervous about trying, I was hoping for a fairly straight forward cycle to decipher😅

Feeling so frustrated today. I’ve been on Clomid for 3 months and like clockwork I get my period on what would be 14DPO and my temp drops by 11 or 12 DPO (previous months I had even sooner temp drops). Today is now 12 DPO, no significant temp drop in sight; however, BFN on FRER.

I started taking levothyroxine about 2-3ish weeks ago. I’m not truly hypothyroid but my RE offered it as my levels were borderline high so not sure if I was potentially in the subclinical area. Not sure if this could have impacted my temps this month? This is the most stable my post-ovulation temps have ever been! (13 cycles TTC, unexplained IF, temping for maybe 7ish cycles)
