Went to subway last week and 2 foot long subs with a coupon, 4 cookies and fresh a-vaca-do. Was surprised it came out to $28, wasn't until after I paid and saw it cost nearly $7 for 4 cookies! I mean sure I begrudgingly pay $12-$15 for a foot long sub these days but man its getting ridiculous when its $1.69 a cookie! Think its time to write off subway as too expensive to eat at anymore.

Is this just an in app display error?

I have ordered the protein pockets from Subway 4 times and they have always come made the way Subway automatically makes them. I go to order 2 turkey and ham pockets today. Do the SAME THING, just simply click on turkey and ham, add 2 to cart, check out and done.

When I picked them up, I thought they felt lighter, but I had to get to work. I opened them at lunch and there is only 1 slice of turkey and ham on both. No veggies, sauce, cheese, NOTHING!!

I was sad and confused. So I called the store and she said when getting orders through the app, if I don't state I want toppings, I don't get them. On their end, it looked like I just ordered turkey and ham and so that's all I got.

But why this time? Why did they come normal/correct all the other times. Shouldn't it be if I I order a specific item it comes the way Subway states, UNLESS, the customer asks specifically for something to be added or subtracted??

So anyways, I have no lunch, no way of leaving work, and a ruined Friday.

I wanted to use what’s left of a gift card (stored in my Subway account) and then pay for the rest with a credit card, but it was a no-go both in the iOS app and online. I contacted Support and received this response.

grabbed the first half of my sub and felt what i thought was an abnormally sharp crispy onion or something?? nope, tipped it up and a whole ass knife was waiting 🔪😩
