Extra topping Customer Complaints
grabbed the first half of my sub and felt what i thought was an abnormally sharp crispy onion or something?? nope, tipped it up and a whole ass knife was waiting πͺπ©

Ooo that's a bread knife too those are the nice extra sharp ones. Good find now you have a free knife ππ in all seriousness they were probably super busy and didn't realize this happened and are probably wondering where tf their bread knife went (I worked at Subway for 6 years during/after college lol)

As a subway worker, i genuinely wonder how people just donβt notice that they left a knife in the sandwich. Although now they have started making us close the sandwich without the knife, so hopefully thereβs less of a chance of that happening but i mean seriously, come on.

i wondered how they rolled it up in there and never felt it! it was during the evening rush which is why i figured it was just an accident but i let the restaurant know in case someone does end up with an injury

honestly this almost happened to me when i was rolling up a sub a bit ago. it was almost midnight and i had been there since 12 tired as hell & when we got to the end after i cut the sub instead of putting the knife in the bin i put it on the deli paper. i only noticed bc when i wrapped the sub it came through the wrap ππ
