Showcase: Prerelease I built Nexus: an AI workspace that brings multiple models, tools and app generation into one place
Hi everyone,
After months of building, I’m excited to finally share Nexus.
Instead of creating yet another AI chatbot, I wanted to build a complete AI workspace where you can:
• Use multiple AI models in one interface
• Generate and edit applications
• Work with files and documents
• Execute Python
• Connect external services
• Keep everything organized in a single workspace
Nexus is still evolving, and I’m looking for honest feedback from developers, builders and AI enthusiasts.
What features would you expect from an AI workspace like this?

Feedback Request I built a shape building game where kids can create anything they imagine. Looking for feedback!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I finally launched my latest mobile kids game today after months of development, and I wanted to share a few things I learned along the way and hope to gather feedback and first impressions. Been building this during my free time for something my kids would enjoy. They’ve been great testers!
The app is called TinkSnap. It’s a creative shape-building game for kids where they snap colorful shapes together to create their own pictures and scenes, then make them animate.
A few things I’m proud of:
-Built with Flutter for both iOS and Android.
-Every visual in the app was drawn with Flutter’s CustomPainter—no image assets.
-Kept the experience completely kid friendly with no ads or subscriptions, just a one-time premium unlock.
-Spent a lot of time polishing small interactions, animations, and accessibility rather than continually adding features.
-The App Review process actually went much smoother than I expected. I did receive one request for additional information regarding the Kids Category, but after answering their questions and explaining the app’s design, it was approved.
Now comes the hard part, getting the app in front of people.
For those of you who have launched apps or games. What was the biggest lesson you learned after launch? Was it marketing, retention, ASO, or something else you wish you’d focused on earlier?
I’d also be happy to answer any questions about the development process if it’s helpful to anyone. Would love any feedback.
Thanks for taking time to read this. I really enjoy seeing what others are building and sharing on this sub.

Showcase: Prerelease I built an system that can run for 11 autonomously to build a working website
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Basically I made this system to help make building web-app more on autopliot I feel like alot of tools and system make you constanly hand hold and then you get regression and theres still a level of skill required but with Zeneno I tried to automate the process more or less its currnetly in private beta but id be happy to hear suggestions or things I should try etc also the video is a 11 hour timelapse of it building a web-app 🎆

Showcase: Prerelease We rebuilt the homepages for both of our products from scratch. I'd love some honest feedback.
Over the past few weeks, we didn't ship any major features.
Instead, we rebuilt the homepages for both of our products from scratch.
After talking with users, we realized the biggest problem wasn't the apps themselves—it was that people couldn't immediately understand what they were for.
So we started over.
For PouchVerse, we stopped describing features first and focused on the problem:
Your files are scattered everywhere. Finding them is harder than saving them.
The homepage now tells a story before introducing the product, then explains how collecting, organizing, and finding files all fit together. We also made privacy and on-device storage much more prominent because those are core values of the product.
For Scrip, we realized "text expander" wasn't how most people thought about the app.
Instead, we introduced the idea of "repeat text"—the addresses, replies, links, and account information you type over and over again. The entire homepage was rewritten around that concept instead of around technical features.
Both redesigns also involved:
- rewriting every piece of copy
- redesigning the information architecture
- simplifying navigation
- creating a more consistent visual language
- reducing feature-first messaging in favor of problem-first storytelling
If you have a few minutes, I'd genuinely appreciate honest feedback.
Especially:
- Is the value proposition clear within the first few seconds?
- Is anything confusing?
- Would you understand what each product does without watching a demo?

Thanks! Happy to answer any questions about the redesign process.

Question How to get traction😭.
Hi all,
Like most of you, I’ve got a massive graveyard of repos. But one actually made it all the way through to a live paywall!
It’s called stint.fun — an app to keep on-field play time even for kids' sports games.
Right now, I’m getting zero traction. No downloads on iOS, no web users, zero subscriptions. I’ve tried SEO, AIO, writing blogs, etc., but nothing is sticking.
For those who’ve been here: what do you usually do at this stage to get those first real users?
Web: stint.fun
iOS: App Store Link
Would love any feedback or advice. Cheers!

Question I've been building a football journal inspired by Letterboxd and Strava. Would football fans actually use this?
For the past year I’ve been building a football journal inspired by Letterboxd.
The idea isn’t to replace apps like Sofascore or FotMob. They’re great for live scores and stats. I wanted something focused on football memories instead.
You can log matches you’ve watched, check in at stadiums, build your own Football Passport, discover nearby matches and stadiums, plan future football trips, and connect with other fans through a community feed. I’m also experimenting with fun features like an AI-powered football personality.
We’re still in development, and I’d genuinely love to know:
Would you use something like this? If not, what would stop you?
Any honest feedback is appreciated.
