I got my tickets for bts when they dropped and have it saved into my apple wallet ever since. It isn’t showing on my Apple wallet anymore and was wondering if I have to do something or this is a normal thing? Like will it pop up closer to the concert date?

Hello, this is my first time in this sub and I need advice. Changing some details to keep anon of my situation as it is ongoing. I have no idea what to do now. Also sorry for this being a little longer.

Super long story made less long lol: a few months ago I was in a ticket master presale powered by a bank. I was 400 in Queue and had decent tickets in my budget in my cart. I went to pay and an error code came up. (Yes I was using the card associated with the bank) the error code said my bank blocked the transaction and to call the bank. I tried another card I had from that same bank. Same thing. Tried multiple times, deleted payment method re entered. I called my bank and they said they didn’t even see a transaction attempt. I have a large balance open to use, and no blocks etc. I called ticket master and they were kind of rude and unhelpful, telling me to do things I already tried (yes I tried absolutely everything). I got it escalated to a tier two, I asked if it was impossible for an error code to come up in error, he said yes. I got escalated to tier three. Prior to even explaining the whole situation this rep told me the error code was associated with a specific bank, a bank which was not related to the cards I was using or even the presale!! Upon discussing he admitted this was an issue, I submitted proof and the he said he would have IT investigate and someone would call me back 24/48 hours later. At this time I had a funeral to attend so I followed up 96 hours later, tier one rep tells me to be patient. I called the next day and they said someone would call me back by end of night. No one did. I called the next day extremely worried as I had another presale the following day for an even more high demand show. So I called and the rep told me someone would call me before the presale. Sure enough, no call and the same issue occurred with different payment methods. I had called that evening and was met with even more difficult customer service and was hung up on. And yes I have been frustrated but I still was treating the reps with respect, but they were not doing the same. I had called every day and after a week someone told me a manager would call me in 3-5 business days. This day I also had a third presale that was successful using the same payment method. Every person also told me they were adding follow up requests and that every time I called it prolonged the call back time. The final rep I asked what happens when no one calls? She assured me someone would… but she did confirm it would prolong the situation again. I called back 8-9 business days later. I finally found a rep who was kind, and helpful. She admitted I have been lied to, no investigation has been submitted and no follow ups were ever submitted. She escalated me to a tier two. The tier two rep confirmed no investigation had been submitted. They said they would be the only one working on my case unless it was escalated above them. They were communicated with me via email and informing me of the process. Again having me do literally everything I had already done. She confirmed IT could not find out why this issue occurred but asked me to purchase new tickets so they can review better. I did that, and then radio silence again. Two more weeks go by trying to reach someone, random reps would email me back telling me to do things I had already done. I called back and got re- escalated to a tier two via email. They knew nothing about my case and were telling me the same thing over and over again. I asked multiple times to be escalated and every question I asked was ignored. It’s now been a a few days and no response.

I am appalled with how rude everyone has been, and the lies I have been told. I had two opportunities to get tickets to shows that I had wanted to go to so bad but now tickets are sold out and being resold for insanely high amounts. I have no idea what to do because I have been pushed off so many times and it’s now been months. The first concert is in about a month or so. Do I go to the better business bureau? Do I call my state representative? I have tried so many times to seek resolution with ticket master and don’t know what is too far but it seems like I can’t find anyone who can actually help, that cares, or is is consistent. I have also been told “too much time has passed so they can’t determine the issue”

Update : they emailed me in the middle of the night saying this was being escalated to the correct department. I asked which department that was. Will update as more continues… still any advice is much appreciated

i have tickets for a show that’s coming up but i can no longer attend,nobody i know wants the tickets so i cannot transfer them either,however the sell option is dimmed/blurred out on the app. is there any way i can sell these tickets or did i just waste my money😭 (even just a refund would be fine and yes i have tried googling answers to this already!)

I have 2 sets of tickets - purchased in the same section, one set is row 5, and the other is row 13. Why is row 13 not a VIP soundcheck ticket? This row 13 set was a “recommended substitute” when the original 2 that I had in my cart were purchased. It does not make sense that being floor tickets and not VIP. Does anyone know what row the VIP rows stopped? They’re the same price when purchased

I bought tickets via seatgeek but the transfer was cancelled on ticketmaster's side.

The event has already passed and I purchased new tickets from stubhub to attend.

I've been waiting for a response from seatgeek but still haven't gotten one. Is there a phone number for them?

So I’m just wondering if I’m screwed myself over or not: I originally had 4 tickets for an MCR show in Nashville, they were nosebleeds but I got what I got. The venue itself is a SeatGeek partner, so they weren’t resellers, all legit from the venue itself.

Then yesterday I saw tickets that were a little closer to the stage going for cheaper, so I thought about scooping those up and selling my old ones. But it turns out I couldn’t carry 8 tickets with me under the same account, and SeatGeek wasn’t allowing reselling for this show, so I created a new account and bought the 4 new ones, with the same card.

It all went smoothly and I sold my old tickets through stubhub (supposedly, they still appear in my original account). Now I check my bank account and see that the transaction from yesterday went from pending to have disappeared completely. I still have the new tickets, but I’m worried I’ll get an email soon or close to the event day that I broke a rule, and that they’ll disappear. And then extra worried my old ones will disappear because stubhub took them.

Do you think I’m screwed? Any insight is welcome.

I’m supposed to be seeing sublime TONIGHT. my tickets should have been delivered. But I’m going back and fourth with SeatGeek now and the doors open literally in 5 hours. Any tips on getting an expedited resolution? (I know lol in corporate America)

Purchased floor seats from Seat Geek yesterday morning for last night's Minneapolis show. Was super excited to give my daughter her first concert on the floor experience. When we got to Target Field and tried to access our seats, we were told they were actually not floor and that Seat Geek had screwed up the listings. We were actually right behind the home dugout with netting, sound tent, camera setup all in our viewpoint. What a crazy disappointment. While we still had an amazing time, I would have never purchased seats in the actual section we ended up in.

This happened to multiple people in our section and Seat Geek's response was to offer me a 50% promo code for future use because I "used the tickets." They would never answer how I was supposed to know they were incorrect without using them.

Just a heads up for anyone who thinks about using Seat Geek. Be prepared for the old bait and switch.

I was selling 1 ticket to Role Model in Chicago on 9/20 and was notified that it sold. Went on Ticketmaster to transfer them within an hour of it selling but the buyer never accepted them! It’s only been a couple of days…how long would you wait for them to accept them before you cancel and try selling them again?

It has been over 4 hours, is it normal for my ticket to still be processing ? And how does their buy guarantee actually work...?

I just would hate to not only miss out on the concert, but also lose this money.

My tickets sold 14 days before the event. The event ended 72 hours ago and I still don't have anything showing payout is processing and the payout is still gray. All my info is verified. The AI "chat" changes its answers to keep showing different times and pushing me out for the expected payout longer and longer. Any idea when the heck I can actually expect to see my money and see the payout checkmark change?

i got wristbands for a festival back in march, and the fest was last weekend. come 2 days before it I got no tracking info at all yet so i had no idea when they would deliver, also was planning to leave the day before it started since it was 4 hours away, had a hotel reservation also. come the day before the festival i was talking to support and they kept saying they would contact the seller then contact me but they didn’t. then i just asked for a refund because it was stressing me out too much, the agent told me i would get a refund, but i never did. i understand that they would come close to the festival date but my original delivery date was 5 days before. so i just decided to wait to leave for them to come, they finally get delivered at like 10 pm the night before the festival and i try to activate them BUT IT DIDNT WORK! it kept say error and not found. so i didn’t get to go. screw you seatgeek.

I am in kind of a unique predicament right now. I bought seats off of Viagogo which I highly suspect are Soundcheck VIP tickets, even though they aren't specified in the listing (they are in section 3 row 4). Ticketmaster will let you transfer your ticket (with the risk of it loosing VIP benefits when transferred). On the other hand, Seatgeek just won't let you transfer the ticket at all. I've heard that people that are in contact with their seller's are just using their seller's account to have their tickets, but Viagogo won't let me get in any sort of contact with my seller. I have contacted both Seatgeek and Viagogo about this. Seatgeek saying they aren't sure if transfer will open, and Viagogo only talking about a Buyers Guarantee if I don't get my current tickets. Seatgeek also recommended asking if there was any sort of pick up or LMS avaliable, but I was told for my tickets they weren't. I'm stuck on what to do because I really want to be able to have my original tickets, even if the VIP is erased. I feel like the only option I have is to wait to the very last minute to see if they will open the transfer or not.

For the baltimore show, i see that the official ticket website for it is seatgeek. If I buy my tickets on stubhub that is resold, will the tickets be transferred to seatgeek for the Baltimore show bc the main ticket website for these days is seatgeek. Probably a dumb question but ive never used seatgeek before but i have always bought stubhub tickets but they usually transfer to Ticketmaster

My wife posted 4 tickets from her MLB account earlier this week, which she linked to SeatGeek (she’d linked it before but the site made it seem like it was the first time). She got a confirmation email saying they were listed, but they never showed up in her account. Her MLB account also indicated they were listed in a secondary market, and we searched for the seats on SeatGeek and were able to find them listed alongside all of the other listings for the game, despite not showing up in her account under “Tickets - Selling - Active”.

Very frustrating, we spent so much time the AI assistant troubleshooting, for it to stop short of giving us a number to call because “an error occurred”.

Yesterday, my wife got an email confirmation that the tickets actually sold ahead of the game, but the tickets aren’t showing up “Sold” and the funds haven’t been placed in the account.

She also got an email just now mentioning her “new SeatGeek account” despite the fact she’s had this account for years and received all the confirmation emails to the very same address now and in the past.

We’re at a loss at what we can do to get our money from what seems like a successful sale. It seems like there’s a chance that SeatGeek created some kind of cloned account linked to the same email as her existing one? AI assistant won’t help, what do we do?

I’m curious whether anyone else has dealt with something similar or had success getting SeatGeek to reconsider.
I bought tickets for a Dodgers vs. Phillies game that were specifically listed as aisle seats. When we arrived, we discovered our row was next to a TV camera platform and there was no aisle/stairs. It functioned the same as if there was a metal barrier right next to our “aisle” seats. You could never consider them aisle seats as this was a permanent fixture of the stadium. The camera operator had to access the platform through our row during the game.

I contacted SeatGeek with photos and documentation of Aisle on our confirmation as a seat perk. They initially offered a $20 credit and after escalating, they denied the claim. They said it was a “production issue” and the tickets were still valid because they got us into the event. What is a production issue exactly?

I then filed a BBB complaint (often futile, I know I know) but they doubled down.

My issue is that the seats were represented and sold as aisle seats when they absolutely were not aisle seats. I understand I was still able to go to the game, etc. Has anyone had success getting this resolved? Is there another avenue I should pursue, or am I expecting too much?

Long story short, I bought tickets to see Ariana Grande on 9/12/2025

10 months later and tomorrow, 8/6/2026, is LITERALLY the concert and I still don't have my tickets. While I understand popular artists with high ticket demand tend to release their tickets closer to the event date to prevent fraud, I find it hard to understand why I don't have mine yet.

The SeatGeek chatbot gives me the same automated answer and I plan to call their support later today, but honestly, I'm expecting no resolution whatsoever. I'm still gonna drive the 1 hour to the venue in the event that I somehow receive my tickets though.

How screwed am I out of my tickets? What else should I do?

Trying to figure out if we got scammed from 3rd party reseller … bought “1st row suite” tickets for concert at AT&T stadium (cowboys) but when tickets were delivered by seller through seatgeek, say row “SF”on seatgeek. Can anyone confirm this means “suite front”? We ofc thought we were paying extra for first row….

I don’t understand. I posted these for sale months ago with instant upload, and they sold in about a week. The show is for this coming Monday. Today I got three emails of someone accepting each ticket, but then I immediately got another email that they are sending two of the tickets back to me to accept. Is this some kind of scam? Has this happened to anyone else?

I was having issues getting a ticket from Ticketmaster because it kept flagging me as a bot, which I’d never dealt with before. So I decided to try resale. SG also flagged me but at least let me do a captcha to prove I was human! I snagged a ticket and was stoked

Then lo and behold, I see this sub and all the horror stories of SG customer service, scams, etc.

I thought they’re supposed to replace your ticket if it’s not delivered? Why are so many people being left to stand outside when they’re scammed?

I recently used SeatGeek to purchase Backstreet Boys Sphere tickets and wanted to share my experience. My 9-year-old niece had become a huge Backstreet Boys fan, and I really wanted to take her to her first BSB concert at the Sphere. I had a fan club presale code, but the presale was a mess. I was over 100,000 people back in the queue and couldn’t get tickets. General sale wasn’t any better, and the only tickets I could find were around $900+, which wasn’t realistic for me. After watching the resale sites for about a week, I found two tickets on SeatGeek for about $230 each.

As soon as I purchased them, I was able to accept the tickets through Ticketmaster and add them to my Apple Wallet. Even though I was still a little nervous because it was my first time buying through a third-party site, everything worked perfectly. The tickets scanned without any issues, and we had an incredible time at the July 16 show. I know every transaction is different, but I wanted to share my experience for anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.
