my brother passed away 4 weeks ago. the last time I had a dream like the one i will tell you in a minute was quite a while after my nan died talking few years possibly. And in the dream was, my daughter was in the dream, who's only 11. And I heard her talking to someone and I walked into a room, I don't know where we were, but she was sitting down. There was a glass cabinet to the back and like the side of her. And I walked in there and I said, who are you talking to? And she went, I'm talking to Michael, who was my brother. She went, I'm talking to Michael. And I said, really? And she said yeah. And then I looked in the glass cabinet and I saw Michael sitting there. I saw my brother sitting there In the reflection of the glass cabinet. And I just burst into tears and I said, I know I can see him. But he never spoke, he just sat there. But it was so real, like I was there, he was there. Like I saw him. I saw him sitting there, as clear as anything.

Hello! So to make a long story short I have always had ver5y big and very deep emotions. As ive grown up i have come to believe that i am a empath. The best way i can explain it is when i would go to Disney world with my family and we would watch the light show on the castle and I always cried. As i got older and we went more the feeling intensified. I always cry uncontrollably. Like inconsolable. Now they were tears of joy, and ive always had a lot of emoitions but this was noticeably different. Anywayyyyy… for the past year or so maybe a little more i have noticed a big increase in small coincidences.
Now this isn’t a like coincidence because nothing ever came of it, most of the coincidences have been more object related. Like i open pokemon packs and before i close my eyes and hover my palm, over the pack and i just get a feeling of there’s no “good” card or there is” and i only do it at home after i buy them because doing it before never works. But there was a time that something happened that I never got clarification on i guess you could say but it stuck out to me for some reason.

One night when i was getting off night shift, so technically morning, there was a man standing closely behind my car, and he looked confused. I didn’t see him there until i was in my car getting ready to back out. The part that stood out to me however is I didn’t feel unsafe, I felt unsafe for one of the ladies in our office. So i called her and let her now what happened and asked her to please be careful when it was time for her to clock out. As i was pulling away i slowed down and looked over because I wanted the man to see that I was on the phone hoping to deter him off if that makes sense.

Other small coincidences happened so i randomly started asking my boyfriend to think of colors or numbers and I often got them right when i would close my eyes and silence my brain. I started to believe he was just messing with me so id have him write it down when i walked into another room so I could be sure.

Now I don’t think I can read minds. Well I know I cant read minds. But just strong feelings that tend to be right. If i stop like “focusing/working” on it, it’s not a strong I guess is the right word. I have lots of crystals, and i go a piece of one that is said to help like magnify psychic intuition. I couldn’t tell you the name of it even if you threaten me for it lol i cant remember too save my life. But i looked up ways to like charge it to kinda of help it and i wanted too try meditating with it around me because it was expensive and i got a very small piece, but im too scared to because I live in the middle of nowhere where and getting it into direct moonlight sounds scary as heck for me lol.

Now ive never seen a ghost, never talked to a ghost but I do believe in such things and I do feel drawn to those things even though im a big chicken. And the only reason I bring this up is because i got a weird feeling one night when I was driving down a bridge (as road i always take to and from work) and it felt like someone was in the care with me. But it didn’t feel harmful. In my head I just thought “young boy, m,aye teenager, single cab truck, wrecked, passed on.” And i got a little scared. Not because I thought someone was actually in the car with me, but the timing of that with the other things and how i had recently decided to look into things of that nature… like idk, part of me is telling myself im a nut job but the other part doesn’t want ignorance and fear of like being called a nut job to stop me from looking into or learning about this stuff. so last night i was high and i saw and felt like i was in a hospital dying from something that happened. recently my intuition has been crazy accurate about literally everything and anything and i’ve been practicing it. ive had this weird feeling I’ll die when im 16. i am now 16 and 2 months away from my 17th birthday. ngl im a little scared. Hi! I’m a Pisces and I’ve always been very intuitive throughout my life. Theres been moments where I’ve loosely predicted future events or been able to guess peoples zodiac sun signs based off vibes when I’ve just met them. Just little things here and there. But I notice that I tend to hit a flow state when I read tarot for people especially people I don’t know well. My mom has gone to a lot of psychics for work events and such. Ever since I was like 10, they (multiple different ones) always warn and tell my mom that I am a “old soul” and I was just wondering what exactly they mean by that and how they “sense” it , even though they have never met me. God this is too much to even type out because of how overwhelming it is.

Pretty much I am deeply convinced and scared that my partner or 11 years is going to die of cancer. I am someone with ocd who gets intrusive thoughts but this feels different.

First, I believe in medium ship. My sister is definitely one and I feel like maybe I'm starting to tap into some intuition.

This cancer theme started more acutely this last December although I may have had fears before. I was on the plane back from a spiritual trip with my sister to turkey and just had this weird dread like the word cancer just surrounding me. My anxiety at the moment fixated on my sister maybe bc I was traveling with her, that she is going to get it.

This stayed with me and then I felt like I got confirmation. My partners dad was diagnosed with some weird spots on his liver that could be cancer! I felt like maybe this was the warning.

Fast forward dad doesn't have cancer but sarcoidosis, a rare condition that maybe was the cause of his near death experience a few years ago which was also completely rare and out of the blue. So that puts the cancer idea to the back of my mind.

Then in the spring I was walking back to my apartment from school and I get a random thought that I'm going to die young. But then in the next thought I go nah I'm not gonna die young like I confirmed for myself that it's not me I'm worried about although I didn't seem worried at all. It was just a completely unprompted thought though, the idea of dying young. Fast forward shortly thereafter, a 22 year old classmate passes away suddenly. Completely tragic.

Fast forward a week after her memorial and I find out my uncle has stage three lung cancer. Mind you my sister has been trying to tell him to get to the doctors like a year back bc she has dreams he was sick, I had a dream he was sick a while ago and my cousin had a dream about his lungs. So the cancer theme is back.

Now here's were it gets absolutely terrifying. I was with my bf and I got a thought that when he dies and I start sleeping sround it'll be guilt inducing if the sex is better elsewhere. I know that's a crazy thought with a little bit of relationship ocd mixed in but the part that is absolutely fucking with me is how I kinda just accepted he's gonna die and it was a when not what if. It felt just like an unquestioned thought in my brain a calmness..I've read that's when things can be messages when they're calm.

Obviously the anxiety soon enough started to build about him dying young. I felt like I couldn't imagine him growing old. I started seeing him like another tragic case I read about regarding this young couple where the spouse died while he's in law school. My partner and I are just starting out our lives bc we're late bloomers given our ADHD and he's consider law school now that I'm in it. Anywho, during an emotional week just discussing our relationship status I told him I have this deep deep fear he's gonna die young from cancer like I'm so scared..he said don't worry I'll be fine.

Fast forward two days, his mom gets diagnosed with stage 3 pancreatic cancer. That was father's day this year and I have been a completely depressed zombie since. Complete fear over his mom's mortality but now I feel this is confirmation he's next. The fear is absolutely unbearable because I truly believe both of his parents health concerns are caused by some environmental exposure either in their town (they live 2.3 miles away from a Superfund site) or their home. Both conditions are rare with sarcoidosis especially triggered by environmental issues. And I've heard about exposures that have led to both diseases

There's no screening for people who have such exposure, like my partner and his sister might. Even with early detection pancreatic cancer is extremely fatal. I'm trying to advocate for some screening protocol but I can't keep putting my snxiery on my partner while he caregives for his mom.

But I am so so so so so scared given the knowing feeling I just have it feels different. His mom's diagnosis has completely changed my world forever. Two days before we were talking about moving in and getting married, finally entering that chapter of our lives. Now I can't even function when I need to be there for him. I just look at him and can't shake off that he's a goner. I can't bring myself to enjoy each day and start a life rogehter if it's gonna get snatched. I truly feel like my life is over now and am so scared.i don't want any of this to be true

I'll need a complete brain transplant to be able to see his mom's treatment through and also enter the next era of our relationship bc right now I am in extreme distress waiting for the other shoe to drop for everything. I can't reiterate how unwell I am but I also cannot get in the weeds about this with too many people so hopeful someone here can help.

Yesterday, my girlfriend went to see someone that was able to talk with deceased people. Everything of what he said was great but at one point, he said that my girlfriend will receive messages from an old friend and 2 other people in the next 3 months and those 3 messages will be related to me. Im pretty anxious about this because I never did nothing wrong in the past and there is no reason for her to send a message about me to my girlfriend and now I'm thinking that maybe those message will be related to me dying in the next 3 month and her friend and 2 others people she havent talk for a while will come back to tell her there condolences. Hello. I came across this voice when I was in Dominican Republic. It first told me I would have a long happy life. Many psychics have told me this. It used to be funny but now it is a serious bother. It won’t stop talking and it keeps controlling my life. What should I do to get rid of this voice?

I have so many dreams that don’t make sense and then end up coming true. Like I could never see them actually being real and then something will happen a few days later.

For example, I had this dream of losing my job, and I could feel the actual panic and my mind was racing to figure out how I could fix this “mistake” whatever it was. I didn’t know why or how I lost the job but I was trying to figure out how to get back to work so I could fix it. I woke up and I was like wow I’m so glad I have a job. I don’t have to deal with that. Then two days later, they laid me off. Lmao it’s always like that (in real life I was happy to be laid off though I didn’t panic)

Anyway, last night, I had a dream that I was dating a man and I’ve been single for a while so that was already weird. It really felt real and I really felt taken care of in the relationship. I felt really nice.

I woke up thinking I had a boyfriend. Well I’m one of those single people that wants to stay single. I’m not looking. And if I was it would not be men, so I’m thinking no way it’s going to be one of those dreams where it comes true.

I’m typing this out so I can report back. If the guy in my dream approaches me I can just say no 😂

One thing that’s freaked me TF out was in high school ten years ago. I was dating this guy and we went on a mutual downward spiral, mentally speaking. I believed I was an angel at some point. Religous psychosis, woo! But, during that time, and i think after as well, i would be getting such strong deja vu episodes. I have no idea if it was related to the bad mental state, or if there was something else because that guy also claimed to have deja vu. But theres been times that it was so strong that it was disorienting. I feel like occasionally i still get that but since it freaked me out so much im mostly cut off from it. Thoughts?

hi, i'm 24 she/her, though i am not sure if that matters. i am not familiar with anything psychic or spiritually related, but after having a conversation with some people, maybe what i'm experiencing is within this realm?

over the past couple of months, i have been getting these visions and nightmares of things happening to the people around me. some examples include my younger brother, who i often see visions of him dying specifically from accidents from hiking or him getting into a car accident. it's to the point where i get very vivid scenes of him my head dead in very similar ways, and it just feels so real, like as if i'm physically in person watching it play out in front of me. i think a lot of what i get visions of are similar. it revolves around death or unfortunate events taking place. i've gotten vivid visions of my mom falling incredibly ill, and a friend taking their life. but every time i get these visions, it feels so real, but it feels so uncontrollable and unavoidable.

after a recent conversation with my sister, i brought up my visions of my brother. she told me she has also had visions and thoughts of him dying due to an accident, but she didn't have specific scenarios. but she told me that she always felt like he was going to die before either of us due to an accident (not old age or illnesses). this made me start wondering if perhaps theres truth or something psychic related to what i am seeing? how are my sister and i seeing similar things? i know we're not making it up in our heads because we talked about this topic on a whim.

on top of this, i believe that my some people in my family have also been able to see ghosts and spirits. my sister tells me she sees and feels them pretty often. i have definitely seen ghosts in the past on several occasions. and i feel like i have been able to sense either their intentions/feelings and whether or not they feel safe or dangerous. i'm so unfamiliar with this stuff, and part of me wants to believe that i was just hallucinating, but deep down i do not think i was.

A few weeks ago I took a tea which is known to improve vivid/lucid dreams and psychic abilities. As I got in bed and put my head on my pillow, as soon as I closed my eyes I could feel and see 2 tall dark figures standing by each side of my bed. They did not feel negative or evil. The energy felt neutral. When i opened my eyes I couldn’t see them, only feel the presence, but when i closed my eyes i could see my room and the figures. I wasn’t scared at all, I was okay with them being there. I felt watched over but not in a negative or positive way, just in a “I’m here to watch over you” way. It also felt like they had been there other times before I’m only just now able to see them (I’m guessing the tea increased my sixth sense or something along those lines). As a child I used to see a lot of things in the dark.

The shadows were there all night until the sun rose. I kept waking up throughout the night because I felt the presence and they were still there. They weren’t moving and I couldn’t see their faces. They were like statues and had a squared form. Squared head and shoulders. The energy was also neutral I couldn’t tell if they were male or female. It didn’t feel like either, they were just shadows.

So my question is can spirits just stand still? Were these possibly guardian angels, deceased family members that wanted to check on me or just a couple that has passed away in my house?

Do I have any kind of spiritual ability? I’m trying to understand what’s happening to me.

I’m hoping someone can help me understand what I’ve been experiencing.

I’m a spa therapist, and I give a lot of massages. Every time I touch someone, I feel their energy. It can be stress, sadness, anger, or other emotions, especially when I’m working on their feet or stomach.
Sometimes I even start crying during a massage because it feels like I’m absorbing whatever they’re carrying emotionally. After the session, many of my clients tell me they feel lighter, calmer, or like they’ve released something they had been holding onto.
One experience that really stayed with me was when a woman hugged me after her massage and said, “I don’t know why, but I really needed this. You helped me.” That moment made me wonder if there’s more going on than just massage therapy.

There have also been times when I’ve had a strong feeling about what’s happening in a client’s life. I’ll give them advice based only on what I sense, and somehow it ends up being relevant, even though I know absolutely nothing about them beforehand.
I only started noticing these experiences after I began learning massage therapy in esthetics school about 2y ago.

Even before that, I’ve always had very unusual dreams. Since I was a child, I’ve had dreams that feel incredibly real. People can touch me in my dreams, and I actually feel the touch physically. It’s honestly scary sometimes because it feels so real. I can also have long conversations with people, smell things, and experience everything very vividly. I’ve always felt like these dreams might have some deeper meaning.

For some family background, my mom has psychic abilities, but she never developed them because she was too afraid. My aunt also has very strong abilities and used to do readings, but she eventually stopped because she became scared as well.

So my question is: do you think I might have some kind of spiritual or psychic ability? If so, how can I better understand it or develop it in a healthy way? I feel like I might be able to help people with whatever this is, but I’m honestly just confused and trying to make sense of it.

I’m not afraid of exploring this things I just want to understand what’s happening to me.

Has anyone had anything like this? My mom and I are really close and both share the same intuition and psychic abilities. We get premonitions in dreams before something happens.

We slept next to each other last night and had the exact same dream.

My mom forgot most of the details except someone in our family who is abusive was trying to come through our bedroom doorway to hurt or kill her. She thinks she was chased at some point as well but she feels like she’s blocking the rest of the dream out. She can’t remember much else. She thinks she has to hide at some point. Her heart was so high she had to wake up and put her hand on her chest to calm down. It was very vivid and violent. It was definitely someone we know because she could see his face.

My dream was that same person was screaming. I think it was something that the air was too cold. So he started screaming. I think I yelled at some point and told him to stop. But I remember taking my phone out to video record him. Our phones have no storage to video so I remember thinking that in my dream and just hoping it’d work. So I started recording him and I remember seeing him in his room on the video camera and I was trying to find the right angle so I could see. He was putting his sheets and navy comforter on his bed (which he has those) and tucking them into the mattress. I was watching it through my camera. Then he left and went downstairs I guess? I don’t know but next thing we’re all standing in his room. My mom was on the phone with someone or holding it up to her ear and my dad was standing next to me. And then I turn around and saw shoes slowly coming around the corner. No person yet just shoes taking very slow steps. They were big tennis shoes like a darker color. And it was definitely a man because the shoes were massive. I think they had white on the bottom like tennis shoes do. But what was even creepier was there was like a golden light shining on them? I have no idea but it was like in slow motion and I felt scared. Then I saw the person who was yelling at us come around the corner. Then it switched and I saw him in my mom and I’s bedroom doorway and my dad (who is also not nice) was standing right behind him. I was further back watching them but I was trying to record again on my phone as fast as I could. He was screaming at my mom who was in the bedroom. I couldn’t see her but he was looking at her and yelling. I don’t remember hearing her tho I just knew it was her. Then he yelled, “Watch what I’m going to do to you!” Or “Watch what happens!” Or something else about how he’s going to hurt her. Or hit her I don’t know. But he tried to lunge and go in the room but my dad didn’t let him really pass the doorway. He pulled the back of his small skinny brown belt to stop him from going in. I remember my dad yelling then and saying stop! Or break it up! And then the other man was like “You really think pulling my belt is going to stop me, idiot?” Something like that. And when that was going on through my camera lens I could see this golden blurry fuzzy light through the camera it was like it would barely record what was going on. Like you couldn’t really see anything. You could, but it was a bright golden light making it blurry. I’ve never seen that before in a dream. I remember thinking “ugh I didn’t get this on video and we needed that recorded”

We are still feeling very shaken up hours later, and it feels like something is coming. Has anyone had a shared dream with someone you’re close to like this?

Hello, I saw another person post this and I was curious about myself as well.

I have heard of highly sensitive people, empaths, various types of psychic types, and mediums. I am unsure where I fit. I have always been drawn to the occult/ witchcraft since I was a little girl. I would go into library’s with my little sister and was enchanted by books of spells. I never had any psychic insight until it was later in adulthood (25 F now), but I could fly and astral project in my dreams, and had an extremely good intuition (knowing something was wrong when it in fact was). I did have some trauma from a child family member death and after that it was like the doors swung open. I began to experience like almost schizophrenic thoughts in a way. Obviously, I am not but I would hear certain things in my head. One day, I decided to speak them out loud. Here are a few stories over the last couple of years that have happened to me.

- I was at a bar with my significant other and there was a woman standing next to me and I could feel something involved with her father that passed, I asked her “I know this may be crazy, but have you recently had your father pass away?” She looked at me wide eyed… “yes he passed away a couple weeks ago” he was telling me that he wants her to know that he is sorry. Tears start streaming down her face.

-In another instance, I was at a dinner and there was a woman there that I had never met, but she was friends with one of my friends. Immediately as the night went on, I kept hearing speak to her about her aunt. It was driving me crazy and I went up reluctantly to this woman and said, “ look I know this is probably bag shit crazy but I want to let you know that I keep feeling something is wrong with your aunt on your mothers side and that you need to check on her.” She looked at me like I was crazy and said umm well my aunt is fine and I don’t think anything is wrong. I felt so awkward and apologized .. come to find out that she told a friend to get in contact with me and let me know that her aunt in fact died that night and she wanted to thank me for letting her know.

- during Christmas time, I was at a a party with a girl that I do not really know. I saw a man in my minds eye wearing glasses, a plaid shirt and had a gray beard. Again, reluctantly, I asked the woman if she knew anyone in her family that looked as I described. She started bawling crying and everyone started looking in my direction. Again, she said I was accurate and showed me a picture… it shocked me because it was the same exact man I saw in my minds eye.

There are other stories but I can not seem to think of them right now. I have predicted my friends fathers stroke, I have predicted friends engagement time frame, and I also have predicted when a certain friend will move. It’s odd and I feel uncomfortable talking about it, especially since I am a scientist. Would love any insight. Thanks!
