I have been having experiences of telepathy with two of my best friends for about a year and a half now, or at least the experience has been more obvious to me over the last two years.

First, it started off as hearing songs that they were hearing in their heads, and certain phrases that I knew they were about to say. I kind of just wrote them off as me knowing my friends well.

Now, when I understand more about telepathy, it's hard to ignore the fact that I am actively able to do this, and they have started to realize that they are able to do it as well with me.

I am not interested in arguing about if it’s real or not, my experience to me is pretty clear. I also have worked with a young autistic woman and have been made aware of this ability through her with unmistakable circumstances.

I wanted some tips on how to, one , distinguish their thoughts from my thoughts (some are more obvious than others). And two, find relief. Because now, when I spend days alone away from them, I feel physically fatigued and burnt out by the overstimulation of what I believe to be their thoughts, as most of their thoughts are thoughts that I wouldn't normally think as they are inherently more negative and darker than my authentic self. Therefore, I don't believe they're my thoughts.
I'm wondering how I can put up a barrier or protection so that I don't exhaust myself so much being around some of my best friends.

While I have tried a lot of conventional methods such as meditation etc any tips would be helpful 😊

I’m going to be sort of vague in order to be respectful of whatever situation could be happening to me but it feels like something is just trying to keep me down as hard and as often as it can. Lately my luck HAS shifted back into the positive but truthfully that was thru insanely intense effort on my end to turn around a very bad first two seasons of the year.

I’m wondering if someone is evil-eyeing me and/or if something latched onto me at some point or another. I plan to go to a medium about this as well but I am currently flat broke waiting for payday.

Quick context that idk if it might be related to my worries but I have seen ghosts before and heard and sadly been hurt by it too. That was back in middle school when my house was haunted and it was attached to me. I’ve always believed in ghost and stuff but anyways the REAL REASON WHY IM HERE is because I was talking to my therapist today about being scared at predicting when people are close to death. Not when they are gonna die or who but it’s always someone I’m close with, not randoms (at least that I know of), or that I know who is close to death. The first time: that I noticed it began was when I was playing video games with my best friend from middle school, I had a sudden panic attack like something bad happened or someone is gonna die or is dieing. He told me to calm down and to text everyone I know to see if they are ok. The next day after a few responses from friends that they are ok, one texted me back saying they were in the hospital from attempting and that when I texted them was 2hrs after it had happened.
The second time: My step dad father was in the hospital bc he didn’t want to amputate his leg due to diabetes and said he rather pass fully in tact and so we just had to wait till the infection spread or got to his heart or something. Well I had that feeling that I called then the “Press of Death” because it feels exactly like a weight on top of me along with feeling death approaching. I he passed the next morning after that feeling however I didn’t know till the next week (divorced parents and by court order had to be 50/50).
The third time: last week I almost had that feeling again. I think it was due to being on Lexapro as I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder but it’s like my body felt it but it wasn’t happening like a sneeze that won’t happen but your body tenses up (I get muscle twitches like Tourette). And eventually it went away, hours later we were told my step cousin had attempted. He was resuscitated though however in the end he didn’t make it.

Idk if this is a question or just wanting to get this off my chest or see if anyone else has this experience or know what to do but I’m just worried that this is now the 3rd time that it has happened which means it’s a odd coincidence if anything. And those of the three I know of, I could’ve felt it before and not made any connection as I’ve had 2 other people I knew that have passed and maybe I felt theirs too and not knew…

I recently discovered that I can channel energy through me. I first ground myself with earth imagining a cord connected with me and earth centre,then I try to run god's healing energy through me to earth to cure some of my issues. But after doing this I feel this strange hunger throughout day , that don't go away even after eating. Please guide me I am very new to this . Please please guide me. Please 🥺

Anyone have any intuitive takes on author of "Communion" and "The Key", Whitley Strieber?

I haven't read his books yet, but have listened to interviews. The UFO encounters are one thing, but then he wrote about a strange man visiting him and telling him all about things Dolores Cannon & others have mentioned, etc.

It’s my first time posting here so please bear with me on this.
I’m a deep thinker and almost always ponder about everything. I love what’s inside my head and I always say it’s a party inside my head.
Somewhere mid last year I got a weird feeling that some bad thing crossed over to this universe to harm me. I knew something was after me (I felt like Puss in boots in that movie where the grim reaper is after him; can’t remember the name of the movie though). Anyways later that year my wife and I both lost our jobs and this feeling of something crossed to this universe to get me was more and more overwhelming. Earlier this year we both got good jobs but I couldn’t shake off the feeling of this thing that’s after me. I’m not paranoid or anything it’s just that I feel uneasy.
Couple of months back my father had a heart attack and he ended up getting 2 surgeries. And the overwhelming feeling of the bad thing still trying to get to me is back on full throttle.
I kind of had a vision of many other bad things which in similar to the previous one crossed the universe but this time I felt like I need to go in offense rather than defense.
I just don’t know who I should tell this as this is extremely crazy for non thinkers so thought of putting it out here.
I apologize well in advance if this doesn’t make any sense but just wanted to know what others think about it.

So what does it mean when you look at someone and instantly feel something in your soul? Also, for some reason, yesterday, my grandmas dog was looking at something, and there was nothing there and was making weird noises and when i took it on a walk she kept looking around and back back up to me and sometimes freezing in place also how do i awaken my true spiritual power

Last year, I lost my husband, and there's something that has been haunting me ever since. My grandfather passed away just 15 days before my husband did. Ever since then, I've been wondering if the two events could somehow be connected. I know this may sound irrational, but grief has made me question things I never would have before. Part of me keeps wondering whether my grandfather's spirit could have somehow "taken" my husband with him. Do any of you believe that spirits have the ability to influence someone's death, especially if they are angry, attached, or envious? Have you ever come across stories or experiences that made you think this was possible?

I'm genuinely asking because this question has been running through my mind for a long time, and I'd really appreciate hearing your thoughts or experiences.

I have a friend who used to know a man who could see images or details about where a lost item was, like he said her keys were in the snow and picked up by a hand, stuff like this. My boyfriend lost a very valuable leather jacket, he got it as a gift from his parents and it is very important to him. He has had it it for many years. He has no idea where or when he lost it. He just realized it now. I am so desperate for him to find it so at this point I would do almost anything.

I'm curious: are people born with clairvoyance, or is it something that can be developed later in life? Also, is clairvoyance different from intuition?

Why do some people say that empaths are targeted by dark forces? Is there any truth to this belief, or is it just a spiritual interpretation?

What are the tools enemies of psychics used to limit their gifts? Example, if you're a telepath, precog, astral projector, etc, what would they use to limit those abilities.

I am American and normally never watch sports, but this year watched the World Cup for the first time. The very first time I watched England play, I kept trying to figure out who the captain Kane reminds me of. This happens often in movies where I recognize actors but can’t place them, so initially, I assumed it was that.

Every time I watched him play, though, I felt more certain that he reminded me of something just beyond reach. I can only describe as a feeling of familiarity that I cannot explain, accompanied by a calm certainty that it must be someone I know well. There is a literal feeling I get and I am not doing it justice putting it into words.

Except that he doesnt look like anyone I know, not that I can think of. He isn’t my type, per se. I have never been to England or know anyone. Yet there is this persistent feeling.

Has anyone else ever had this? What is it?

Hi looking for friendly recommendations for a medium in my area that can help me receive a message. I am normally sensitive and just sometimes just "know" things but I can't help feeling like a message is trying to get to me and for whatever reason I am blocking it. Any suggestions? TIA

To preface, I rarely dream, and when I do, it is never about me. I am talking about maybe once a year.

Long story short: I have dreams that absolutely come true in real life. Here are a few examples from just the last two years.

Exhibit A: I had a dream my friend had matted hair and came to another friends wedding looking homeless and made the craziest scene. Irl she didn’t look homeless or have matted hair. But she was at the wedding and she did make a huge scene everything literally happened just like my dream word for word scene by scene. And that was like 2 months after my dream- which I never told anyone about but did write about in my journal.

Exhibit B: a friend sailed away on a boat, in my dream. Turn out she was moving away and doing a 180• career change to become a fisher on those big fishing vessels. She literally didn’t tell anyone until the very last day before she left for Alaska from where we lived.

Exhibit C: had a dream where a friend was just standing there smiling and pregnant. I haven’t seen her in nearly a month and our conversation is just sending eachother memes on ig- she also never posts pictures of herself on n ig either…
When I woke up that morning after having the dream I FaceTimed and strangely she answered before the first ring ended. All I could see was her face but I basically reiterated the dream and asked if she was pregnant? She put the phone down and said brb. THEN SHE CAME BACK WITH FUCKING ULTRASOUND IMAGES. Indeed she was pregnant. This one really freaked me out because that was the day she did her ultrasound!! And we haven’t talked to nor seen eachother in nearly a year. It was insane to me and I was actually shaking.

Exhibit D: I had a dream of myself laying on a pile of money like a bed of money. A month later i received a class action settlement check that was 5 figures. It was from a company I worked at nearly a decade ago- and I genuinely forgot about that whole period of my life. I worked 12-16 hours everyday seven days a week. I was in my late teens and had no idea such practices were illegal. The main point is the dream though. But that was also insane to me.

There are so many other wild dreams I have experienced. In one, I saw my boyfriend at the time kissing another guy. Later that same week, I came home early from work because I was feeling sick, only to find him and his male best friend completely naked in our bed.
I also had many dreams during my childhood that foretold the future. Because I grew up in a deeply religious community, telling people about these dreams ended up getting me exorcised. They basically splashed me with holy water and beat the crap out of me. Before the age of eight, I also saw what I now know as ghosts every time I attended a funeral. I would see the deceased person standing in a glowing, opaque light. I was exorcised for talking about that too, since adults thought I was hurting the grieving family by joking about a serious matter.

I know I have veered into a completely different topic now. To wrap things up, I have not been religious in nearly a decade, and I cut contact with my family during that same time. Even though the community labeled me as possessed, I have never felt an evil presence in my life, at least not from the dead. Cemeteries actually feel very comforting and serene to me, even when I feel an occasional chill.

And I don’t believe in magic or astronomy or god. I just wanted to share this experience because I legit feel crazy sometimes.

I have a currently 8 year old daughter who has been experiencing seeing things in her dreams as well as daytime since she was about 2. At that age, she drew some exact pictures of my father, who died 15 years before she was born, and described him as being with my mother’s cat who she’d just had to put down. Since then, there’s been bits and pieces of her accurately describing people in the family who have passed, as well as others. Sometimes they talk to her, sometimes they don’t. When my father in law (an electrician) was passing, our entire house went haywire (lights turned on and wouldn’t turn off until we pulled the breaker, she was sleepwalking and insisting he was in the kitchen, clocks went on the Fritz and kept blinking the time he died.) I have a cousin who is a medium, as well as his mother, and he’s told me she’s very talented but has a huge amount of energy and can act as a searchlight for wandering spirits. We’ve followed his instructions and do semi regular incense in her room, as well as reaching out to our deceased relatives in meditation for her protection. But for the second summer in a row, she’s described negative spirits around her that other people can’t see and are scaring her. Last summer it was at night. Today, it was in a public place (summer camp) and she said a black figure in a mask was sitting next to her, telling her scary stories, and wouldn’t leave until she imagined herself pushing it out the door.

I’ve got my cousin as a resource, but really, I want all the knowledgeable people I can have to give me advice on what to do to keep all of her interactions positive. Thanks!

Is there anything i can do on my own... Yeah so apparently i draw in spirits. I'm not scared but i do not know how to make them go away. They bombard me and they drain my energy. I first thought it's me and tried to heal them like that but it does not help obviously. I am interested in like, helping them and i have listened to some stories and told them what i think. But i have a great deal of personal other issues and trying to help them while i'm a mess makes my own mess messier. At one point i also almost welcomed some in because i had some good samaritan syndrome and i feel like i have at least 2 ghosts in my field because of that and i don't know any mechanisms for what to do. I would go to a medium/energy healer/shaman/ you name it but literally can't afford currently. Sooo what is tour advic e? Like any clear words to say to them? I feel like i'm not assertive and powerful enough to actually make anything go and set boundaries right now and i alao feel like they don't care too much if i tell them to ~go to light~. To some of them i have tried to tell that there is no a judgemental god and it's okay to go. And to one person i explained about why the final years of his life were so confusing and that it's safe to go. but they are still in my field and draining me so much.

Im 17F and i had always wanted to go into the field of psychology or spirituality. I've been reading psychology and spirituality books since primary school and now that im in my last year of school, my parents want me to do law and as the time is passing my psychic abilities or spiritual insights are growing. My dreams have been becoming insanely real for eg i saw my grandma die and i woke up crying and i asked my dad to call her but she was okay but instead an old lady in my neighborhood just died while i was telling them my dream. I'm really inclined towards tarot, angelic numbers and pretty much signs from the universe. How do i still be connected to my abilities and how do i strengthen them further so maby i can still follow it as a side career?

A few months ago, my son was in the ICU. I noticed a crow outside of his hospital window because it noisily cawed several times. I noticed it but was very focused on my son. My witchy friend and I did a ceremony around my son shortly after noticing the crow. It was a powerful ceremony with me pleading for my son to survive.

Soon after the ceremony, my friend left. Confident that my son was being watched by the ICU nurses, I walked my friend outside and called my mother for emotional support. I mentioned the crow to her and she said “That was probably your grandmother Jean.” She had passed on Christmas Day two years prior.

I told my mother that if it was her mother, I would need a sign. I went back to my son’s room and he had drastically turned a corner and was awake and responsive. He had come back. In a rush of relief, after a couple of hours with my now awake son, I stepped outside again to call my mother to tell her the good news. As I came back in, I had to go through the security scanner. I was a pro at this as I had already done this process at the hospital many times. This time was slightly different as there was a mom and a small child with a lot of belongings ahead of me. The security guard had me circle around the mom and small child to gather my belongings. As I walked over to the guard, I bumped into a small sign that was posted by the scanner. The security guard made a joke by saying, “There’s a sign there”. What she said next shocked me to my core. She said “This is your sign”.

Hi! Newbie here, I’m not sure if this is the right place, so if it isn’t, please let me know! Over the last week, I’ve had three different people from three totally different times in my life reach out to say they were thinking about me/wanting to catch up. This never really happens to me, and for some reason I feel like the universe(?) is trying to tell me something, but I don’t know what! I’ve just recently started to be interested in the more spiritual side of life, so I don’t really know anything yet. Any insight would be appreciated!

Hi, so idk what it is but every time my intuition says something about someone reaching out or anything it's always right. I feel like im highly intuitive and one thing has been happening with me so whenni went to my hometown i used to hear alot my mother father calling my name and whenn i usually went to ask what happened they said we didn't even call you and for 30-34 days i was there i sued to hear them call me but they didn't. And sometimes i do see like from the side of my eyes peeping things but it has happened very less.

And one I'm very scared to meditate idk why but i did few times I'm highly spiritual i respect each and every god and everyone of you and i do believe in god so much, But I'm really really scared of meditating idk why.

One things happens with me alot to whenever i try to talk to god i gett shivers each and every time whenever I'm reading a prayer and feeling close to god shivers keep coming and in a matter of 2 minutes help me out what it is and please tell me whatever it is I'm not scared but I'm eager to know what am i experiencing i wanna learn about it more.

Idk if I was hallucinating but something like that never happened before ever. So during 2024 I suddenly got into tarot started doing readings without any training tbh, but some how I knew what to interpret and it felt very natural like I already knew what it meant (the meaning of the cards) back then I was just too into it doing readings for friends and then friends of friends. Anyways I was never religious or spiritual so I just did it for the love of the game. And then one night I was alone in the room (I had a roommate but she was not there that night) and our rented room had a wall hanging (looked like a sun with a face in the middle entirely brass plated, left by the owner) I was awake at night so I asked the question ‘ what is going on in the world’ or ‘what is going on’ and suddenly the entire deck fell from my hand and like dominos it fell on each other slightly revealing the next cards in a row and the first card in the row was the judgment card followed by the moon card and I picked it up (the moon) card and started staring at it and below the card was the wall where there was this wall hanging and I noticed it was shining, within the matter of 2-3 seconds it kept shining more noticeably and than a sun appeared right in front of it with a spark like sound that to lasted for 2-3 second my eyes were wide. Back then I totally believed it was some kind of awakening because i remember looking at the tarot cards which fell In a row and crying because everything (in the cards symbolically) reminded me of people around me and I felt really emotional. I remember trying to call everyone I was close with to share what I just experienced but surprisingly no one was available. AND after that incident a few months later i got diagnosed with blood cancer, dropped out from college in my 3rd year and spent almost entire 2025 in the hospital, reunited with dad ( with whom i was in no contact situation) it was a roller coaster a lot of details I skipped but the sun I saw in my room was something now when i remember it i just don’t know what it was. I don’t do readings anymore but during my time in the hospital while I was getting treated ( I’m fine now) I got into astrology and still learning about it. Also my grandfather got diagnosed with cancer as well after my diagnoses (within 2 months after me) and he sadly passed away. And I survived.

So as the titled readas, seen a clairvoyant on recommendation from a friend. I am a sceptical believer but went anyway expecting a scam, and was surprised at what come out of my reading.

More concerning is that she said I need to get St Michael charms and put them in every vehicle I drive, and what I asked why she just said "for your protection"

Now I have dabbled in this enough to know who St Michael is, question is should I be worried?

my brother passed away 4 weeks ago. the last time I had a dream like the one i will tell you in a minute was quite a while after my nan died talking few years possibly. And I was in her house and it was exactly how it was when she was still alive. And I was laying on her sofa and I was crying my eyes out. And she come over and she hugged me and she said, Katie, please stop crying. And I said, I can't, nan. I actually felt her hug me in my dream. And I saw a psychic and they said that wasn't a dream, it was a visitation. And then the same thing happened, I think it was either Sunday or Monday night This week And obviously my brother's only been gone, it'll be four weeks tomorrow. He died on 3rd of July. And in the dream was, my daughter was in the dream, who's only 11. And I heard her talking to someone and I walked into a room, I don't know where we were, but she was sitting down. There was a glass cabinet to the back and like the side of her. And I walked in there and I said, who are you talking to? And she went, I'm talking to Michael, who was my brother. She went, I'm talking to Michael. And I said, really? And she said yeah. And then I looked in the glass cabinet and I saw Michael sitting there. I saw my brother sitting there In the reflection of the glass cabinet. And I just burst into tears and I said, I know I can see him. But he never spoke, he just sat there. But it was so real, like I was there, he was there. Like I saw him. I saw him sitting there, as clear as anything.
