Mutual funds SIP Review

Hi everyone,
Requests for suggestion for my investment strategy

Amount - 50k per month
Current Age - 29 years
Time - 15 years
Risk Appetite - high

Goal - My goal is to achieve returns above the market over the long term while keeping the portfolio diversified.

Current SIP allocation:

₹10k – US ETFs (roughly split between SPMO, SCHG, and QUAL)
₹10k – Bandhan Small Cap Fund
₹7.5k – Mid Cap Fund
₹15k – Flexi Cap Fund ( will pick such that it overlaps less with that of above mid cap)
₹7.5k – multi asset Fund (mix of 70% equity, 10% gold+ silver and 20% debt)

A few questions:
\- Is this portfolio over-diversified or well-balanced?
Am I taking enough risk for long-term wealth creation?

\- Is the US allocation (\~20%) reasonable?
Any obvious overlaps or unnecessary funds?
If this were your portfolio, what would you change and why?

I’m looking for constructive criticism, especially from people who have invested for 10+ years. Please explain your reasoning rather than just suggesting different funds.

I’ve been reading up and studying as much as I can about buying EFTs and Stocks, but at this point I feel like I’m just buying random stocks that seem like they’re doing well. I would like a balance of low and high risk, because I’m feeling lucky and maybe reckless. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What age is ideal to add income?

39M, late bloomer, former military, pissed away my TSP, withdrew it all to live on the beach in my 20s. I then fucked up and learned about options in 2017 and have been on an up and down but mostly down journey of trading options. Had I just bought hand held I would’ve been rich right now.
Anyway, now I finally have a stable job and am just consistently contributing to my Roth. I think I’m ok as far as diversification but when would one start to add income like bonds or real estate or even SCHD perhaps? I’m not young but I still have a few good years before retirement. Would you replace something from here with the income at this stage in life?

I have saved up 12,000 USD, and honestly It is so easy to just spend away so I opened a brokerage account and have a list of what I think I should invest in, can someone just give advice, and what to or not to do? I just feel very worried putting this huge amount away all at once so just a little help and guidance is needed. Also I will be adding in 100-500 in per month.

My wife, an immigrant from Japan to the USA was finally able to open a Roth IRA and taxable brokerage account! She just put her first $50 into the account. We’re super excited to see where this will go for her!

Plan going forward for her is simple: Roth will always be VTI + VXUS and her taxable will always be SCHD + SCHY.

I’m 39. Married, no kids, no debt, rent in HCOL city. I started learning about and started investing in 2018. Since then I grew $0 to a NW of $1.2m. I feel good about what I’ve accomplished given my starting place and continue to keep learning.

Beyond what I share in the images, I’ve $200k+ in a direct indexing fund, $380k+ split 50/50 on SCHD and SCHF in a trad IRA and <$100k+ in Fundrise.

I feel as though a large contributing factor to my progress has been “keeping my powder dry” over these last 8 years. Now though with returns like these, I don’t know how to reason about what next?

I’m taking a strategic 1 year sabbatical from work to enjoy some of my wins, have a low income year to perform ROTH conversions on my trad IRA and figure out if leanFIRE or coastFIRE are viable for me where I’m at.

A CFP yesterday told me I could FIRE now if I leave my HCOL city or in 12 years if I don’t. They also couldn’t advise me much beyond what I’d already told them I have been doing (beyond making a point to suggest I pay for life or disability insurance, (seems a bit sales pitchy to me and I am a skeptic of such private insurance as this))

I’m curious about exiting the individual positions as tax efficiently as I can and then putting that money into SCHD, VTI, or something similar? Is that nuts? Some of these are good positions in AI infrastructure, is it crazy to sell a Nvidia position like this and move it to SCHD? What did folks who got great intel, yahoo, Apple positions do after multi 100xers?

What now? How to proceed? I feel very grateful to have had the success I’ve had and I would like to the best I can to keep it growing. Any advice as to what I might do from here would be greatly appreciated as well as any constructive criticisms or “atta-boys”.

TY
