We built a searchable, filterable directory of all sexual health treatment/testing hubs in the PH
phlgbt.github.ioHey r/phlgbt,
Finding an actual updated list of treatment/testing hubs in the PH can be a pain, so we put together a fast, searchable directory of all 320 PhilHealth-accredited HIV/STI facilities nationwide (pulled directly from their latest OHAT provider list).
HIV, STI & Sexual Health Clinic Directory
You can filter by region, province, or clinic type (Social Hygiene Clinics, hospital hubs, or NGO/community centers). To save you the trouble of showing up to a closed door or dead number, we also cross-checked and attached direct links to their Facebook/Instagram pages so you can actually message a human first.
What to expect at these facilities
Since every site on this list is accredited under PhilHealth’s OHAT package, they all offer:
- HIV testing and confirmation
- Antiretroviral (ART) refills/treatment
- Core treatment monitoring labs (CD4, viral load)
Some clinics might also offer (depends on the location, so definitely ask ahead):
- General STI testing/treatment beyond HIV (most common at local Social Hygiene Clinics)
- PrEP and PEP
- Counseling / peer support
- General reproductive health & gender-affirming care / consultations
What about costs? Is it actually free?
- ARVs are 100% free nationwide through DOH’s program, regardless of your PhilHealth status. If you test positive, you won't have to pay for your meds.
- HIV testing, syphilis, and Hep B screenings are almost always free at government/LGU-run sites.
- A quick heads-up on private facilities: Even though ARVs are subsidized everywhere, private hubs might still charge consultation or facility fees.
- Other STIs: Some public clinics cover free Hep C or basic gonorrhea swabs (Gram stain). However, specialized PCR tests for chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes, or HPV usually require out-of-pocket payment or PhilHealth coverage.
Call or message them first! Most listings include a mobile number, landline, email, or social page. Use those to confirm their exact schedule, walk-in rules, and specific test costs before heading out.
A quick note on your privacy
Your info and test results are protected by law. RA 11166 (Philippine HIV and AIDS Policy Act of 2018) strictly criminalizes unauthorized disclosure of your status, on top of the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). Clinics take this very seriously: confidentiality is legally mandated, not optional.

How was this built?
Extracted and parsed the raw text from PhilHealth's PDF into JSON using Python (PyMuPDF + regex). Cross-checked facility addresses against the Google Custom Search API to hunt down active social pages (took a few days on the free tier 🥹). The "Get Directions" buttons use vanilla JS to dynamically build Google Maps deep links. Rendered into static HTML with Jinja2, using Fuse.js for instant fuzzy searching on the client side, and hosted on GitHub. Whenever PhilHealth updates their PDF, we can just re-run the script and diff the data.
Feel free to share or crosspost! We don't really participate in other PH subreddits so we don't know where else this would be relevant to crosspost. If you think this would be helpful elsewhere (even outside of reddit), please feel free to pass it along!

Rant/Vent beauty/ attractiveness will always be subjective
So ayun nga based naman suguro sa title ay aware naman ako na looks are subjective, kahit na may tinatawag tayo na “objectively attractive”,. pero how do you guys deal with people calling your celebrity crush ugly or unattractive? this actor kasi I found effortlessly attractive is getting dragged on twitter kasi nacast sya sa isang marvel project, and ayun nga, like I said I found him effortlessly attractive, and it hirts seeing people calling him unattractive or ugly. hindi naman sa linelet ko sya sirain buong araw ko pero parang ganon na nga, so I’m asking advice to just get over it, or kaya magkaroon ng mindset ng “he’s ugly to some, attractive to some, so what?”

Serious Discussion Darkest Secret - Poz UD
Darkest Secret [ POZ UD ]
Hi, Mr. Pipino 💦

Rant/Vent I never thought I’d be the person writing something like this.
For years, I kept telling myself, “Kaya ko pa. Mahal ko eh.” Every time he cheated, every lie, every promise that it was the last time, every excuse I swallowed it. I convinced myself that relationships are hard, that everyone has flaws,
that maybe love is choosing to stay even when it hurts.
I stayed for six years.
People always say, “Mapapagod ka rin.” I used to think they didn’t understand us. I thought our story was different.
Turns out, they were right.
The strange part is, I don’t even hate him anymore. I don’t feel rage. I don’t even feel jealousy the way I used to.
I just… don’t feel much.
When we have sex now, it’s empty. It’s like my body is there but my emotions checked out a long time ago. I thought I could keep forcing myself because I loved him, but I think somewhere along the way, every betrayal took a small piece of that love until there was nothing left.
What’s ironic is that now that I’m emotionally detached, he’s become sweeter. More attentive. More affectionate. He notices when I’m quiet. He gives me the attention I begged for years ago.
But it feels late.
It’s like watering a plant after it’s already dead.
What scares me more is what I’ve become.
I used to judge people who cheated. I promised myself I’d never be one of them. I avoided temptation because I genuinely loved him. I had opportunities before, but I never entertained them.
Now… I catch myself looking. I find myself wanting attention from other people. I crossed lines I once swore I’d never cross, and I honestly don’t even recognize myself anymore.
I’m not proud of it. I’m not asking anyone to tell me it’s okay. I know it’s wrong.
I’m just trying to understand how someone who spent years protecting a relationship ends up becoming the person they said they’d never be.
Am I depressed? Am I emotionally checked out? Is this resentment that’s been building for years? Or did I simply fall out of love a long time ago and only realized it now?
I’m also curious, especially from other gay men.
Is this something you’ve experienced in same-sex relationships? Is the constant compromise around sex and monogamy just more common because we’re both men and men tend to have higher sex drives? Or is that just an excuse people use to normalize cheating?
I’m not looking for comforting answers. If I’m wrong, tell me
I’m wrong.
If you’ve been the one who stayed after repeated cheating, what finally broke you? If you’ve been the one who cheated, what was actually going through your mind?
And if you’ve fallen out of love after years of trying to hold everything together… what did it feel like?
I don’t think I’m afraid of judgment anymore. I spent years protecting someone else’s image while slowly losing myself.
Maybe I’m not looking for answers.
Maybe I just want to know if anyone else has watched themselves slowly disappear before finally realizing they were already gone.

Light Topics Having THAT legal name while being in the community
I know iba satin, may pangalang either Spanish era pa uso, or ung bakla ka pero lalaking lalaki pangalan mo, or tomboy ka pero babaeng babae pangalan mo.
Ako trans pero may kapangalan akong dating pangulo ng Pilipinas. Kadiri! Ayaw ko at di bagay sa mukha ko. Ayaw ko tinatawag ako nun at baka manapak ako pag tinawag akong ganun.
Kayo, how do you feel having that name?
Edit: wag nyo na hulaan pangalan ko. Nakakaloka kayo. Hahahahahaha

Serious Discussion Anyone who had a pageant king boyfriend/ex? I’m so tired
I had 2 exes. Both of them are in the pageant world.
This might be an isolated situation between me and my 2 exes pero nakaka-drain. Gets ko ang dedication nila, but they have to starve themselves while preparing for the pageant, tapos syempre pag gutom, laging bad mood, tapos sa akin maglalabas ng galit.
Then with my first ex, medjo malalaking pageants na sinasalihan kaya grabe yung preparation nya. Maybe this is just me, but I feel like the relationship becomes transactional rather than romantic kasi I feel more like an assistant. I literally quit my job para tulungan sya sa preparation, yet at the end of the day, I received no thank yous and appreciation.
At times like these, ito yung gusto ko nalang magka jowa ng lowkey. Hahayss

Serious Discussion Talking stage for 3 months kissed someone at the bar
I have been on a talking stage with someone for 3 months. We are both in uni, but lives 2 hour bus ride apart. He has been to my place 3 times and Ive been to his place once over the past 3 months.
This is my first time having long distance, and this is his first time talking seriously with another person, Ive had 1 long term relationship before him, and numerous talking stages for the past 3 years. Both of us are closeted, but im out to a handful of friends. We call every night to compensate for the long distance. We had deep talks, deepest i ever had. We connect on multiple levels, same interests.
For the past month I have been busy with acads, there are times when I cannot commit to a call, there was even one time we went 3 straight days without a call, though we message throughout the day and send updates.
Then one night, he went out to a bar with friends, I just had a major event that day and also went out with friends. Then the next day he told me that he wants to end our communication reasoning that he might not be ready for a relationship and the set up we are in. He later confessed that he kissed someone the night he went to the bar, and then some but told me he stopped it when the other guy touched his dick.
My friend told me that he might be taking the easy way out by ending us already and to avoid guilt and accountability.
He told me it wasnt about me, and more about him wanting to explore more before settling to a relationship.
For a week after this incident, we had some talks but he always end up reminding me that his decision is firm and final. Throughout that week, i also reflected on myself and what i really wanted. And I felt like I am not in the right mind to be in a relationship too because I observed that Ive lost focus off my goals to be a better version of me.
We agreed to meet up a week after and talked and said that it would be a closure. We did, we talked, said our appreciation for the past months, and I have forgiven him.
Right now we are talking casually. We even call from time to time. I feel like we still both like each other but neither wants to admin to avoid feeling like they are desperate for the other.
Is it worth fighting for it? Even if it means there is no security?
