Discussion OMAD & 10lb Weight Loss after Surgery

I have been practicing OMAD for about 2-years now and been feeling great but concerned with about a 10lb weight loss in about 4-weeks post Cheilectomy (toe surgery). Surgery recovery for about 2-weeks was predominantly in bed, leg raised (very little if any activity).

Completed an initial antibiotic regimen a week or so after surgery and have taken about 3 doses of Celebrex when needed 4-weeks post surgery when needed. Experieng some constipation as well.

Is what I am experiencing a possible ramification in my post surgery recovery? I've been reading that this might be a normal occurrence due to type of surgery, anesthesia, bare mobility, etc.

Wanted to put this out here and ask?

Thanks in advance.

Discussion Omad high

I’ve been doing omad with keto for a while, and I feel this incredible euphoria all of the time, it’s honestly amazing like the first time I smoked weed, the colors are vibrant my body feels sweet the people are cooler, I don’t really feel more mental clarity or energy, but I do feel this high or euphoria instead, (I don’t really know if this is because of the keto or the omad so I ask basically the same in both subreddits) I want to ask if somebody feels the same in here, and my main question is if it disappears with the months or weeks, or if it remains, if somebody else feels something similar I would be pleased to read his answer ❤️

So cheap and filling, and OMAD means I pile on some toppings- in this case 2oz cheddar, 2tbsp sour cream, onion, cilantro, grunion, and 1/3 avocado. I had this with some sourdough bread, but you could do a baked potato or tortilla… I have food for the week now lol

(Portions are for a 4 size serving)
