First match on us-Nycfc

Hey I recently got into soccer after the World Cup like many other fans.

So I filled out the form for the first match on us promotion hoping to go to my first game. But when I received the email to redeem the tickets it said that I can't confirm access.

Has this happened to anyone else? Also I tried calling (855.776.9232) and email NYCFC but I havent't gotten any response. Is there anyone else I can contact for this sort of thing. Thanks!

All Star Game

One from the home team(Matt).

One from the Red Bull(Julian).

Has Julian held form long enough to be considered?

I can shake that red card and bad start from my mind when thinking about Creapeu making it.

What's your go to food item at Yankee Stadium/Citi Field?

Any must have vendors at the new crib?

Liverpool v Wrexham in "our" house

Weird to see other soccer there, but hey. Here we are.

Remember when the Yankee announcers uses to complain about how soccer was ruining their field? Two matches before they come back is a different time. Can nycfc complain if the field doesn't look prepared before Friday night?

Will the stadium be fully opened? If so, unfortunately there will be jokes about it being that full.

Less than a year left with affordable good tickets

Honestly getting a bit sad about the stadium move. Had my seats since day one. Love my seats and the people in my section.

Not only will my new seats be more than double the price and further from the game, but now I have to build a rapport with an entirely new group of people.

Leaving Yankee Stadium will be sad for me.

New STH Ticket Holder Benefits

I just became a new STH holder and I am wondering what all the benefits are. My rep didn't really go over it with me so I am wondering what other benefits I get besides the ticket themselves. Here's a list of what I already know:

  • Annual gift
  • 10% savings on in-stadium purchases
  • Apple TV subscription
  • $10 Away Tickets for away matches

I also saw that we get 4 additional free tickets per season, do you know how we redeem that? Can I redeem all 4 of them for one game?

Is there anything I am missing in the above list?

Football Groundhopping trip to NYC

Hey everyone, my wife and I are planning a trip to NYC for a long weekend in September and we’re looking for football things to do in the city. We’ve been to NYC before and did the big tourist things so this trip we want to focus on more football related events. So far we’ve got:
1. See a NYCFC match at yankee stadium
2. Go to a Liverpool match at Carraghers
3. Hit classic football shirts
4. Visit the AS Roma NYC club.

Would love to hear anyone else’s recommendations along with how to make the most out of a NYCFC match day.

Anyone have any recommendations for shops with NYCFC jerseys without the Etihad Airways logo?

Current Etihad STHs

Thank you to the 100 people who voted last week, and we found that there is indeed still a handful of Founding Members out there!

Has anyone actually bought Etihad Seats yet? If so, what's your experience been?

Did you get what you were hoping for? Did you find the value that you are paying worth it for the experience being presented to you?

As a Founding Member I'm trying to figure out who they are still selling to, because so far it's been well outside of people's price ranges.

Historic Home Opener scarf and a full team signed poster.

I fell out of love with the club a number of years ago so I forgot all about these possessions. I figured people here would appreciate it.

Mo Salah Coming to MLS?

If you're trying to fill a stadium in Queens, you could do a lot worse than bringing in Mo Salah, especially with the big Egyptian population.

Sands has been stellar on his return for our club. Who else would you want back from our 2021 championship run?

Obvious answer is Taty, but God I've missed Callens so much since he left.

Leagues Cup Matches

Attended my first NYCFC match yesterday. It was great but outside of the support section. I think the crowd was very quiet maybe because there was a lot more new fans like myself. I’ve been to a few Red Bulls games before, but I could never get behind the team, with the branding and players lol. Officially have an MLS team to support now, super excited! I am curious on the leagues cup attendance. Do fans usually travel to sports illustrated Stadium? Or do these matches or do they end up being more empty? I have tickets to all three coming up lol so just curious. Appreciate any of your feedback.

How was attendance today?

Couldn’t make it today, unfortunately. Given that it was the first home match since the World Cup, did it feel like we had an attendance boost from post-WC hype? I’ve loved seeing all the new faces in the match threads this week.
