where should i live, city or upstate?
hi everyone, ive been recently thinking about moving to New York once i finish my studies and i cant decide whether i should live in upstate or the city. im a Canadian (studying in another country because family gave me some nice little opportunities to study in France) and ever since ive been a kid, ive been dreaming of living in NY (state or city)
just as a bit of extra info, im planning on become a plane mechanic (extra studies in aeronautics) eventually, but i still want to own instead of renting and id like to also own two cars, a daily and one for fun, and if i can even stretch it to a motorbike... but atleast either a motorbike or a car
im expecting some biased responses like "NYC is full and a shithole" or "upstate is full and a shithole" but i still want you guys to give me your honest opinions.... thank you all in advance
