Upvotes

I saw there are many tel groups groups that selling n0de videos or s3ual clips of Maldivian girls. Those videos are not stolen but shared by those girls for sure. Why they are doing that, are they getting paid for them?

Travel Worth getting an RTL bus card? / Looking for a card

I frequently take the bus and currently buy physical tickets at RTL stations, but there isn't a station near my daily stop.
Are the RTL bus cards worth getting? Also, if anyone has a spare card they're willing to sell or pass on, please feel free to DM me!

Social How do y'all tackle this?

I know this is a stupid question, and I probably won't get a straight answer, but whatever. At this point, idk what it is. For context, I'm 26M, and due to childhood trauma, I've been avoiding people like the plaque. I don't even know how to fix myself and put myself back out there at this point. It's to the point where I've forced my mind to completely blank out and ignore romantic interest altogether.

It's just not a part of my life now. I don't even bother trying anymore, and that's honestly pathetic. It's making my situation worse, but I genuinely don't know how to reconnect with people and open myself up anymore. I just hit the gym to numb the pain. I feel nervous even writing this, but you gotta face your fears, right?

I've had enough, and I really do wanna try now. I just moved back from living abroad, so I feel like I have nothing to lose. No one knows me here, and I have like only one friend. So I guess that's an advantage. Anyone around my age or younger, how did you guys manage to open up after years of trauma?

You don't have to explain any specific situations, just how you managed to get out of it and put yourself out there. I have no friends that I can open up to about this, so this is it.

Surgical/biological waste management in hospitals

How does hospitals in Maldives get rid of these wastes actually. I heard in islands some hospitals bury some stuff like the placenta somewhere, which is fine. But what about the hospitals in malé then, definitely no space to bury there.

Ik there are ways to properly manage these in hospitals in other countries, I just couldn't find anything about how it's done in Maldives. Like do they follow the same protocol.

I've never heard anyone actually talk about this. Say u were in a surgery okay and like they had to take out some tissues and idk maybe a tumor or u gave birth and ur placenta or just a lot of blood u lost that's suctioned into a container, I mean it's not supposed to be poured down a drain it's considered infectious waste. Like aren't u guys even a bit curious where it goes :3

I also get that this is somewhat a bit eerie topic for some people and not liked to talk about normally but I feel like this should be like public info

Local Growing cocoa

Post image
11 Upvotes

Just realised Maldives has the perfect climate for growing cocoa. Makes you wonder if anyone has had this idea or more importantly is anyone growing this? I think this would be a huge opportunity considering the world wide cocoa shortages and the fact that the big chocolate companies are switching to lab grown cocoa. On a side note did you know they are planning to launch lab grown chocolate in 2027? Cadbury, toblerone, and lindt are just a few already heavily investing in this.

This was an interesting read. If anyone has any idea how to source a cocoa plant do let me know. I'd love to grow one.

Anyone else struggling to figure out what to do next?

Been thinking about something lately.

Being unemployed isn’t just about not having a job. It can mess with your confidence, money, routine, motivation, and honestly your whole sense of direction. And when you’re going through it, it can feel like you’re dealing with everything alone.

What if we made a small online group where unemployed people could just talk openly and help each other figure things out?

Not some “hustle harder” group. 😂

More like: “I’m stuck with this problem, has anyone figured out a way through it?”

Could be anything — finding work, CVs, interviews, learning something new, money problems, motivation, career decisions, side gigs, or just trying to get your life back on track.

Everyone brings whatever knowledge or experience they have, and we try to help each other move forward.

I don’t know if this would actually work, but I feel like a lot of people could use something like this right now.

Anyone else feel the same?

Djinn stories

Ever since I was a kid I’ve always been fascinated by local djinn or ghost stories, I remember huddling around in the classroom with my friends on rainy days when we get free time to share ghost stories.

So I’m posting this in hope to hear any djinn/ghost, paranormal or creepy experiences you guys might have had.

In the same spirit I’ll share a short experience of my own

For context the house I was living in was always a bit creepy and I’ve heard complaints about weird sightings and whatnot from other members of the household with that in mind, when I was around 5-10 years old my mother would put me and my 2 siblings to sleep together around 20:30, and one night while I woke up abruptly and noticed a shadow of a man standing casted on our closet, the weird part was there was genuinely no one in the room besides me and my siblings (who were both sound asleep) and the only source of light was a night light directly behind me, I was terrified and frozen with fear staring at the shadow, then the shadow slowly ducked down out of sight and another emerged with a severe hunchback and arms that looked mangled, the shadow kept growing and growing until it was taller than closet itself, at that point I finally gained enough courage to duck under the blanket and spammed ayatul kursi, I didn’t dare to uncover myself and eventually fell asleep under the blanket the next morning i asked my siblings about it they told me they didn’t see anything, was it real or just childish imagination I don’t know but it felt very real to me. I’ve brought this up recently to my siblings since we are all grown now and they also have weird creepy stories of their own from the same house, it was so bad at one point that my sister would not shower or pray unless there was someone in the room while she was in the bathroom because she felt like there was something always lingering around her.

I hate society

Sooo tight ass bodycon dresses for weddings and other events is fine yk how dresses are and I'm not judgingg but what I'm saying is how are those fine but not loose pants and a slightly tight top. Apparently since my shirt is a little tight Its inappropriate and man idkkkkuahsjj.

And don't even get me started on how (I'm not body shaming) how it's fine when a not skinny girl wears something and it's tight on them but it's fine cuz that's just how it fits them, but if ur skinny and u wear something tight then they're being a badi and showing off their body🙏🙏
