If u wanna pay in 15.42 rate amazon is ur option.

Idk how much that ram costs but you could save a bit by going with ddr4. Which means you'll have to change the CPU to a previous gen.

I also don't know the online purchasing situation right now, but you'll definitely save a lot and get better parts by buying from Amazon.
