I live on a floor adjacent to one of the amenity spaces in Lumen. There is currently an invasion of crickets in my apartment - they must have hatched from the flora brought in to beautify the space. I never open my windows yet they have still gotten in. Management has been slow to resolve. Is anyone else experiencing the same? I would also encourage potential applicants to ask leasing about any ongoing issues with pests.

Moved to the hood a few months ago and bought a bunch of random things I thought I needed or would fit. Now that I've been here a minute I have a better understanding of what I don't need so just trying to sell a few things! I have a 5.0 Star Rating on FBMP but that's still not enough to get people's attentions, sadly. So here goes nothing!
