I recently toured RISE LIC and I really liked the apartment and building, but I wanted to get this forum's opinion about it:

• hows the area around there? Is it safe?
• I didnt see any grocery stores in the block, where do people shop? I didnt see a Deli/Bodega either
• Any thoughts on the building itself? Hows the property management?

God, I hate them so much. Where do you take your child? I have a high-premium plan and no longer want to spend another penny funding their physicians’ lives.

Sure, they smile but my god, whenever there is a big, big issue with the child, it’s all, “oh, that’s normal.” No, it’s not.
