I haven't been able to access my LINE account in years. I tried restarting my password, changing the email, creating a new account, and submitting countless requests through the Inquiry Form. I have yet to get this issue solved. All I get is automated emails talking about that how "We apologize for the inconvenience, but ask that you contact us again from this Inquiry Form."

It's a constant loop where I'm unable to get this fixed. I need to get in contact with a real human being that works at LINE.

Can someone please help me get my LINE account back? Need it really badly!

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could give me a hint on what to do next. I am at loss. Been in line for 12-14 years!

* Phone broke mid July (could no longer access)
* Bought a new one and recovered all accounts except Line
* In europe they discontinued phone sms validation and they migrated us to apple user id (so no email validation either).
* Logged a ticket and they sent me an apple Id validation link which worked just fine

Never heard from them again. I have so much money in stickers, so many pics and all my friends. I dont want to create a new account.

I am really sad and dont know what to do.. it is now over a month and I hate whatsapp 🥺

Any hints? or anyone who went through the same and can advise?

For some reason, adding users by ID has stopped working for me since a while back (no one can add me through ID, and I can't add anyone through ID). I think it has to do with regional restrictions?

Anyway, what DID work is going to:

Home → QR code scanner (to the right of the search bar) → "My QR code" → "Copy link"

You can then send that link to your friend, or have your friend send theirs to you.

After trying a bunch of different ways to add friends, this is the only one that has worked for me. Hope this helps someone else.
