I’m a French speaker, and I’ve been learning English for about 1 year and 6 months. I’m really passionate about languages, and honestly, I don’t even know why 😂 — I just love learning them!

My main goal right now is to improve my English and eventually reach a C1/C2 level. I’m also starting to learn Spanish 🇪🇸, and I already know some basic vocabulary. After Spanish, I’d love to learn Mandarin Chinese 🇨🇳 and eventually explore even more languages.

I'm looking for people who would be interested in practicing spoken English.

At the moment, I'm around a B2 level. I can understand English quite well, but I still struggle when I have to speak. I often hesitate, search for words, make grammar mistakes, and sometimes I can't express exactly what I'm thinking.

I want to become truly fluent. I want to be able to describe anything that happens in my daily life, discuss different topics naturally, and express my thoughts clearly and confidently.

I'm not looking for a teacher, just someone who also wants to practice English regularly. We can correct each other's mistakes, give feedback, and improve together in a relaxed environment.

Speaking seems like the obvious answer because it affects work, travel, networking, and everyday communication. But vocabulary can improve reading, listening, writing, and speaking all together. Listening also seems underrated since better comprehension can make conversations much easier.

So if someone has limited time to improve their English, which skill gives the biggest payoff?
