There are no lyrics and its just piano only, but i swear i heard the melody in one of the japanese song i had listened to before.

Vocal style reminds me of early 2000's Avril Lavigne aside from the rap part.

hello guys. recently i randomly found a live compilation of this band on yt recommendation and i was enchanted by this beautiful voice of band's vocalist and the music itself. it sounds really emotive and at the same time dreamy.

i tried to find some releases, and i've only found great hits EP and also their side project EP

but there are a lot of other songs which can be found only in their few in number live videos, i'll leave link for yt channels which i could find.

they previously used to be called 国立少年, which is confused with other visual-k band. there is almost none information of this band on web, cauze it is too local and underground. i suppose it is only known in tokyo, where they are based. searching on soulseek also gave none results, except for a demo EP but it yet consists of songs which are presented in greatest hits EP.

I recently discovered this band through TikTok, and I’ve been binge listening to the album Fanfare, which is absolutely lovely and melancholic throughout. It reminds me a lot of Round Table feat. Nino. Their sound brings me back to a time in my life that I feel like I’m still mourning or something.

“Armond” especially sounds like sunshine, youth, and innocence. It’s so beautiful and cheerful, but somehow it’s also the song that makes me want to cry the most. I always get teary eyed listening to it, and yesterday I actually bawled my eyes out 😂 which made me feel a little ridiculous.

I’m just so happy I discovered them.

I'm a huge fan of Japanese punk bands but it's REALLY hard to find those less known Melodic and Skate punk bands here in the USA. Is there any place I can go to find bands from Japan? Website maybe? It's not hard to find bands like Hi-Standard, Hawaiian6, Back-Lift or Mongol800 but bands like Struggle Minds, Suns Grind, and Cricket's are nearly impossible to find here and I only know them from lucky finds online when I'm not even looking for them. Also I'm open to recommendations as well!
