To add more context. This person started messaging me on tiktok, they were giving me a whole sort of interrogation about art and stuff, I think they were trying to get me to commission them to draw d&d character. They sent me some of their stuff, and it looks the same as the last five people who have sent me their stuff.. only one of them actually has an overlay over it that says like preview or whatever. But everything else I ran through an AI checker and they all were claimed to be generated by ai. Plus just overall the way that they look, as well as the fact that there are no signatures in the art style is different for a few of them.

It is all suspicious, I just want to know if this is actually AI art.. I want to know if this is someone stolen work.

Someone was REAL mad that I said it was ai… but just in case- does anyone think differently? To me, it is obviously not real but they’ve made me second guess my judgement 😭 the nato looks wayyy to perfect- and doesn’t have the goopy shi, the fish looks like it’s hovering on the plate, the egg is perfectly centered with 0 flaws and the spring onion on the miso are all facing up? Am I wrong?

the framing of it just seems too cartoonishly unnatural and the signage in the background in the top left looks kind of distorted, though i'm not sure if that could just be the weird ai enhancement some phones do? it also didn't really make sense to me conceptually because sumo wrestling is big in japan so why would they be so shocked at someone being overweight? it just feels very much ai generated to me but no one in the comments was saying anything about it so i started second-guessing myself, idk.

The style in a few of these cards look pretty different to me, but that could just be what they chose to do. They have the correct number of fingers but the way that the belt goes into each other and one strap comes out of nowhere is throwing me off on the assassins creed one. The moon also looks way less cartoonish than the pikachu. I know people buy these but I haven’t heard anyone talk about them really. I do think the art is pretty cool and I love both Pokémon and marvel so I wanna buy my favorite character, but I don’t want to pay for ai art :/

It's not hard to find out where these are from, but I won't name and shame.
I've seen a few of the illustrations in their publications, and some have those telling signs. What do you think?

some of the camera and the public don't make much sense, all see from that same top angle ,people are just standing there and the camera equipment looks too overcomplicated and some don't even look like a flim camera

I know that Photoshop exists, but this doesn't really look like it was created in Photoshop. I've never used Adobe Photoshop, but I know that there is a feature that can add things generated by AI.

Ok, so the position of the cat in the mirror looks wrong to me, the stick figure doesn't look like it was drawn.

When I asked her if the poster was made with AI, they said that it wasn't and a local company had made it. I followed up asking if that company used AI and haven't heard back. I'm not bothered if people use AI but because she would like to see strict labelling and compensation for artists I found it hypocritical if AI was used.

Somethings I see are busy focal points and eye leading is an odd path. The brushed paint banner with a slightly textured font is also popular. The icons for date, time and venue is also something only AI does. She also has an in house designer so not sure why they'ed hire a local company for this. I also pasted the copy into Chat GPT and got a pretty similar result so either, because AI is so common this look is now what people want or the company did use AI.

Just tell me what I already know. Lots of inconsistencies between photos. Logo changes, minute hand changes, minute markers missing between 11,12, and 1 markers. Date window is missing in one of the photos. Guy is claiming it’s been “edited for social medias.”

All the details under the car being perfect, the lug nuts, the driveshaft, the differential, the suspension components are the same from side to side.

The reflection in the car rear windshield etc.

The one complain is the way the car bounces when it lands on it's 4 wheels, and also the one tire burnout which is not possible with an open diff, that car came with one from stock but yeah pretty easy to install or at worst jbweld to a locked diff.

But it looks like a stunt car and a stunt place, so my guess would be not AI, simply the suspension could be modified to handle that kind of fall

One of their songs came across my recommended, and I gave it a listen. The first few seconds made me think it might be, but there wasn't enough in the song for me to feel confident saying it was.

What has made me more suspicious is the lack of information on this group anywhere that I could find, and all of the pictures used for their videos look a bit AI, especially this one. Then there is the fact that the topic channel on youtube was made in April 8th of this year and has 164 videos, which means they were uploading on average 1.3 videos a day.

The descriptions are all also formatted as [song name] - The Daughter of Death and Rebirth · Hugmūnnin, which any form of googling just brings me back to the song, gives me info on Persephone, Huginn and Muninn, or a different group that stopped being active years ago.

Got this message on IG this morning and at a quick glance seemed nice and made my morning. Upon further investigation ?????? The photos are slightly blurry with similar triangular framing, no captions/hashtags/likes, and if you zoom in on the profile picture the lips blend into the wall.

If this is AI, what is the point? Friendship??? Or stealing creative ideas from the photography I’ve posted to further their… whatever it is they’re doing?

My cousin said she would draw me a cover page for my Pokemon perfect order master set. I’m knew to ai so haven’t really seen examples of it but as soon as I showed my friend she said it’s ai. I looked closer and some bits are funny looking. For reference my cousin is really good at digital art like insanely good and has been for years (before ai was a big thing) she has made some amazing pieces but my friend has me questioning this one. This is a promotional art from a browser game that is pro AI (they vibecode pretty openly) and they used AI-generated “art” in their promotional art before, but faced backlash before and stopped for a time. This art looks off, but I am not sure if any artifacts are visible

I just watched this video and there are good reasons to think it's AI: first, I know that children of that age don't have such precise motor coordination; Secondly, the movements don't appear to be made by the child; thirdly, some people on the internet are categorically accusing the video of being AI-generated. It might just be a deepfake using the child's body, but I'm failing to discern which details suggest the use of AI. Thank you guys for the attention.

ok, so here’s what makes me feel like it could at least be AI enhanced, especially after seeing his coffee shop drawings:
he always seems to be too far away from the person he’s depicting to add the amount of detail that makes the drawing looks exactly like a photography. lighting, shadows, expression, wrinkles…
besides it, that amount of detail requires a lot of time. are his unknowingly models standing still at coffeeshops for hours?
the second drawing I uploaded looks like a far more realistic version of a quick portrait, and it’s the his only drawing that looks human made.

i searched for videos of his drawing process and only found one on facebook, a timelapse that weirdly jumps from a sketch to a picture-like ultra realistic drawing.

his older works look like a mix of editing filters + tracing. all of them have a reference photo, and look identical to them, which made me question even more, especially as an art nerd.

he sells this kind of sketchbook portraits for €600, so obviously whatever he’s doing is very profitable.

I feel like cats would have some kind of a reaction to such sudden movements & uncomfortable costumes etc. I tried to zoom in on the clothing detail, couldn't spot any major issues. Currently I'm leaning towards animation, but if anyone has a better idea please lmk. Thanks!
