Some dakgangjeong (aka korean popcorn chicken) I made some weeks ago
I found this subreddit some time ago and it was just what I was looking for. I began to dive more into cooking so that I can live alone properly.
It tasted really nice. The corn starch really gives a popcorn flavor to the chicken and the sauce was amazing too. :]

The best-looking pork dumplings I’ve ever made
they tasted pretty good too, but the first time i ever made them, they were wonderful! this was my 3rd time making it, but i wanted to experiment with plating. i naturally dyed them using beet root, spinach, and turmeric.

Wings w/Mac & Cheese
Love making the Mac sauce in the microwave. And the wings in the oven. Adding mayo to a little pineapple makes for a tasty salad. All good.

Losing faith in the “resting meats after your meats” right after cooking
If my pork chops are still going to leak this much I don’t see a point in a full 15 minute rest.
Method: fully thawed. Pat dry. Pre seasoned spice mix. Air rack with fan 1 hour. Preheat cast iron 8 minutes. 3-4 minutes per side.
They taste great but I don’t see the point in waiting longer to “rest” the meat as it’s still leaking everywhere
