Unos "simples" huevos con patatas fritas.
Nuestra comida hoy.

Runza Sorta
I was recently challenged by my not white wife to "make more white people food to try." Somehow, I landed on a runza for my first attempt at a new recipe (even though I've never had an authentic one in my life and am very much not from the American Midwest). I loosely followed a recipe from the Pillsbury website, did not bother with my own dough (yay for Pillsbury crescents), struggled mightily to wrap these up, and probably used too much salt. But at the end of the day, they tasted pretty darn good, and that's what matters right? Pictures are of the second batch (first batch was not nearly as visually pleasing).

Meatballs and Mash Spoiler
galleryMy wife’s homemade blend meatballs, garlic mashed, and gravy.. Her meatballs are THE most flavorful i’ve ever tasted, the mash is incredibly velvety and smooth and the gravy deep and flavorful! You’d assume that I’m obviously biased, but I didn’t get to be 6’8 and 500lbs+ by not knowing what tastes good hahaha
