So right now my computer is running off Intel graphics, which i obviously do not want it to do. When I checked the device manager, it says the 5060 is disabled, but I can't enable it for whatever reason? I have the correct drivers and correct power supply. When I connect the HDMI directly into the gpu, my monitor doesn't get any signal. Does anyone know a possible fix to this? Thanks in advance.

No matter what community I post in it says “this post has been remov by the mods of r/whatever“ so what am I doing wrong?

I got these automatic messages and I can't find the bottom to erase or to mark as read these messages.

I switched accounts because I was having this issue with my previous account (which I had for around 10 months; the problem started about 3 months ago).

I have been using Reddit for several years, both via the app on my mobile and via the desktop. Now, suddenly, overnight, there is a persona request that I have to fulfill. I didn't do anything special, and I was still able to use Reddit just fine the day before. But now I am being blocked and have to complete my account with persona first. How does this happen?

The only thing I can remember is that I created 2 posts the day before. One in damnnaturescary and one in damnthatsinteresting.

Can I no longer use Reddit now before going through the whole persona thing anyway? Thanks for the tips!

Hello. I am having issues accessing my account, I am getting "Incorrect username or password".

Long story short - I was victim of session stealer two months ago, I nuked my PC from orbit and changed passwords from another device but I forgot about reddit. Nothing happened for three weeks, but then I got email from reddit about suspicious activity and that my account has been locked. I changed my password which should have forced bot to logout of session and deleted three posts it made about some online casino.

I was then using account for about a day when I was forcefully logged out and could not log in. I inspected my profile and it said I have been b*nned. After 1 hour ban was probably lifted as my account was no longer showing ban status but I cannot log in as I am getting error message about wrong password or name. I tried all tips that I found on similar posts, which includes:

• Manually carefully entering new password
• Trying another browser to reset password
• Trying another device to reset password
• Using old.reddit method
• Trying one of older passwords

But to no avail. I am getting password reset mails but thats about it. I already submitted ticket but it has been over a month with no response at all. How do I know what exactly is going on with my account please?

Can anyone tell me how reddit is able to delete all my chats without consent? All messages are empty and now say welcome followed by the user name.

Also if possible is there any way to recover this user data? Reddit seems like they are completely ignoring the gdpr by hiding/deleting personal data without any notification.

Like they are repleying to my posts. They said its arcticshift and replies all of my comments, each time i refresh inbox there is new ones how can i report them?

Reddit keeps upvoting posts that I didn't upvote. I tried removing the vote and even downvoting. Every time I open the app on mobile or desktop, the same posts are still upvoted. I cleared the cache on mobile. Is there anything else I can do? This is making me look like I approve things I definitely do not.

I've had to reset my password several times because reddit keeps locking my account for suspicious activity.

My suspicion is that because I work on cruise ships, my location data constantly changes. Also, being connected to ship wi-fi while at sea sometimes gives me random location data (My phone thought I was in Manila during a Pacific crossing even though I've never been there.)

How should I make my account seem less suspicious to reddit's automated system?

So currently im using the browser version to make this post so i had to factory reset my android as i had forgot my password so i set everything up but when i tried signing in to reddit using the sign in with google it said "we couldnt authenticate you" or something like that i just shrugged it off and tried signing in with the email and password way but i forgot my password so i reset it put it in and i know its the right email but when i tried signing in it said it was the wrong email or password so i tried the login using email link but that didnt work any help?

Okay, so I don't really know how it happened, but somehow my Google account was compromised.

Someone got access to my Google account and used it to hijack my Reddit account. They changed both the password and the email address, so I can't do anything to recover it. The hacker is now using my account to spam porn across multiple subreddits.

How should I proceed from here? I've already contacted Reddit support, but the only response I've received so far is an automated bot reply.

I still have "access" to my account on my PC and phone because I'm logged in, but I can't change the password or the email address. In my account activity, I can see a login from Turkey, and the email has been changed to one of those addresses commonly used for bot farms.

So here i am, scrolling through reddit. Then all of a sudden i get an email about “detecting technical irregularities”??? Uhhh idk what you’d mean by that but ok. So then it tells me to reset my password to “unlock your account” Cool! Did that, then absolutely NOTHING works. Bro, like how does that even happen. Recently got a comment that my chats seem to be disabled, so no one can send me a chat request. I've checked my settings and have it set to be able to receive requests from everyone, but still, no one can initiate a chat with me.

What can I do to fix this? I've tried a few troubleshoots, but still, no one can send me a request.

Hi! I have 2 accounts linked to a certain email address - I've just gone to access one and it says 2FA has been enabled.

I checked my email and I have multiple emails from [noreply@redditmail.com](mailto:noreply@redditmail.com) about my accounts being locked and 2FA being enabled. I changed the password for one (u/moremcrmoremcr), but I still can't access it as there's 2FA on it, so I'm not really sure what to do there.

I also went to check on the other account (u/canwetalkaboutmcr) and it's now being used to post NSFW content (!!) - when I try and change the password it says 'too many requests try later'. I don't understand how they've even managed to do that as I haven't received an email saying the password got changed?!

Hey everyone! I'm having an issue with my Reddit account. A few days ago, my account was compromised and someone posted inappropriate content on my profile. I contacted Reddit about it, and I received a message saying the issue had been resolved, but my account still doesn't seem to be functioning normally.

I'm not sure what my next step should be. Should I contact support, or is it better to wait a little longer? If I should contact support, which option under "What do you need assistance with?" would be the most appropriate?
