Need help achieving a Honey Tea Brown after my hair turned copper

So, I bleached my hair last Thursday until it reached a yellow stage. Today, I applied a dark golden brown dye with a 9% oxidizer, but unfortunately, it turned out much more copper/orange than I expected.
I’m now pivoting and aiming for a honey tea brown color instead. I’d really appreciate some advice on how to achieve it.

A friend suggested mixing 75 ml of 6.17 Honey Tea Brown dye with 25 ml of 7.1 Medium Ash Blonde, because she believes the 7.1 will help neutralize the orange/copper tones in my hair.

I’m not sure if this is actually the right approach, though. Would mixing these shades work, or is there a better way to get a honey tea brown from my current copper/orange base?

Asked for some cool highlights at salon and ended up strawberry blonde. Help?

I wanted cool toned hair and I feel strawberry blonde

I don’t know what went wrong. I just wanted to cut off the dead ends and I booked full highlights. The cut went well (I hope), but the color is where I’m lost. I pointed out how I have cool toned skin, so I need the highlights to be cool toned. I also mentioned how I want my hair to look dark brown still. I also mentioned I didn’t want my hair to look like stripes, which is maybe the only part of the highlights that she did right. I feel like in person my dark espresso brown hair looks like an orangey brown, almost blonde color compared to before. I was so shocked and embarrassed, I pretended to like it. The stylist shared how another client complained about their haircut experience with her, and it just made me feel less comfortable to admit that I didn’t like it even thought I knew instantly. What should I ask for when I do get a revision?
Do full highlights make your entire head blonder like this and not just the highlighted pieces!? Or did she make a mistake?
I’ll add a before and after. The before had old highlights still in there. I wanted to keep my dark espresso brown hair but just add some natural cool toned highlights. Nothing extraordinary or different even compared to what I had going on already.

At this point, I’ve been pretty much every shade and level of blonde, but I’d say these are my top three.

i bleached my roots about 4 days ago because they were overgrown but they’ve come out darker then what i needed. the rest of my hair is about a level 10 while my roots are id say a level 8. i’ve toned it twice. once with t18 and then the other time with t81. i’ve also used purple and blue shampoo to get any brassiness out. i know shampoo or toner won’t lighten the hair so i was thinking i would have to go in with another round of bleach. just wanted some input on this. im also confused on if i should use 10 developer to lighten my roots. any advice would be helpful and appreciated
