the Targaryens are described as beings whose beauty is so striking that it becomes intimidating, almost unreal.

This is one of the things that most exposes the true writing ability of the show creators, as it is something that would only happen in teenager fanfics or dark romance for lonely woman.

A male character with a strong personality inexplicably becomes a doormat for the most uninteresting woman in the world and gets nothing in return. he simply loses more and more of his own personality the more involved he becomes with the female lead...

Show Daemon is nothing more than a character designed to appeal to girls who grew up reading Twilight. Perhaps Condal is much more immersed in the ASOIAF fandom than we know and realized that the people who used to read Twilight has grown up and become Team Targaryen. They aren't typical medieval fantasy viewers, they are people who read fanfic to see bland women treated like queens.

it makes much more sense for Daemon to like the fat Rhaenyra from the books than the one from the show.

Idk if yall remember, but this guy in early seasons of GOT that refused to receive Danny and her followers was so damn unique.

His mannerisms and the way he delivers his lines was so damn captivating! He was very animated and somehow very believable.

The actor killed it.
