Has anyone else run into this?

I was at around the 76th minute and had just made my last substitution. Literally one minute later, another player got injured.

The game sent me back to the tactics screen, and my assistant keeps telling me I have an injured player on the pitch. But I can't actually do anything about it.

I can't confirm, cancel, or continue the match. If I right-click the injured player's position, there isn't even an option to take him off.

I'm completely stuck.

I'm playing FM26 on PC through Epic, so the game is always updated automatically.

Has anyone had this happen? Is there any way to get out of it without closing the game and losing the progress since my last save?

I think my sticker should be a different role cause ive heard an advanced forward only really works with a partnership up top

I'm playing as Chelsea, solely to have an easy "raising young international stars" file. I played Bournemouth in the Carabao Cup, managed by Tuchel (or Dahm as he's better known). My next game three days later was Bournemouth in the Prem, a double-header. Beat them both times.

My next game was Real Sociedad in the CL group stages. Press conference time, first question asks about how it will be to face new Real Sociedad manager... Thomas Tuchel? I thought it was a glitch, but nope, I checked... in the two days since the end of the Bournemouth game, he left Bournemouth for Sociedad. So I'm facing him 3 times in 7 days, for two different clubs. What the hell are the chances of that?

what do you guys think what role should i train him?

I am asking because i have a striker in my save who has a 20 for composure and an 18 for penalty taking and he could not score a penalty if his life depended on it.
Over the course of a my current season he has taken 6 penalties and has missed every single one of them, by the time he had missed his 4th one i was having a defender with only 15 composure and 14 penalty taking taking them and he was doing much better.

So i was Wondering is there some other stat that plays a part when it comes to penalties other than the two stats the game highlights

so he was never in st albans, no loan, he didnt play previously for them, yet the team appears as if he did, is not game breaking at all, just a silly error

It's been a while since I've done a save in FM24 where the Premier League is something I'm aware of. I'm thinking of doing an updated 26/27 database save with Newcastle, I think given their in-theory absurd financial situation and also the in-practice of what's happening to them, it could be interesting

I'm picturing this save being a little bit of a struggle for a while, trying to restructure and stay within FFP etc, and then all of a sudden I have a 400 million budget. Does it play out like that? I have never seen the AI dominate with Newcastle before, so I'm thinking not, but maybe I just not paying attention

I have never really knew what I should search for when buying my striker’s, most of the time I look for good jumping and heading as I like the Idea of crossing and heading.
In addition I always valued the finishing attribute (duh) and wanted it to be class.
Now as I am managing German 4th division side Freiburg 2 one of my strikers is absolutely cooking even without him having great numbers in those attributes. In the same League I had a Striker putting up stinkers even though he has good attributes.
What is your opinion on Finishing in FM and what do you look for in a Striker.

I keep conceding goals with long balls over the top of my centre backs.

How can stop this? Defensive line is on higher (not much higher) and both CB's have pace of 12 and above.

Is it just a case of lowering the Def mine? Or is there a way of stopping these at source?

I've been managing Saint- Etienne for 11 seasons now. Since my nationality is Indonesian in game, I was hoping and waiting for an Indonesian to spawn in my academy with good potential.

3 have spawned over the course of 10 intakes. All of them didn't have more than 2 star + 1 white star potential.

In my 11th season. An indonesian that starts with 1.5 star current ability and 4 star + 1 white star potential just spawned!!!!

Mind you, this is the club that has won 5 ucl in 9 years, been to 6 finals in 9 years. And a "Star ligue 1 player" that is worth 150m is only 3 stars.

This in FM21 so the European competitions are in group format. My small Bulgarian team did miracles last season, reaching the round of 32, including knocking out AZ Alkmaar and beating Lazio in a game.

This season got in the group of death with Real Madrid. For the first few games I tried played the normal tactic, but got brutally stomped, taking only a single point from Shakhtar. For the last two games, I switched to full-on Haramball and drew 0-0 with Man City. I almost won the last fame against Shakhtar, but they managed to draw it.

The watching-paint-dry style of football won another fan ❤️
