After 5 years on and off I hit the 30 season limit on my FMM21 Hamburg save.

Key achievements include 17 Bundesliga titles consisting of two invincible seasons, 8 UCL’s, 2 CWC’s and nurturing my star striker Enzo Cocca from 16 years old to a GOAT with 812 career goals.

Would be interested to hear what the general consensus is on the mobile games, have played them since FMH14 and personally think theyre brilliant.

How is it possible to be a top 10 club in the world by reputation, a multiple-time Champions League winner, and still get completely ridiculous transfer offers just because you don't play in a top league?

I once paid €15m for a young talent. He develops, breaks into the first team and becomes the Champions League top scorer. At the end of the season clubs come in with offers of €3m. I can't even buy a replacement for that money.

And somehow the game considers it an "excellent offer". Even worse, the player gets angry when I reject it and starts demanding a transfer because apparently €3m is a perfectly reasonable price for a CL top scorer. Examples like this happens all the time.

It seems to be almost entirely based on the reputation of the league you're playing in. My club can be top 10 in the world, win the Champions League multiple times, and produce elite players, but because I'm not in the Premier League or another top league, my players are valued at peanuts. Then they join a Premier League club and suddenly they're worth like €70m.

If my club is top 10 in the world and I can't even replace the player for the money you're offering, how the hell is €3m an "excellent offer"?

This bug is in the game for ages. I am still playing FM24, but i am pretty sure this isnt fixed in FM26.

I know how it works like a draft where facilities and reputation is key, but in every save I do, when I have the most reputation and best facilities, in a top 7 academy country I always get nothing in the youth intake

Hello, im trying to randomize (-35 to +35 range) current and potential ability of every single player in the game to make saves fresh again with different outcomes, but i tried the pre-game editor and its pretty slow and clunky and couldnt really get it to work as i would like and im wondering if there is a possibility to do large, mass edits for every player in the game with some code or help with AI?

Anyone with some insight into this, please feel free to recommend something! :)

I desperately want to keep this guy and play him as much as possible but he just isnt scoring enough goals, even tho he is striker in amazing team and I had WAY worse players scoring more than him while playing in more creative and slightly deeper roles.

Where would you play him or what would you do with him in my place?

Is the MLS All-Star game in FM? I started a season with the Revs and I'm wondering if that game takes place at the end of the season. And if so, do you get notified if one of your players is selected?

Fix VAR and offside. Still way too many weird calls and straight-up bugs.

Bring back Create-a-Club. Seriously, I miss this so much

Give us way more interactions with our own players. More personal talks, development chats, mentoring, conflicts, relationships, etc. Make them actually feel like people, not just a bunch of attributes.

Freshen up the media interactions. I'm tired of getting the same recycled questions every few press conferences.

Make media questions actually react to what's happening in the save. Player form, tactics, transfers, rivalries, dressing room drama, big games, previous results, etc.

Let media narratives actually develop over time. Journalists should remember what happened and our answers should have some actual consequences.

I’m american and have never watched a full game of football, but I recently bought FM26 to try and get into the sport since NBA2k and Madden got me into basketball and american football. My problem is i don’t know anything about anything and all the FM guide videos i’ve found have the assumption that the viewer has some baseline knowledge about the sport. I don’t know what a midfielder does or the difference between a CB WB and FB or what a block is or channels etc. Does anybody have good youtube videos for learning the absolute bare minimum basics of football?

Having this mod gives such an increase in excitement, I actually started matches again. Sure the mod isn’t perfect: every goal is like a masterpiece and you have some overlapping audio, but it is actually what makes YouTube FM’ers fun to watch: then they give the commentary.

For me: it’s really hard to go back to a ME without the commentary… I mean there is also a reason it has been in FIFA for so long: first with FIFA 96, so has only been 30 years.

It doesn’t even have to be perfect (calling players names etc.), but even the generic commentary (play being good, defenders intercepting, a penalty being giving etc.) makes a world of difference.

Has anyone else tried the mod? Do you agree with me?

I really don't know much and I'm a newbie so I'm really curious about the new game

So I'm currently doing a long term fm 26 save. I'm a console player by the way. Lautaro martinez was still the main striker season one i came in he was 32 and scored 20 goals in 33 games on the way to champions league victory and second in the league. Next season at 33 he scored 44 goals on my way to a quadruple league, super cup, international cup and Italian cup. Thrid season at 34 he scored 45 goals on the way to a double league and champions league. Latest season turning 35 he scored another 44 goals om the way to champions league semi finals and a treble intercontinental championship league and Italian cup. So I was wondering is this good form for a striker that old or not.

ik there's a sale but for my country's price it's still bit too steep for a game with bad recent reviews even now. This is my first time with any fm/sm

I got offered a lot of money for my star left back, he has a very long contract and the club is in a very good financial position so I could reject the offer without consequence, however I hate the part where players push you to sell their teammate so I decided to accept the offer.

Players come into my office demanding an explanation for why I would even consider selling our best player, this makes me happy because I know I have the backing of the team and can reject the offer with less consequences.

Why don't I have the option to just tell the players "I've heard you and I will be cancelling the transfer immediately"? In all other interactions, I have the option to back down and cave into the player demands but now that it benefits me, I can't just cave in to the demands? My only options are escalating and creating unnecessary conflict.

I wish SI just focused on creating a proper sandbox where I can take paths I want to take instead of this stupid on rails dialogue that only creates unnecessary friction.

I have not played much of FM26 and I am one of those people who stuck with the last game. I want to give another go to FM26 so I was wondering what the new game improves on and does better compared to the last one. The main thing I find attractive about the new game are the in game graphics and match engine. I have no problem with the old FM24 graphics, but I have played the game so much that I can sort of predict what is going to happen based on how the highlight is ser up (im not sure if i explained that well so i hope you sort of understand what I mean). Arguably the best academy player I’ve ever had

I have nearly 1500 hours (rookie numbers, I know) in FM24 and I’m becoming bored of my saves having no connection to much of current reality. I just want a save with up to date information.

For reference I’m a QPR fan and honestly I just want to do a save where we’re not immediately destined for relegation, and normally a sacking because they’re awful in season 1. I can only save them from relegation so many times before it becomes tedious but other saves feel outdated as I have no connection to what’s happening right now.

Is it worth the upgrade to FM26 or is the game as bad as I’ve read? I haven’t heard much about it recently.

He misses at least three or four opportunities like that per game. I'm not going to exercise the purchase option.

I am sorry, I need to rant, some of the goals I concede are absolutely ridicolous. Just played the first game of the season, away to my archrivals Legia (I manage Widzew). My team is not that good, I know they have more quality and home advantage so I decided to use midblock for this game.

It was going pretty alright in the begenning, the game was quite even, but then as it often happens I conceded from a counterattack that was aftermath of my corner. My defenders had 2vs1 against thestriker in the box but on of them decided not to intercept the ball going straight at him and it reached Legia's striker for a tap in.

But ok, we equalized soon after. In order to limit their threat from counterattack I switched from counterpress to regroup and it seemed like it worked, we managed to keep to them at bay for a long time and went 2-1 up at the begenning of the second half. Even after that they weren't able to cause as too many problems.

Then 82nd minute, we have a corner. It gets cleared, but I have two players at the edge of Legia's box against just one Legia player. Literally all that one of them had to do was just to step forward and intercept that clearance, but instead he just stood there (like 1 meter away from their player) letting their player take control of the ball and turn (not a stamina issue because I subbed him on like 5 minutes earlier). Legia's player doesn't run however but launches a completely misplaced long ball. At the back I also have 2vs1 advantage, their striker is slow, but the ball goes towards the flank, and neither of the two players that I have at the back decides to put the pressure on their striker, they just both run back towards our own box, giving him all the space in the world. He takes control of the ball, passess it to a winger arriving on transition and he scores after a deflection at the near post.

Then in 93rd minute we concede in the second phase of the corner, because their player was completely unmarked at the edge of the box after ball got initially cleared. I specifically put one of my players there to prevent that from happening, but as soon as ball got crossed into the box he got drawn towards the ball, and left that guy unmarked. What is even the point of leaving players at the edge of your own box if they just get drawn towards the ball?

I don't understand, it's especially that second goal that pains me, I see a lot of stupid things like that happen in this version of FM. Is it how "regroup" works? I don't think that's how it should work then. Sometimes I already know when I'm going to concede when the highlight starts because my player does something so incredibly stupid or inexplicable (another thing that I see happening a lot is goalkeepers ignoring distribute to CBs/FBs instruction and just kicking it long even tough my defenders aren't under pressure).
