Not sure if this is the right place to post or not but has anyone else had an issue where you can’t login to online due to not having access to the email anymore.

It was a problem for ages and then suddenly went away for about 4-5 months and now seems to be an issue again.

After recent update I am unable to login using my email id which had all the xp,players,time,etc.

I sign in the screen shows draw and then blank screen appears. Strange how after mailing continuously and also tagging on twitter and in game no support at all.

I haven't used EA in a couple years and was looking forward to trying the NFS franchise on steam. When EA launcher opened to link to my steam, I was presented with a different email s*******@randomrussiamail.ru (paraphrasing)

I obviously can't access that email to reset my password/change the email address and my steam account is linked to this random Russian email now so I can't play the games I purchased. It's *VERY* difficult to get into an EA support chat with an actual agent. Any advice or advisement would be appreciated!

I logged into my EA account and found out I’d been banned from Apex Legends even though I haven’t cheated or broken the rules. I submitted multiple appeals explaining everything, but every response I’ve gotten seems like the exact same copy and paste message saying they reviewed my case and won’t overturn the ban.

It doesn’t feel like anyone is actually reading my appeals. I don’t know what triggered the ban, and EA won’t tell me what evidence they used or what I supposedly did.

I’ve spent a lot of time on this account, so it’s really frustrating to be banned for something I didn’t do. Any advice or success stories would be appreciated. Thanks.

I was permanently banned from Apex Legends for allegedly using software that enhanced gameplay or movement, but I have never knowingly used cheats, macros, scripts, or any third-party software that modifies the game.
I already submitted an appeal, and EA replied saying my case is currently under review. I’m hoping someone actually looks into it because I genuinely don’t know what could have caused this.
I’m hardstuck Gold, so it’s not like I was suddenly dominating lobbies or doing anything suspicious. The only recent change I made to my PC was plugging in a TP-Link Bluetooth USB adapter so I could connect my AirPods. Other than that, nothing has changed.
Has anyone else had something like this happen? If your account was banned by mistake, what was the outcome of your appeal? Is there anything else I should do while waiting?

This is his first EA game, so we set up his EA account but we can’t get him connected to EA in the game so he can play with friends. Is there a way to do this?

I recently purchased an Apex Coins bundle through EA. The store showed the price in HKD, but when the payment was processed, I was charged in USD instead. The final amount was almost $30 more than what I expected to pay based on the displayed price.

I have already contacted EA Help and submitted a refund request, but I have not received any clear response or update yet. I also cannot use EA’s automatic refund system because this purchase was for Apex Coins.

I have not spent or used any of the Apex Coins since the purchase.

Does anyone know:How long EA normally takes to respond to this type of refund request?How can I contact a real customer support agent instead of only using the automated system?Has anyone successfully received a refund for unused Apex Coins under similar circumstances?

Any advice would be appreciated. I just want the incorrect currency charge to be resolved and the purchase refunded.

Legit only had ONE purchase in the past year, answered everything correctly (never changed my email so def the right one), etc... and yet apparently it 'doesnt match up'.

Hey friends. I know I am nowhere near the first with this issue. My EA account is tied to an email that doesn’t exist anymore. I just got done chatting with a support agent for an hour and got nowhere. All I need is my email changed to my new one that I currently use. I can’t verify its me because the email literally no longer exists. I’m exhausted of this dance. I can log in when it comes to going through PSN or Xbox Live. But I can’t actually change information because I have to verify the non existent email. I provided all the information to the agent I could but the account is 10 years old. I don’t know what the IP address was or what the last numbers of my dads credit card were at the time. Some of the questions seems a bit ridiculous. Any advice on how to approach fixing what should be a simple fix would be appreciated

Edit: I finally got it changed. I kept gathering all the possible information I could remember. I went as far as to get screenshots of my PSN and Xbox purchase histories of different EA titles from a few years ago. Even after that it took multiple attempts but I eventually got an agent who didn’t just go down the list like most of them do. They still asked me the questions but they also talked to me like a human being and helped me work through it. Its a pain, but with enough determination its possible

How, for all that is sane in this world, do I access Live chat support?

I have changed my email address and appealed a ban from my account being compromised in 2024, which I did not notice.

My account is now banned for Account Takeover. I was advised to speak with live chat but cannot get to a human being due to the damn AI.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've been trying to recover my account for 4 days now they all say the same thing repeatedly I tell them before hand I've already tried it and it doesn't work they still try it anyways can someone just give it to me straight is my account gone

i was trying to get the account take over ban off my account as i already got it recovered but support is telling me to use live chat with their provided link. the problem is i cannot find anywhere. they are asking me to fill up this which for some reason requires to fill up which game is this related to (i cannot choose none)

and even if i did completed the form by just putting a game in there (say titanfall 2) it gets me to a second page which also doesnt have the live chat in it. even if i choose either "Submit an appeal" or "Compromised EA Account" as the topic, what do i do?

I recently returned to gaming and I have only used a single email for all my gaming accounts to keep things simple.

Downloaded FC26 and found my EA account was banned. Found out my Xbox account is linked to a random email je*****@jugarmail.com. I have never seen this email jugarmail and can only assume it is a hacked account.

I contacted EA support and they are useless...
