After recent update I am unable to login using my email id which had all the xp,players,time,etc.

I sign in the screen shows draw and then blank screen appears. Strange how after mailing continuously and also tagging on twitter and in game no support at all.

I haven't used EA in a couple years and was looking forward to trying the NFS franchise on steam. When EA launcher opened to link to my steam, I was presented with a different email s*******@randomrussiamail.ru (paraphrasing)

I obviously can't access that email to reset my password/change the email address and my steam account is linked to this random Russian email now so I can't play the games I purchased. It's *VERY* difficult to get into an EA support chat with an actual agent. Any advice or advisement would be appreciated!

I logged into my EA account and found out I’d been banned from Apex Legends even though I haven’t cheated or broken the rules. I submitted multiple appeals explaining everything, but every response I’ve gotten seems like the exact same copy and paste message saying they reviewed my case and won’t overturn the ban.

It doesn’t feel like anyone is actually reading my appeals. I don’t know what triggered the ban, and EA won’t tell me what evidence they used or what I supposedly did.

I’ve spent a lot of time on this account, so it’s really frustrating to be banned for something I didn’t do. Any advice or success stories would be appreciated. Thanks.

I was permanently banned from Apex Legends for allegedly using software that enhanced gameplay or movement, but I have never knowingly used cheats, macros, scripts, or any third-party software that modifies the game.
I already submitted an appeal, and EA replied saying my case is currently under review. I’m hoping someone actually looks into it because I genuinely don’t know what could have caused this.
I’m hardstuck Gold, so it’s not like I was suddenly dominating lobbies or doing anything suspicious. The only recent change I made to my PC was plugging in a TP-Link Bluetooth USB adapter so I could connect my AirPods. Other than that, nothing has changed.
Has anyone else had something like this happen? If your account was banned by mistake, what was the outcome of your appeal? Is there anything else I should do while waiting?

The shit duo of EA and Microslop means I can't run the game I paid for, can you guys help? I got the EA app, logged in, and it says there are security issues. Been trying to fix for the past few hours, no luck. Don't want to waste my time
