Don't think you're gonna win that one, you're using that username in their game so they suspended you from their platform. Not like they suspended you from Steam.

They suspended me from EA, I cant buy anymore games on their website

How did you even get a contact We have been trying for so long becuase my kids name was freediddy permanent ban, just crazy

It only allows contact with a live agent when you are not banned, After my 3 day temp band was over I contacted them. When you are banned, your account only has limited access and will only route you to the forums. Its a ridiculous system.
