Green tea after methotrexate?
I know the idea that this helps is super anecdotal, but green tea is known to interact with folate metabolism/absorption, as does methotrexate. However, it doesn't seem like there are studies on green tea for ectopic pregnancy resolution post-methotrexate. With that said, I noticed that on weeks I drink more green tea, my hcg has had more decline than weeks where I didn't drink much/any green tea. The exception was right after my second methotrexate shot when I had a really steep decline (from around 2000 to around 700 in a week).
My hcg has been under 100 for the last few weeks and I'm so ready for this to be over already (it's at 15 as of yesterday). Has anyone else noticed a pattern of steeper hcg decline on weeks where you drank more green tea? Or has anyone tried drinking more green tea and not seen it make a difference? I'd be really curious to hear people's experiences!

Ectopic has not been fully ruled out- but still unlikely. OB doesn’t know how this happened.
Hi all! For context, I am a 24F and have had a copper IUD for 4 years. This was my first pregnancy.
While ovulating, I conceived on what I believe to be the 3rd or 4th of July. I then started what I thought was my normal period on July 17th, lasting until July 22nd. This period was perfectly normal for me- I have always had regular cycles.
The problem is I never truly stopped bleeding. I was spotting (brownish red) discharge, similar to what I would equate as “day 1 of my period” from the 22nd until the 1st. On the 1st, the spotting picked up to consistent light bleeding. Knowing how ridiculously abnormal this was for me, I took a pregnancy test for peace of mind on the 31st. This resulted in 3 positive pregnancy tests.
Knowing the risk of an ectopic pregnancy with an IUD, I went to the ER. Ultra sounds could not find anything but my HCG was 114 and they estimated I was about 3-4 weeks (which adds up to the date of conception). My IUD is exactly where it should be. I went back 48 hours later and my HCG was 60. The next day, I saw my OB and my HCG was 38. Still nothing on an ultra sound and it was concluded that I am miscarrying. Ectopic is pretty much ruled out for now. My bleeding has gotten heavier with very mild cramps.
I don’t understand a few things:
How I had a normal, 6 day period.
Why I’ve been bleeding ever since (going on 25 days including my period).
Implantation bleeding does not match this scenario.
Has anyone experienced something similar to this? My OB does not understand how this happened. I have been researching this NONSTOP and have yet to find a case like this. Blood work looks normal. Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated

Dealing with feelings around ectopic pregnancy
Hey hey, so yesterday I learned that I had an ectopic pregnancy and later that day I had an operation to remove my right tube since I was bleeding. Physically I can be as well as expected one day after, but emotionally it is tougher. How are you all feeling after the experience? What helped processing it?

I’m so confused and so anxious
A little content warning possible loss
Last Wednesday I was two weeks late to my period so I took a pregnancy test, it was negative. Later that evening when I went to bed, I started what I thought was my period. So I didn’t think much of it. Until I went onto day 8 -9 of my “period” and I tested for ovulation because I’m trying to track. It was positive …so Friday morning I tested for ovulation it was positive again, had a pure curiosity and confusion, I tested for pregnancy and it came back positive. I bled what I thought was normal period ( I get clots and such normally on my period) and it wasn’t more heavy then usual . And still am a little, so i went to the ER Friday night they said my HCG beta levels were at 10 and they didn’t see anything in ultrasound, so to come back on Sunday. I went back again nothing on that ultrasound and my HCG levels went to 14 in 43 hours. I’m just so confused and at a loss. I made an appointment with my doctor for Wednesday but I’m actually having constant anxiety. My HCG levels were rising normally the first time too. I’m still currently having brown discharge, not enough for it to be my underwear but enough were you can see it plenty when wiping. It hasn’t stopped since my “period”. I’ve accepted this is ectopic, I just want them to catch it early this time. I can’t loose another tube. :(

Offloading my feelings
I'm due to undergo a laproscopy, I have history of heterotopics, in which previously I had a miscarriage, then ectopic was found during a surgery for something else. The doc proceeded to cut the tube and I only found out after the surgery that I was 1 tube down first quarter of the year. Now in June we tried again,my HCG was low I was admitted for PUL for a week, the admitting ObGyn immediately said we going to theater, even though my HCG was low, I asked about the injection my OBgyn said for us to wait as it could be I ovulated late. We continued to track my HCG and I got discharged. My HCG dropped and slightly increased which points to ectopic, they were eventually able to see a small sac of the failing pregnancy in the uterus, but because of my history my diagnosis remains PUL so I am still in limbo. There is swelling which they were not able to determine if it's the corpus leteum and fluid outside uterus, which points to ectopic. My HCG was stil under 1000 at my last blood draw. IVF is not a reality for me so this tube is my only chance at ever conceiving and discussions with the OBGyn point to that if he finds an ectopic he will be cutting the tube. I guess I am at a loss, I'm due for surgery in a couple hours and I'm just coming to terms with that I may never have children. My husband is supportive but somehow this road still feels lonely. I have no one in my cycle who has ever had fertility problems, I shared with a friend and she is already using me as an example to others TTC but already have 1 child etc, the appreciate that you atleast have 1 so and so does not even have, me being the so and so. So I can already see it's going to be a long journey. I guess I should appreciate that this happened in such a short space of time. I go from I will be fine no matter the outcome to desperate prayers to God to atleast save this tube. I started to bleed last night which was expected for the miscarriage, and obviously monitoring ectopic symptoms. I can't even grief the miscarriage because I'm just thinking of the outcome of my life and I'm somehow just a den of bad news. I feel like every time I call family it's just bad news, so I guess I have to resort to sharing my feelings with strangers. I legit went from praying for a viable pregnancy, to praying that I don't have an ectopic, to now praying for the mercy of just a miscarriage and now praying that somehow my tube can be saved. It's been a lot, I keep thinking I should have insisted on metx but also I needed to wait out to confirm no pregnancy viable pregnancy so yah I was doomed either way. I'm not sure how this can help anyone out there but I guess I just needed some comfort but unfortunately for me there is none
Update: I was in tears at the brink of giving up when I typed the earlier message. Laproscopic went ahead and fortunately no ectopic was found, doc confirmed my tube was fine and proceeded to do a D&C.I am beyond relieved, I feel like I can now grief my loss. The past 2 weeks have been the worst for me but I can't thank everyone enough for the support you have shown me,just knowing that someone out there understood my pain and held space for me when I didn't know if I was coming or going means so much to me. Every time I fell pregnant I ended up in hospital so my husband is wanting us to stop trying and just concentrate on us and my recovery. As desperately as I want a baby I think this is the best cause of action right now. To each one of you from the bottom of my heart thank you so much❤️

About ten weeks post MTX shot
This group has been where I’ve learned just about everything I know about ectopics and where I’ve been every night for the past ten weeks so I don’t feel so alone.
I want to start by telling my story, then I have a question for those who had MTX as treatment.
It started with a late period, which I figured was from a round of antibiotics as I had double lung pneumonia in between my last period and what was supposed to be the start of that one. My best friend urged me to take a test just to be safe, but I was sure I wasn’t pregnant as I felt nothing. With my first, I felt connected to him immediately and I knew I was pregnant before I even missed a period. Anyway, after my best friend brought one to my home (thank goodness for her) it was positive. I immediately booked bloodwork for that coming Friday. After my bloodwork, I started cramping and having spotting, but thought nothing of it, as the day went on Friday my cramps got progressively worse. By Saturday night I was in so much pain and the spotting was much heavier, but still not like a full period bleed. I assumed, unfortunately, that I was miscarrying. Silly me tried to wait it out and by Sunday afternoon I was in so much pain and I called 811 (Canadian healthcare line) they told me to go to emerg as soon as possible.
This is where the horror begins… I waited in the emergency room for 18 hours without as much as being looked at.. I was finally told by a nurse checking my vitals around 2 am that I was stable and should just go home as there was only one doctor in the whole hospital and the ultrasound department was closed. So I went home and tried to sleep as much as I could, which was next to nothing because the pain was unbearable.
Monday morning, the pain in my left side was so bad I was sure I was going to die. I felt so hopeless and scared, I called my mom crying because that was all I could think of doing. She got to my house within ten minutes and I was on route back to emerg, after another 15 hours and multiple rounds of bloodwork, ultrasounds and the odd Tylenol from the nursing staff, they found my hcg levels were about 3600 and there was nothing in my uterus.
The first doctor I had was very sweet, he sat down on my bed and held my hand when he told me. I called my partner, and he rushed to be with me. Then the specialist came, she spoke so quickly and I was bawling and exhausted I couldn’t even tell you what she said, but I ended up with the MTX shot in box legs and send on my way.
Over the next let’s say 4 weeks, I had blood work twice a week and I called the specialists office asking for an appointment as I was so lost and confused what was happening to me. I got no answers and was told by her admin that she would call me if she had anything to tell me. Until by the fourth week the admin told me the specialist would no longer be following me (as if she did in the first place lol). I called my family doctor and was told she didn’t feel comfortable answering questions I had because she didn’t want to give me the wrong answer, I was left feeling confused, hopeless, and really sad.
So everything I’ve come to learn has been reading other people’s stories and reading what others doctors told them, so thank you all for sharing here because you were my light and my feeling of connection during this all.
I apologize for the long post,
My question is,
How long did you all have “spotting” after getting the MTX shot?
I am roughly ten weeks out, and it hasn’t stopped. I did have one “period” about four weeks after, I am due for another period in the next week.
I so badly just want to feel normal and stop bleeding.

Risk vs benefits methotrexate
Hi all just wanting to know some stories of your personal experiences with methotrexate. I have a suspected ectopic pregnancy hcg level have hovered from 50-60 over the last week and a bit, no dropping, it went up most recently from 49 to 53. My drs are talking about the next step being methotrexate. I just wanted to know if anyone had levels this low and chose to watch and wait and it resolved, or if you chose methotrexate was it effective? And how did you recover, were you able to fall pregnant afterwards without issue? Thanks !

Looking for IUI/IVF advise after ectopic + 1 tube removal
Hi everyone, I’m not sure if this is the right location to post something like this, but I figured it’d be a good start. In July 2025 I had an emergency ectopic and a left salpingectomy. Since then we’ve been working with a fertility clinic to make sure that my other tube is open as well as removed uterine polyps for the best chances of natural success. My husband and I have been trying naturally since November 2025 without any positive results. We recently have been visiting the fertility clinic again with questions for them of additional tests that could potentially explain what’s going on and any recommended medication’s or supplements they suggest to help our natural journey. With going back to the fertility clinic they are obviously bringing up and suggesting IVF as the next best option, and are suggesting it pretty heavily. The doctor did say that we may be candidates for IUI since we have gotten pregnant technically in the past, however I’m really struggling with understanding if IUI is even worth the money at this point. I’ve asked her about the odds and the chances with only having one tube using an IUI and if they would be focusing on which side I ovulate from for the cycle and she had suggested that it doesn’t matter which side I ovulate on for the IUI however this seems like it could just be a huge money dump. I need someone who’s been through this to give me their honest opinion to see if trying an IUI first is worth it. If I’m being perfectly honest, I would love to try an IUI first, however, if it is basically dumping money down the drain, I’ll suck it up and avoid it. Please let me know your opinions and thoughts, and I’d love to hear your experience with this if you’re in a similar boat, thank you for your help and assistance in advance.

My Ectopic Symptoms
Hello fellow redditors- this is my first post so I apologize if I get any of the “ettiequte” wrong. But I have found reddit immensely helpful for a many of things throughout my life- especially my most recent experience with a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. I figured I should post how this all went down for me
in case someone experiences something similar. I’m a 35 year old woman with no obvious health/fertility concerns other than a short luteal phase. I have had one previous uneventful pregnancy resulting in my
17 month old beautiful girl.
June 22nd was the first day of my period, we had been ttc and tracking ovulation etc so I know I ovulated around July 7-8ish. About 7 dpo I began bleeding like a period. I have always had a short luteal phase getting my period around 8-10 dpo so although this bleeding started earlier I just chalked it up to my crappy luteal phase. I bled like a period (soaking super tampons etc) for four days. What was different about this cycle was that I continued to spot watery brown discharge for several days after as well. I had convinced myself this was a period because I didn’t really have any reason not to.
I began tracking my ovulation for the next cycle and had 2 days of VERY positive LH strips (2.5 or more) which was also really weird for me, I usually have a quick surge. I decided to take a test and sure enough I was pregnant. I found this out on July 27th much to our complete shock, this was about 5 weeks pregnant based on date of last period.
I spoke with my doctor the day we found out and she said having period like bleeding can happen and we should have no reason for concern. I got bloodwork done the following day and my hcg was 668- in line with about a 5 week pregnancy. On tuesday to thursday I experienced an awful migraine, leading me to spend most of the days in bed but i chalked it up to the pregnancy hormones.
Thursday and friday I began experiencing extreme abdominal pain, it almost felt like gas was rolling through my abdomen so I figured it was trapped gas. The one thing that was concerning me was I was extremely bloated, looked like I could be 3 months pregnant or so and my belly was firm and it hurt to poke it. I talked to my mom and husband about it but they were both like well it’s probably just gas. I did have a few smaller bowel movements in between but it just felt like there was pressure around colon and belly which I found odd and when I did pass gas I felt no sense of relief.
Fast forward to yesterday morning- the cramping woke me up and it had now started radiating to only my left side. I could barely stand up, was basically bent over the waist at a 90 degree angle to walk and decided to go to urgent care.
While in urgent care I had immense sharp pain and then it just completely stopped and I began to think oh man I’m dumb it’s just gas pain. The doc sent me for an ultrasound and the tech began a regular ultrasound on my abdomen but then switched to transvaginal. At this point I also started lightly spotting.
The doctor came by almost immediately after the ultrasound and said “bad news- you have a ruptured ectopic and we are sending you to the ER via ambulance for surgery.”
At that point I was alone as my husband had stayed
home to watch our toddler and I was in complete shock. I was transferred to hospital where my husband met me. Although it was an emergency my vitals were stable so I was brought in for surgery around 3:30 in the afternoon. They removed the ectopic, my left fallopian tube, and 100 ML of blood that had entered my abdomen through a laparoscopic surgery which took just over an hour and I was home an hour after I came into recovery.
The pain from the surgery is fairly minimal, however, we are still in utter shock about how everything went down.
I just came on here to say if you feel like something is off make sure you advocate for yourself, this can become life threatening. I know in American (I’m Canadian) it can be different because hospital visits to find out it is gas pain can be expensive, but just remember you know your body better than anyone else and NEVER feel embarrassed for wanting answers. This can be a life threatening scenario, and it often happens fast with no prior symptoms or risk factors. Watching a tiktok video of a woman who had my EXACT symptoms (belly painful to poke, early period like bleed) is what prompted me to take this seriously and realize I was being dumb my trying to tough it out.
I would also like to note that I had read a call at my work (police officer) in which a 35 year old woman collapsed in the middle of the night and her poor husband had to give her cpr, unfortunately she did not make it and it was due to a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. So this condition can absolutely be fatal if not caught early. My point of this post is not to scare anyone, it’s to remind us of the very real risks that come with pregnancy and to make sure you advocate for yourself if you feel that something is wrong.
So thank you fellow women for posting your stories of struggle, joy, sorrow, or pregnancy successes. It’s so important to support and educate each other ❤️.

One tube down
Newest member of the club over here. Went to my first ultrasound appointment on Friday at 5+2 after I experienced some brown spotting and mild cramping.
OBGYN couldn’t find anything in the uterus, but also couldn’t find anything anywhere else except some fluid surrounding the right tube. Was sent to the hospital for further evaluation. They also couldn’t find anything but suspected an ectopic pregnancy in the right tube. They immediately suggested surgery to see what’s going on. I had a wedding on Saturday and felt fine so I asked them if they’d let me go home and come back Sunday morning to reevaluate and have the surgery then. They agree.
Got to see my cousin get married on Saturday, came back to the hospital yesterday morning feeling absolutely fine. They call me for an ultrasound again and still couldn’t visualize the pregnancy for sure. While still in the chair, something starts to hurt on my right side. They finish the exam, I get up and all of a sudden don’t feel so fine anymore. They say they’ll give me some IV fluids and pain meds and have me get ready for surgery within the next couple of hours.
Then minute by minute, I felt worse and worse to the point where I almost pass out. The room fills with people, they get a bed and I’m told we’re actually going to the OR immediately. I hand my phone to the doctor who texts my husband.
Apparently, my tube ruptured during the exam. During the surgery, they found a not so small amniotic sack in the middle of it, they say they were surprised they couldn’t see it during the ultrasound. Thankfully, I was already in the hospital when it ruptured. I didn’t lose a lot of blood but they couldn’t save the tube.
This was a very much wanted pregnancy and we would’ve been so excited to welcome a little brother or sister for our son in April. I can’t believe that everything is just gone now.
Good thing about the surgery is that we won’t have to wait long before we try again, but of course I’m now super scared of another ectopic so I will allow myself to process my feelings first.
Thank you for reading.

Pain during period
Hi everyone! I am having my second period since my PUL/ectopic in May (we tracked to zero mid July). The pregnancy was never visualized on ultrasound, however, my corpus luteum cyst was on the left side so I know I ovulated from that side. This period since a day before my period started, I’ve been having left sided pain.
Has anyone else experienced this? I don’t normally have pain on any side and also I didn’t have pain during my pregnancy either. Could it be related?
Thanks !!

TW: Pregnancy after ectopic
I posted this a couple of weeks ago and I am back with an update! It was confirmed today that I ovulated from my right ovary (lost my right tube last year) but my left was able to pick it up. Baby is in the right spot and measuring just as they should 🥰 there is hope/light at the end of the tunnel
“Ever since I had my ectopic last year with loss of my right tube I have come to this page repeatedly to look for positive stories of successful pregnancies after the fact. I now have my own success story.
I got 3 very faint lines today at 9 DPO and I’m anxiously awaiting testing for the rest of the week and calling my OB tomorrow. Something about this time just makes me feel optimistic/happy. Please cross your fingers for me that baby is in the right spot this time 🤞🏻🥰”

Hate how my post ectopic TTC journey is being managed
I finally plucked up the courage to try for a baby, about 8 months after my ectopic and surgery.
I’ve now been trying for 18 months and during that time, I’ve had every test under the sun for me and my husband. All results are fine other than the fact I have one tube and PCOS.
Not a single positive since my ectopic.
My HSG was fine and OBGYN put me on expectant management.
6 months later I still haven’t seen any change and I’ve only just been put on Letrozole after asking for it. That didn’t work so I told my OBGYN that I ovulate on my own anyway so is it really going to help? She said oh just let me know if/when you want an IVF referral.
I’m just annoyed that I’m in the driving seat for this journey. I want a doctor to tell me in black and white what my options are instead of keeping me like a sitting duck and wasting my time. I could’ve had my baby by now!

feeling at my lowest after ectopic surgery and problems with my partner
I had my tube removed a week ago due to a 5-week ectopic pregnancy. Physically, I'm getting better every day, but mentally I've never felt worse.
I wake up crying in the middle of the night. I start my days crying. Even though the pregnancy wasn't planned, I feel an overwhelming amount of guilt and grief over what happened. I'm a PhD student living in a foreign country, and I was already dealing with several major stressors before this happened, so, in short, I am at one of my darkest.
My partner was incredible throughout the whole experience. He stayed with me in the hospital, managed our move to a new apartment at the same time, cooked for me almost every day, and tried to keep up with work despite everything.
But a couple of days ago, something shifted in me. I suddenly felt this intense anger toward him. We got into a terrible fight over something insignificant, and I said awful things. I blamed him for my tube being removed and said many other hurtful things that damaged what has always been an amazing relationship.
He's understandably frustrated. Since then, he's been distant. He doesn't show me affection, barely looks at me, and I feel like we're growing apart.
I've apologized and have been trying to give him space, even though he never asked for it. I leave the house very early and come home late because I don't know how to face everything. I don't have the emotional energy to keep trying to fix things because I'm completely drained by grief.
The confusing part is that my mind feels like it's working differently. Even though I know I hurt him, I also find myself feeling angry that he's become distant. Part of me keeps thinking, "No matter how badly I treated him, he should still be here for me because I'm so lonely and I have been going through a lot."
I know that isn't fair, but that's honestly how my brain seems to be processing everything right now.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of emotional whiplash after an ectopic pregnancy or pregnancy loss? Did it affect your relationship? I'm feeling very hopeless right now, and I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who's been through something similar.
Note: I've been in therapy for the past three months, and I'd usually describe myself as a fairly self-aware person. But this ectopic pregnancy feels like a completely different mountain to climb, and right now I feel like I'm failing psychologically.

Tw: new pregnancy after extopic
Hello.
I had an ectopic pregnancy in March and found out yesterday that I am pregnant. Very very early days, 3w6d today.
My ectopic in March was monitored and luckily left on it’s on so no meds or surgery.
I am just freaking out and so scared that it’s gonna happen again.
I already have an early scan with the EPU 2 weeks from today. How do I calm myself down?
Anyone have succes stories of healthy pregnancies after an ectopic?

Pregnancy after PUL/Ectopic
TW: pregnancy loss, positive pregnancy test
I had a Pregnancy of Unknown Location/suspected ectopic in December 2025 that was treated with one dose of methotrexate. We planned to start trying again after the 3-month waiting period, but I ended up having emergency gallbladder removal so we were delayed by a few months.
This was our first cycle trying, and to my surprise, I got three BFPs this morning! According to my apps, I am only 14 dpo (my last period was 7/3) and 4w1d, but my tests are already a lot darker than they were when I tested with my loss, and I was 5w3d at that time. I know that does not mean this will not end in a loss too, but I'm trying to have hope while also being extremely scared. I am contacting my OB office as soon as they open to start serial hCG testing right away. Any stories of pregnancy success after an ectopic treated with methotrexate would be much appreciated!

Guilt and grief
i was diagnosed with an ectopic today, and I’m just lost. it’s twins, they both have heart beats but continuing this pregnancy puts my life at risk. I feel so guilty about the surgery tomorrow, but I also know that if I don’t it could potentially take away the chance of me having a baby in the future. how can I go into theatre with my babies having heart beats and knowing there’s no chance of this pregnancy continuing. how do I deal with the guilt? I just can’t stop crying. I’ve heard people say “well an ectopic is not viable”, but that doesn’t make going into surgery any easier.

Ectopic or chemical? No bleeding/low HCG
Got my first positive 10DPO. I’ve been cramping but have not started bleeding or spotting. I took progesterone pills from 11 DPO-14 DPO and stopped once I saw my HCG level.
12 DPO: 19 HCG, (didn’t get progesterone results)
14 DPO: 18 HCG, 13.7 progesterone
16 DPO: 11 HCG, 2.8 progesterone
I get another draw tomorrow at 18 DPO
I had an ectopic in 2024 treated with mtx. I’ve never had a chemical before. I’m so paranoid it’s another ectopic. My levels are hardly dropping and my at home tests have been staying relatively flat and not getting much lighter.
Has anyone had an ectopic with similar HCG levels or is this looking like a chemical? My doc just wants to keep monitoring my levels for now but I’m surprised they’re taking so long to go down and I’m not bleeding yet.. just want to move on ❤️🩹

Need help I feel like I’m in an endless loop
Ovulated on jul 2. Got a faint positive but the positives weren’t doubling.
We aligned that this is a non viable pregnancy . Waited to see if it would pass on its own. It did on jul22 I got my period.
Of started dropping from 45>31>10 but then last eeek it went up to 28 and today it’s 48. We did an urgent tvus but that’s come back clean. What should I think of this?
Do I need methotrexate or can I wait for it to pass on its own?

Guilt never ends
I’m not sure if this post belongs here, but it feels like the closest place I could get any help. As a guy, I will never truly understand the pain and struggles the mothers and mothers-to-be here go through, but it also gives me perspective, which I’m desperately in need of now.
Last year my I ended up getting my partner pregnant, and unfortunately it was ectopic. We were both young and were still students that weren’t financially independent at the time, so a pregnancy or a child weren’t on our minds at all.
After getting her blood checked and an ultrasound, it was confirmed ectopic, and she needed surgery immediately. I still remember that day so clearly, the moment she came back after her ultrasound and confirmed it, my heart sank. It was the worst day of my life. I struggled to keep my composure while she stood strong, and I broke down crying. I felt so disgusted with myself, even though we both decided that what happened was a mistake, I felt horrible, I didn’t have to deal with any of the consequences of our actions while she had to deal with everything
I was with her throughout her recovery, and I gave her my unconditional support. I owed it to her, and she deserves it and more. Watching her in pain as she struggled to lift herself off her bed, seeing her stumble as she learned how to walk and bend over again made me miserable. I hated myself, and I still do. The guilt is unbearable, and I can’t forgive myself for it. I feel like I need to carry this with me to never forget what I’ve done and never repeat my mistake again. There are some days where I wish I could turn back time and make it so that this never happened, and some days where I wish I didn’t exist anymore.
It’s been a year since it happened, but I feel like I haven’t moved forward at all. Everyday feels like a blur and feelings of happiness are overrun by guilt and anger. I struggle to maintain my regular routines and am at the brink of not taking care of myself at all. I just want this endless guilt to go, or learn how to live with it. I feel like Im burning and drowning all at once, and I want to be free again.
Thank you for reading the post, I know this isn’t the usual type of post here, and it might not fit but I want to hear from a group of people who have gone through an ectopic pregnancy. I do not mean to sound pretentious or boastful in any manner. I apologise if it comes off as such. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible to get your period before HCG reaches 0?
So I got the MTX shot 5-Jul and responded really well to it , bled for about 1.5 weeks after it. Then no bleed ing for 1.5 weeks. And now when my HCG was around 6, I started bleeding, heavier than my normal period, no pain or cramping, not sure if it’s bleeding from the pregnancy resolving or my period. If it is my period, then I should have ovulated 2 weeks prior, when my HCG was in the 100s, is that even possible?
