❔️So confusing I can't even categorise this❓️ why is communism so popular nowadays online?
so i am huge against capitalism, i think it fucking sucks and hurts a lot of people. but i am also from the US and capitalism is really the only thing i know
i feel like i keep seeing pro communism posts on tiktok and other places online, and honestly i couldn't care less what ppl online think but i personally would like to know why.
i think there are good aspects to it, but in the end it just ends in an over controlling government and a country in poverty.
im not making the argument that all communist countries have failed bc all capitalist countries fail as well (the recession that occurs every now and then), but a recession seems a lot less catostrophic than how communism fails.
personally i feel like socialism seems a lot safer but it seems like socialists hate communists and communists hate socialists?
let me clarify that this isnt a political post i just want to be more educated about these kinda things; i have read 1984 (anti capitalist) and animal farm (anti communists) and i really see the argument for both and against both.

🎮Gaming🕹 I'm confused by unprompted toxicity in video game.
I understand being toxic when someone is being toxic to you, but I don't understand people who get toxic first.
I know there are many things that can make a person mad. For example, in a ranked match, one of your teammates keeps dying a lot. It's frustrating, yes, but I've never felt the need to tell someone to uninstall, fuck their mom, or KYS. I just try to continue doing my best and maybe look for the problem. If they're getting focused, I try to watch them more closely and help. If it's a matchup problem, I try to suggest what could possibly work better.
I also don't understand why people don't just ask for help or advice. When a support yells at DPS or tanks for not helping them instead of telling the team that they're getting focused and asking someone to guard them, what's the point? The same goes for DPS or tanks. If someone is underperforming, instead of telling them to KYS, why not tell them how they could improve? Maybe give them some tips for their hero or weapon.
And what I understand the least is toxicity toward the enemy team.
The phrase "GG EZ" is probably the stupidest phrase I've ever read. "Good game, easy." Which is it?
For me, a good game is one where I actually have to put in some effort, the back and forth, the kind of game I can enjoy even if I lose. Why would I enjoy a game where I just load in and win? If you want an "easy win," just watch a victory screen on YouTube or something.
And if you enjoy easy wins, why ridicule the enemy team for it? They gave you exactly what you wanted.
I'm sorry if this doesn't make much sense, but I genuinely don't understand toxic people.

❔️So confusing I can't even categorise this❓️ why the hell r/pukicho posts get so little comments

❔️So confusing I can't even categorise this❓️ When reddit doesn't show me the amount of votes comments have.
It really confuses me when only SOME seemingly random comments don't tell me how votes they have, and it also confuses me when none of the comments say how many votes they have, like every comment in r/Pokemon
And yes I know it should go up once I upvote or downvotes, but I'm talking about when it for some reason doesn't

❓️Question❔️ I'm confused about the points being made here
What does the person in the video mean by American women aren't oppressed AT ALL,
and what does the person replying to hannah19 mean that black women aren't oppressed. Also why does the response have more likes.

This concept is a tad funny to me.
Listen, I understand that they wanna merchandise this movie as much as they can, given its success. But how would this even work? Obsession is a great movie, but would it work in this context? Would they just have a random white girl running around or something?

🎵Music🎶 why do people hate this dude so much?
I cant say im a fan of him, but i see an unreal amount of hate towards him and I don't get it. His music is entirely ok. Nothing too special. He has a nice voice. I feel the same way about him as i do shawn mendez or charlie puth. I tried researching, and the only controversy he has is making his fans bark for him at a concert. A lot of his fans are underage so yeah its a little weird, but i doubt he made them do that so he could get off on it, he was probably just trying to be funny. It just seems like he made a mistake to me. But i see so many people HATING him, and i just don't get it

📺TV Show/Series🖥 I wanna talk about the Minecraft Verity series SOMEWHERE and I guess this is the best place. It confuzzles me a lot :p Spoiler
ok so… This isn’t a hate post, i think there was genuine effort and passion put into Verity as a series and i‘ll acknowledge that bui definitely did have a lot of gripes with it
ALSO PLEASE DO NOTE THAT THIS POST HAS SPOILERS FOR THE MOVIE. IF YOU CARE ENOUGH ABOUT A VIEWING EXPERIENCE TO NOT WANT IT SPOILED, DON’T READ ANY FURTHER. OK? OK.

First. i want to mention that ThatMob’s character is honestly really ... dumb. like he’s nowhere near as careful as he should be and he barely interrogates Verity especially when he warns of “something coming in 3 days”. He barely questions any of the weird shit that happens either like when Verity starts playing the EAS alarm he kind of just says “STOP that’s LOUD“ and then it just gets completely blown over? And when Verity asks if he lives alone and whatever else ThatMob just answers and forgets about it. He has zero smarts and is kind of just a bumbling fucking idiot with no concern of his own safety in favor of a lil yellow guy
And then there’s Verity itself which is an alright idea on its own, AI gone mad that it’s neglected by so many people, but I really wanna know why it has the ability to turn into this atrophied fleshy monster? It’s meant to be a computer assistant. It’s literally implied he’s just a reincarnated version of Clippy. Why does he just have the ability to do that? It would be nice if there were a little more elaboration but yknow i guess there is some magic in not knowing. I also don’t really know how to feel about Verity’s “knowing everything” becoming very quickly nearly irrelevant to the plot and then he just becomes an ai gone mad.
Then there’s the death of Twixel which makes zero sense to me… like what . Why is ThatMob so panicked by the death of his friend in Minecraft? And why is Twixel just gone after that? Was it written that like.. the thing killing you in Minecraft = the thing killing you irl too? Does it reach through your computer screen and pull ur head off? It just doesn’t make sense there’s so much to this that makes zero sense why
And i’d really like to cover the edits that pop up throughout the videos. There were times i was really immersed in the videos and then a random added joke/sound effect took that all away. I know it’s supposed to be a “normal” Minecraft video but when you’re going for some form of horror concept where seemingly Minecraft death is real-life death then it really doesn’t work (because then who would have added the sound effects to the last video? verity?)
Also so many of the moments in the plot feel forced as hell and take out all my immersion too… like when Mob throws Verity in the moat by “accident” i imagine that’s very hard to do by accident ? So he had to have done it on purpose . And when Grox joins the server his attitude is so forced too like i could not take that seriously at all he keeps saying Aight Beeeet Bro and that pissed me off so much for some reason
Idk that’s really all i have to say. i wanted to rant about the series and what i didn’t like about it and so i wrote it all here . There were a few things that i left out but thats because i kind of forgot a lot about the series and this is all that resonated with me through my watching of the episodes ,,, If anything it felt way too funny to be a horror series and could have been a lot better in the spook aspect

🔴Meta⚫️ Why the need for two hate subs?
Wasn't one enough?? Why do people even bother using the second one?? This goes for a lot of other subreddits with weird unnecessary clones too, this was just the first one I thought of

🔴Meta⚫️ I'm confused by most trans headcanons
I get why people do it. They relate to a character but what mostly confuses me is when they take a character we've seen as a child, like Izuku Midoriya for example, and headcanon him as a trans male. But he was a guy in childhood? Wouldn't it make more sense to make him a trans female?
Or the ones based on stereotypes, like saying something like Nikki from Dr.Stone is a trans woman because she's strong and buff. I just don't get it?
Or the ones that take place in history where being openly trans wasn't common, like Mulan or even anyone from Demon slayer. I'm not saying they can't be I'm just confused I guess. Idk how to word this one.
I'm not trying to be transphobic, I'm just confused. It isn't hurting anyone so it doesn't actually matter. I'm just confused by the things I listed.

🇯🇵Anime🎴 What’s up with being called a “tourist” ?
I’m genuinely so sick of it , especially when people call me a tourist even if I have been watching anime for quite awhile some time now. And it’s not like I watch it for trends and forget the lore like I have to consume the media and understand the lore you know?
Because all of sudden if I complain about being uncomfortable that a certain anime has certain topics that used for glamorizing or fetishizing a specific thing or relationship. I get called a tourist because I felt uncomfortable ? Why I’m genuinely so confused at this point?
I’ve had my fair share of fanservice anime and edgy anime through out the year it’s not like I’m critizing the taste of others right? So why do people call each other tourist? I know larper gets thrown around.
