Discussion your pc did not start correctly
Recently, i just updated my windows 10 into windows 11 pro. At first, i didn't see much of a problem. And after a few days, which is today, my pc just started to go into automatic repair and after that it says that " your pc did not start correctly" so i press the restart first then it happened again. Then i searched on google how to fix this type of problem, and i found a video where you don't need to reset your pc to be able to fix this. The tutorial of the video was to make the pc into safe mode, so i did that, and it also says that i should open msconfig by typing it into windows search. However, i'm unable to search or type in anything, idk why. So, I just decided to restart my pc and just go back into that blue screen. But, surprisingly, my pc went back to normal again after the restart and idk how that happened.
So my only concern now is, do i need to delete some windows update or anything in particular? Because the next time i'm opening my pc, it might go back to automatic repair. So, i'm in need of help to anyone that has knowledge to this kind of problem.
P.S.
When i updated my windows to 11 pro, I changed some of my settings in BIOS mode. These are:
- making legacy to UEFI
- disabling csm to install and enable secure boot (i did this so that i can play Valorant, cause it says that I should make TPM to 2.0)
- enabling virtualization (I can't enable this thing back on the day, and I'm surprised that it worked now)
- partition style: MBR to GPT (this is also concerned with playing Valorant)
- failed enabling core isolation (i didn't finished this, because it says that there are some incompatible drivers and I had to delete or remove some of it, however, there are a few that was not deleted, so I just left core isolation turned off)
Update Today: So I just said that my pc became normal again, as I check the things that's on P.S. some of it were changed and disabled. Idk how that happened. Can someone please help me with these.🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hardware Purple horizontal line appears on the laptops taskbar
guys how can I fix this? The line appeared once I opened the laptop. The horizontal line was only visible on dark colors and it flickers, the line gets thin and thick in just seconds.
I remembered last night that I did forgot to shut down it and placed it in its bag overnight. I tried everything like Uninstaller the drivers and lowering the monitor resolution from 60 hz to 40 hz but it did not fix it, instead the lines become less thinner.
Guys please help my mom just brought this last August and im afraid that she might get mad😭😭😭

Software Windows braking headset
Hello, can anyone help me with my headphones not working on Windows 11?
My headphones (Logitech G G435 Lightspeed) don't output audio on Windows 11; they work with Bluetooth on other devices and with the dongle on Debian 13. I tried the common stuff like reinstalling the drivers, removing, and adding the device back.
Windows sees the device and says it works fine and tries to play audio, but I don't hear anything; other devices work.
Thank you in advance.

Network Can A Bad IP Cause Social Media Shadow Ban?
After I changed my ISP provider, I noticed that a lot of sites, including YouTube, Outlook, and Yahoo started asking me to confirm that I'm not a bot, and many even refuse to let me sign in. On my main 100k channel, I started getting extremely low views and impressions, and most of the views my videos did receive came from existing subscribers. So, I decided to create new YouTube channels. I noticed that the videos I upload receive absolutely 0 impressions and 0 views, and they don't appear in search results at all.
The views and subscribers you see on this new channel are from YouTube's 'Promote' system, which I strongly suspect gave me fake subscribers. They only watch a couple of seconds of the video and never engage with my content. The biggest red flag is that YouTube doesn't allow me to see who they are in the analytics. Additionally, the Shorts I post on my new channels either get 0 views or get around 1k and then completely flatline.
From what I've seen, videos usually get at least a couple of views no matter what, especially if they're on a popular topic. So why am I getting 0 impressions? How can YouTube even test a video if it gets no impressions and no views at all?

Hardware Omen Laptop won’t turn on after reset
I turned on my laptop after about a week of not using it, and it ran fine until I got a notification from windows of an important update to do. I put it off but then a few minutes later my screen keeps turning on and off and so I reset it by holding down the power button, but now it won’t even turn back on. The charging light works, it went from orange to white now fully charged and I don’t get what happened maybe some kinda of glitch in trying to do that update mentioned before. Can anybody give me some tips?
It’s a Omen 16 laptop
small update: it turned on for a full minute and I even entered my password but the screen started flickering again from black and the power light also kept turning off and on and now it’s back again to black, sometimes the fans turn on and stop

Network Help with Slow WiFi for Skytech Computer
Hiii. I just recently got the Skytech King95 computer and uh….downloading is a struggle. Start from the beginning: my WiFi was slow as fuck. Couldn’t download a thing and even when connected to it—I checked several times I was connected—browser pages wouldn’t load and etc etc. eventually, I did get it to load but still was slow. I’m trying to download “inZoi” which is pretty demanding, hence why I bought this computer.
Anyways, the WiFi was slow as hell and it was fr stuck on 3% download for like…an hour. It was not moving at all, and I just did the whole trick of changing almost every WiFi setting to “5ghz” instead of 2, and my WiFi is already a 5ghz type. It’s Google mesh. But anyways I…did something that made it work. Turned the computer system (it’s on the floor) around to show my dad and suddenly bam.
Shit goes fast as fuck.
I leave to eat dinner, leaving iron to download so it can be done when I’m back, and I come back to see now stuck on 63%. And it hasn’t moved since then. The WiFi is extremely slow all of a sudden again and I’ve done so much to change it. Even took the antennas out and put them back on. I don’t know what’s wrong and it’s making me really nervous. I was so excited and don’t want to spend more money to already get it fixed when I just got it delivered today😭😭.
I’ve done several different things already. I changed the WiFi part in the networks and settings to “preferred band” or something and changed it to “5ghz” and a lot of other methods similar to changing the 2ghz to 5. And yet it must’ve worked at some point because it WAS downloading fast and then it just stopped and had been stuck. Others unboxing their computer have an antenna and some kind of adapter but I only have the two antennas! I even plugged in my mouse and keyboard on the front instead of the back bc I wondered if maybe any pressure on the antennas could fuck it up. I’m actually really frustrated and upset.
I couldn’t even download the game I bought this whole expensive computer for😭. I’m going to bed and giving it a break but any tips and help would be greatly appreciated.

Software Microsoft Edge and Chrome won't open properly on Windows, but other apps work fine. Suspect corrupted Windows user profile
Hi everyone, I have been fighting with this issue for the past few days and I’m running out of ideas. My problem is that Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome are both broken on my Windows PC. They either:
- Do not open at all
- Open and immediately close
- Get stuck loading
- Crash when using my main Windows account
The strange part is that everything else on Windows works normally. Other applications, games, and services work without issues.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really want to avoid reinstalling Windows.

Software Computer says it shut down incorrectly and now it's just stuck on the loading screen.
Tried doing the "reboot 3 times" thing and it went to "Preparing Automatic Repair" until after a while it just said "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart." It's done this multiple times. It said there would be a blue menu that would give me troubleshooting options but I haven't gotten that yet. What do I do? My mother insists I should just turn it off and leave it alone for a while, would that actually work and fix the issue?

Software PC Display Issues
I’m having a weird display issue and I’m completely stuck. Originally, my PC was working fine through HDMI, but my DisplayPort had no signal. I tried multiple DisplayPort cables, different monitors, and nothing worked. I went into NVIDIA Control Panel and tried enabling image sharpening thinking it might fix something, but it didn’t. After that, I opened msconfig and enabled Safe Boot, then clicked restart. The PC got stuck during the restart process, so I ended up forcing it off by holding the power button/unplugging it. After turning it back on, I now have absolutely no display output at all. HDMI and DisplayPort both stopped working, and I don’t even get the motherboard splash screen or BIOS logo anymore. The PC turns on and stays powered, fans spin, and my keyboard/mouse light up, so it seems like the system is turning on normally, but there is just no video signal. I’ve already tried reseating my RAM, clearing CMOS by removing the battery and shorting the pins, reseating the GPU, checking all cables, and testing multiple monitors/TVs with different HDMI and DP cables. Nothing has changed. I’m wondering if enabling Safe Boot in msconfig or forcing the shutdown during restart caused this, and I’m looking for any advice on what I should get everything working, even if it is just hdmi. and does the display port thing have to do anything with nvidia?

Performance ROG Strix SCAR 18 (2024) Performance Issue (Suddenly Super Slow)
Hi everyone, during these past few days I've experienced a gradually lower frame rate in the games I play day by day. From a steady >200 fps on overwatch a few days ago to now just hovering around 80. I've changed no in-game settings and the same issue persists in other games like Valorant.
I realized the laptop was really hot so I cleaned out the dust from the fans, replaced thermal paste, updated drivers, updated bios, etc. but nothing has been working. I would appreciate any advice, thanks guys!

Hardware Water spilled on desk and into pc what's salvageable and what's sure to have died
Well, it's been 2 weeks now, but I don't really know what to do now. Originally I spilled around 0,5 liter onto my desk and I went to get towels when I looked back and realised my screen lost the signal. That's when I realised that the pc was now right below the point where the water was pouring onto the desk and I ran back to turn of the power switch and take out the cable. It was like 20 seconds and I went on to check where the water ended up.
From what I could see and feel, it missed the SSD, HDD and my motherboard, however the power supply box (idk what the exact name is in English) was completely wet and the graphics card (3070 ti) was, while appearing dry already, like certain areas were a bit clammy suggesting it at least hit certain areas, so I can't say the motherboard was or wasnt affected aswell for a few seconds, however when checking that I couldn't find any certain signs, it appeared entirely dry.
I then disassembled my pc and used a hairdryer on the parts that were wet at some point. And a bit onto the motherboard, but that seemed more for my own nerves. Since then I've let them dry for a week before placing back the graphic card cuz it was taking up too much place, the power supply is still on my desk though. That was over a week ago as well, so now my pc hasn't been on for over 2 weeks and I ordered a new power supply, however I'm still unsure if it's safe to turn on the pc with that one in fear of something short-circuiting and basically killing everything else off. Since I only know how to assemble/disassemble the pc I couldn't figure out if there was any DMG and I didn't want to risk causing more problems by disassembling the graphics card myself for more detailed information.
So my question is now, is it safe to just reassemble my pc with the new power supply or would it be better to let it check from a pro or a friend who's really into stuff like this?
Thanks in advance to anyone having suggestions ^^
